La présente invention concerne une affiche collante d'identification, destinée à être fixée à la vitre arrière d'un véhicule automobile.
Lors des accidents de voitures automobiles, les premiers secours et autres mesures à prendre sont souvent rendus difficiles par le fait que les sauveteurs, police, personnel infirmier desservant une ambulance, aides bénévoles, ne savent pas qui est la personne ou qui sont les personnes se trouvant dans la voiture accidentée. On ne sait pas dans un tel cas quelle personne doit être alertée et, lorsqu'il s'agit de donner des premiers soins aux accidentés, de nombreux renseignements qui seraient très utiles, comme par exemple le groupe sanguin, les allergies, etc, font défaut. Il est vrai que certaines personnes, prudentes, portent sur elles des cartes fournissant tous les renseignements en question, mais, lors d'un accident d'automobile, il est souvent difficile de trouver ces renseignements par exemple dans une des poches du blessé.
La présente invention a notamment pour but de fournir un moyen simple et apparent de faire connaître ces renseignements dans le cas d'un accident d'automobile.
Dans ce but l'invention propose une affiche collante d'identification, destinée à être fixée à la vitre arrière d'un véhicule automobile, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une feuille de matériau souple dont une face est munie d'un enduit adhésif permettant d'appliquer la feuille contre l'intérieur de la vitre, et dont l'autre face porte une pochette agencée pour recevoir au moins une fiche où sont inscrites des indications d'identification et de renseignement concernant le conducteur ou un occupant du véhicule et établies pour faciliter les premiers secours en cas d'accident, la face munie de l'adhésif, visible de l'extérieur de la voiture lorsque la fiche est en place, portant de plus un signet et/ou une inscription signalant la présence au verso d'indications importantes en cas d'accident.
Comme, dans la plupart des cas d'accidents de voitures, la vitre arrière reste intacte, les sauveteurs peuvent trouver facilement les indications en question; le signet et/ou l'inscription visible depuis l'arrière attireront d'emblée l'attention des sauveteurs. On a prévu d'utiliser un signet facilement reconnaissable qui, une fois notoirement connu du public, constituera un signe qui pourra se passer d'inscription écrite et s'adressera donc à toute personne témoin de l'accident ou ayant à s'en occuper, indépendamment de la langue qu'elle parle. Il pourra également être judicieux de munir la face de l'affiche collante visible à travers la vitre arrière de la voiture d'une inscription complétant (ou éventuellement remplaçant) le signet et indiquant, de préférence en plusieurs langues, par exemple accident! indications au verso .
Avantageusement, pour être distribuée aux automobilistes, l'affiche collante sera plaquée par sa couche adhésive contre une feuille de protection semi-transparente, à enlever avant la mise en place de l'affiche de la vitre arrière d'une voiture, et permettant d'avance de voir ce qui est dessiné ou écrit sur la face adhésive de l'affiche.
La pochette collée ou fixée d'une autre manière adéquate derrière l'affiche pourra contenir une ou plusieurs fiches d'identification et de renseignements, chaque fiche comportant avantageusement une photo-passeport de la personne concernée. Au cas où plusieurs fiches, concernant différentes personnes occupant la voiture, se trouveront dans la pochette, les risques de confusion quant aux personnes seront ainsi éliminés.
Sous une forme d'exécution avantageuse, ladite pochette sera en matière souple transparente au moins sur sa partie visible de manière à laisser voir au moins certaines des indications portées sur la fiche alors que celle-ci est encore en place
Dans une autre forme d'exécution, afin que les indications portées sur la fiche soient normalement à l'abri des regards indiscrets, ladite pochette sera faite d'une matière souple non transparente.

La fig. 1 est une vue en perspective d'une affiche collante d'identification du type en question, encore fixée contre une partie de feuille de protection, cette figure montrant un signet et une inscription portés par la face adhésive de l'affiche, face destinée à être vue de l'extérieur de la vitre arrière d'un véhicule automobile contre l'intérieur de laquelle cette affiche sera collée, et

L'affiche collante représentée au dessin est, une fois mise en place contre l'intérieur de la vitre arrière d'une voiture automobile, de forme ronde, mais il est bien clair qu'elle pourrait être aussi de toute autre forme adéquate. Le dessin représente l'affiche collante complète 2 telle qu'elle pourra être distribuée aux automobilistes, comprenant l'affiche collante proprement dite 4 plaquée contre une feuille de protection 6 carrée ou rectangulaire. La forme et la couleur du signet 12 et la couleur du fond sur lequel se détache ce signet seront choisies pour attirer le mieux l'attention des personnes qui l'auront dans leur champ de vision. De nombreuses formes et couleurs sont possible, un signet de couleur foncée ayant la forme du signet 12 représenté à la fig. 1 et se détachant sur un fond clair ou orangé semble constituer un des nombreux dessins appropriés.
Sur sa face arrière, représentée par la fig. 2, l'affiche collante porte une pochette 8 collée ou assemblée d'une manière aporopriée à la feuille de matière plastique constituant l'affiche proprement dite 4. Cette pochette 8 est faite de préférence de matière plastique souple et se présente d'une manière analogue aux nombreux étuis pour cartes d'identité, abonnements, etc, que l'on trouve dans le commerce. Cette pochette peut être transparente au moins sur sa face visible, ce qui permet de lire une fiche d'indications située à l'intérieur sans devoir la sortir de la pochette. En variante, la pochette peut être faite de matière plastique opaque, ne permettant pas de lire la fiche contenue à l'intérieur sans sortir cette dernière. Les renseignements consignés sur cette fiche sont ainsi à l'abri des regards indiscrets.
Comme le montre la fig. 2, la fiche 10 contenue dans la pochette 8 porte - ou est destinée à porter - en haut à gauche une photo-passeport de la personne concernée, typiquement le conducteur habituel du véhicule sur la vitre arrière duquel l'affiche est collée. A côté du champ pour la photo-passeport, la fiche comprend une partie destinée à porter les indications d'identité de la personne en question, nom, prénom, adresse, numéro de téléphone, de même que l'indication (adresse et/ou numéro de téléphone) de la personne à prévenir en cas d'accident. En dessous, l'affiche dans la forme d'exécution représentée à la fig. 2, est prévue pour fournir encore différentes indications d'ordre médical ou général, groupe sanguin, allergies, adresse et numéro de téléphone du médecin, assurances et divers.
Il va de soi que la fiche ne doit pas obligatoirement être constituée d'un seul feuillet portant des inscriptions sur une seule face, mais peut, si on le désire, être prévue pour donner encore un certain nombre d'autres renseignements; cette fiche peut également se présenter sous la forme accordéon .
Il est possible également de placer dans la pochette 8 plu sieurs fiches semblables à la fiche 10, concernant chacune une personne voyageant dans l'automobile, dans ce cas, il sera naturellement indispensable que chaque fiche comporte la photo-passeport, chose qui se serait pas absolument indispensable dans le cas d'une pochette contenant uniquement une fiche concernant un conducteur habitué à voyager seul.
Comme on l'a déjà dit, l'affiche collante selon la conception en question pourrait fort bien avoir un format tout différent de celui qui est représenté au dessin, et il en va de même de la pochette et de la ou des fiches destinées à trouver place dans cette pochette.

Afin que l'acheteur se rende compte de l'image (signet 12 et inscriptions 14) figurant sur la face visible de l'extérieur de cette affiche, la feuille de protection 6, appliquée sur cette face pour préserver la couche adhésive jusqu'au moment où l'affiche collante est mise en place, sera avantageusement transpa- rente ou semi-transparente.
