Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schlüsselbund mit Sechskantschlüsseln.
Seit dem Gebrauch von Innensechskantschrauben benötigt man die entsprechenden Sechskantschlüssel, die im Gegensatz zu den Gabelschlüsseln sehr klein sind und dementsprechend gern verlorengehen.
Darum gibt es seit Jahren eine Garnitur Schlüssel an einem Ring, bei dem jeder einzelne Schlüssel mit seinem längeren Schenkel in einer Art Zugfederhülse steckt. Ein Ring hält den ganzen Satz zusammen, und die einzelnen Schlüssel können nicht verlorengehen.
Darum gibt es seitdem mehrere solche Ausführungen.
Da man aber oft den Schlüssel mit dem langen Schenkel in die Schraube einsetzt und diesen nur schlecht aus der Federhülse herausziehen kann, hat diese Art Schlüsselbund seine Nachteile. Ausserdem ist das Hantieren mit dem ganzen Bund etwas umständlich.
Eine andere Lösung bietet ein Satz Schlüssel, ähnlich einem Sackmesser, bei dem die Schlüssel in einen Griff eingeklappt werden.
Leider kann auch hier der einzelne Schlüssel nicht ganz herausgenommen werden. Es muss immer mit dem ganzen Satz hantiert werden, und defekte Schlüssel können nur sehr schwer ersetzt werden. Da der Haltegriff ziemlich gross ist und die kleineren Schlüssel aus technischen Gründen kurz gehalten sind, kann dieser Bund an schwer zugänglichen Stellen nicht gebraucht werden.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Nachteile der beiden Systeme zu beseitigen. Anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung näher beschrieben.
Beim dargestellten Schlüsselbund ist jeder Schlüssel am längeren Schenkel 1 mit einer farbigen Hülse 2 versehen. Die Hülse, z. B. aus Kunststoff, behindert das Hantieren in keiner Weise. Dabei wird jede Grösse mit einer bestimmten Farbe gekennzeichnet, z: B. 2 mm ist gelb, 2,5 mm ist rot usw.
Man kann also die Schlüsselgrösse an der Farbe erkennen.
Zudem gehen die Werkzeuge der leuchtenden Farbe wegen weniger verloren.
Am Schlüsselbund 3 befinden sich die Aufnahmeelemente 4 aus farbigem Material, im vorliegenden Fall Kunststoff, in die die Sechskantschlüssel federnd eingesteckt sind.
Die Farbe des Aufnahmeelementes und der Hülse am entsprechenden Schlüssel ist identisch.
Die Werkzeuge können leicht dem Schlüsselbund entnommen und wieder eingeordnet werden.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Schlüsselbund mit Sechskantschlüsseln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Sechskantschlüssel zur Kennzeichnung seiner Grösse mit einer farbigen Hülse (2) versehen ist, und dass jeder Schlüssel lösbar je in ein Aufnahmeelement (4) gleicher Farbe wie die Hülse des zugehörigen Schlüssels eingesteckt ist, und dass die Aufnahmeelemente mit einem Ring (3) verbunden sind.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Schlüsselbund mit Sechskantschlüsseln nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die farbigen Hülsen an den Schlüsseln aus einer Aluminiumlegierung bestehen.
2. Schlüsselbund mit Sechskantschlüsseln nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die farbigen Hülsen an den Schlüsseln aus Gummi bestehen.
3. Schlüsselbund mit Sechskantschlüsseln nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die farbigen Hülsen an den Schlüsseln aus Kunststoff bestehen.
4. Schlüsselbund mit Sechskantschlüsseln nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die farbigen Hülsen an den Schlüsseln mit der Schlüsselweite bezeichnet sind.
5. Schlüsselbund mit Sechskantschlüsseln nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die farbigen Hülsen an den Schlüsseln mit einem Schriftzug versehen sind.

The invention is based on the object of eliminating the disadvantages of the two systems. An exemplary embodiment of the invention is described in more detail with the aid of the accompanying drawing.
In the keychain shown, each key is provided with a colored sleeve 2 on the longer leg 1. The sleeve, e.g. B. made of plastic, does not hinder handling in any way. Each size is marked with a specific color, e.g. 2 mm is yellow, 2.5 mm is red, etc.
