Die Erfindung nach dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes betrifft ein Heissluftgerät für Haarbehandlung, mit einem in einem als Handgriff ausgebildeten rohrförmigen Gehäuse gehalterten Gleichstromkleinmotor mit Ventilatorflügel und einem mit schraubenförmigen Heizwindungen versehenen, zapfenartigen Heizkörper sowie mit Dioden-Gleichrichter, Glättedrosseln und Glättekondensator, wobei der Gleichstrommotor zwei in axialer Richtung vorstehende Kontaktstifte aufweist und in eine mantelförmige Fassung gebettet ist, die vom Motor in Richtung der Kontaktstifte vorsteht, wobei eine mit zwei die Kontaktstifte aufnehmende Steckhülsen aufweisende Platine vorgesehen ist, die mit einer gedruckten Schaltung versehen ist, auf welcher Platine die Drahtenden des Dioden-Gleichrichters, der Glättedrosseln und des Glättekondensators gesteckt sind,
und wobei der Heizkörper zur Befestigung axial in die mantelförmige Fassung gesteckt ist.
Beim Heissluftgerät entsprechend dem Hauptpatent können durch den Ventilatorflügel Haare angesogen werden, die in das Motorwellenlager gelangen und den Motor blockieren können. Das Gerät ist dann nicht mehr brauchbar und muss vom Fachmann wieder in Ordnung gebracht werden.
Dieser Nachteil ist erfindungsgemäss in der Weise gelöst, dass am Motor auf der Seite des Luftansaugeflügels ein gegen diesen Flügel sich erweiternder Kreiskegelstumpfmantel befestigt ist. so dass die den grössten Radius aufweisenden Enden des Flügels den äussersten grössten Mantelrand des Kegelstumpfmantels übergreifen.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes im Längsschnitt dargestellt.
Das Heissluftgerät für Haarbehandlung weist ein als Handgriff ausgebildetes rohrförmiges Gehäuse 3 auf. In dieses ist eine Fassung 1 eingesetzt, welche einen Gleichstromkleinmotor 2 umschliesst und einen zapfenartigen Heizkörper 9 festhält. Zwischen dem Motor 2 und dem Heizkörper 9 ist eine Platine 4 angebracht. Diese weist auf der Motorseite zwei Steckhülsen 6, 7 zur Aufnahme zweier Kontaktstifte 8 des Motors 2 sowie eine gedruckte Schaltung auf. An der Heizkörperseite sind an der Platine 4 elektrische Bauelemente: der Dioden-Gleichrichter. zwei Drosselspulen und der Glättekondensator, kompakt angeordnet. Auf der dem Heizkörper 9 abgekehrten Seite weist der Motor 2 eine vorstehende Welle auf, die einen Ventilatorflügel 14 trägt.
Das Gehäuse 3 ist auf der Flügelseite mit einer Lufteintritts öffnung und auf der Heizkörperseite mit einem Absatz ausgebildet, welcher zum Anschluss eines Haartrocknungskammes benützt werden kann.
An der Stirnfläche des Motors 2 auf der Seite des Luftansaugeflügels 14 ist ein gegen den Flügel 14 sich erweiternder Kreiskegelstumpfmantel 15 befestigt. Die axiale Lage des Flügels 14 zum Kegelstumpfmantel 15 ist so bemessen. dass die den grössten Radius aufweisenden Enden des Flügels 14 den äussersten grössten Mantelrand des Kegelstumpfmantels 15 übergreifen. Dadurch wird erreicht. dass Haare, die vom Flügel 14 angesogen werden und auf der Flügelseite des Motors 2 einhängen, sich um den Kegelstumpfmantel 15 wickeln und nicht mehr in das Motorlager gelangen können.
Der Kegelstumpfmantel 15 kann aus Kunststoff oder Metall gefertigt und an der Stirnfläche des Motors 2 angeklebt. aufgepresst oder mit speziell ausgebildeten Füssen im Motorflansch aufgesteckt sein.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Heissluftgerät für Haarbehandlung nach dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Motor (2) auf der Seite des Luftansaugeflügels (14) ein gegen diesen Flügel (14) sich erweiternder Kreiskegelstumpfmantel (15) befestigt ist, so dass die den grössten Radius aufweisenden Enden des Flügels (14) den äussersten grössten Mantelrand des Kegelstumpfmantels (15) übergreifen.
