Fig. 1 eine schematische Darstellung der Vorrichtung zum Rollenwechsel und Querschneiden des Wickelgutes;
Fig. 2 eine Ansicht der schwenkbaren Querschneidvorrichtung in Richtung des Pfeiles S in Fig. 1;
Fig. 3 eine perspektivische Darstellung der Schneidvorrichtung und des Führungsorganes für den Wickelgutanfang;
Fig. 4 eine Ansicht eines ersten Ausführungsbeispieles einer Vorrichtung zur Erzeugung eines Schlupfes zwischen dem Wickelgut und der Wickelhülse;
The invention relates to a device for cross-cutting the winding material in winding machines with a winding drum, with a knife displaceable transversely to the direction of movement of the winding material and with a guide element for placing the beginning of the winding material on a winding tube driven by the winding drum.
In a known device of this type, the beginning of the winding material is pressed against the winding tube with the aid of an air stream and an air guide plate extending over the entire width of the winding material, without additional tension being generated in the winding material.
With this device, there is a risk that the loose beginning of the winding material, which is only guided by the air flow, will be wrinkled. It is the object of the present invention to avoid the formation of such wrinkles and to ensure reliable guidance and wrinkle-free application of the wound material to the winding tube in the immediate area of the knife.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the guide element is connected to the knife and extends in the direction of movement of the knife to both sides thereof, and that the rear part of the guide element, seen in the direction of movement of the knife during the cutting process, has a shape that conforms to the winding tube and protrudes into a wedge-shaped gap between the winding tube and the winding drum.
Two exemplary embodiments of the device according to the invention are shown in the drawing and are described in detail below. Show it:
1 shows a schematic representation of the device for changing rolls and cross-cutting the wound material;
FIG. 2 shows a view of the pivotable cross cutting device in the direction of the arrow S in FIG. 1;
3 shows a perspective illustration of the cutting device and the guide element for the beginning of the winding material;
4 shows a view of a first exemplary embodiment of a device for producing a slip between the material to be wound and the winding tube;
Fig. 5 is a view of a second embodiment of the device for generating a slip between the winding material and the winding tube.
The device according to the invention has, according to FIG. 1, a winding drum 2 and a winding material 1, for. B.
a plastic film, wound tube 3-1. A roll 25 is wound to a desired diameter on the winding tube 3-1. An empty winding tube 3-2 is already available. The winding tubes 3-1 and 3-2 are stored in a manner known per se on each one in Fig. 1 not Darge presented winding shaft. The winding shaft has a pinion 18 on each end. The pinions 18 can each be rolled off on a stationary rack 17. With the aid of the pinion 18 and the racks 17, the winding shaft can be displaced from a position A to a position B when the roll diameter increases from zero to the diameter of the roll 25. From the position B, the winding shaft can be unrolled by hand into a position C via the pinion 18 and the racks 17, where it can be connected to an auxiliary motor 16.
A pressure roller 5 is rotatably mounted on an arm 4 pivotable about a stationary axis 4a and two deflecting rollers 6, 7 are attached.
In the interior of the roller 7, according to FIG. 2, there is a displaceable piston 11 to which a knife 12 projecting from the roller 7 and a guide plate 13 also projecting from the roller 7 are attached. The guide plate 13 has a holder 14 for fastening to the piston 11. The piston 11 is connected to a piston 9 that is pneumatically displaceable in the roller 6 via cables 10 and damping spring 15.
According to FIGS. 2 and 3, the device according to the invention has the knife 12 as well as a guide plate 13 extending in the direction of movement Z of the knife 12 on both sides thereof. A part 13b of the guide plate 13 which is located behind the knife 12 in the direction of movement of the knife 12 during the cutting process has a curvature concentric to the winding tube 3 and nestles against the winding tube 3. A part 13a located in front of the knife 12 in the direction of movement of the knife 12 during the cutting process is flat. The guide plate 13 also has an arcuate edge 13c, which introduces a start of the wound product la, which is produced after the winding material 1 has been cut, under the curved part 13b of the guide plate 13.
According to FIG. 4, the winding tube 3 mounted on a winding shaft 22 is driven directly by the winding drum 2. A friction wheel 23 is fastened to the winding shaft 22 and drives a further shaft 24 via a friction wheel 26 fastened to this. Several rubber pressure rollers 5 are attached to the shaft 24. The pressure rollers 5 press the winding material 1 onto the winding tube 3. The diameters of the friction wheels 23 and 26 of the shaft 24 are selected so that the peripheral speed of the pressure rollers 5 is greater than the peripheral speed of the winding core 3. The diameter ratio of the friction wheel 23 to the friction wheel 26 is greater than the diameter ratio of the sleeve 3 to the pressure roller 5. There is also the possibility that the shaft 24 is driven directly by the friction wheel 23 without a friction wheel 26.
According to FIG. 5, a first friction wheel 20 is attached to the winding drum 2 and a second friction wheel 21 is attached to the winding shaft 22. When the winding tube 3 is empty, the two friction wheels 20, 21 are in engagement. The diameters of the two friction wheels are selected so that the empty winding tube 3 arranged on the shaft 22 does not lie against the winding drum 2 and is accordingly not driven directly by the winding drum 2, but via the two friction wheels 20, 21. The diameter ratio of the first friction wheel 20 to the second friction wheel 21 is greater than the diameter ratio of the winding drum 2 to the winding tube 3.
The operation of the device described is as follows: If the roll 25 on the winding tube 3-1 reaches the desired diameter during the winding process, this roll 25 is shown schematically in FIG. 1 with the aid of the pinion 18 and the rack 17 by hand unrolled from position B to position C, in which it is further driven by an auxiliary motor 16. A new winding tube 3-2 is brought into position A by hand with the aid of a fork (not shown) and the winding material is placed between the finished roll 25 and the empty tube 3-2 by pivoting the arm 4 up around the empty tube 3-2 looped more than half the circumference. The winding material 1 is cut by means of the knife 12.
During the cutting process, according to FIG. 3, the not yet cut winding material 1 is supported from one side by the part 13a located in front of the knife 12 in the direction of movement of the knife 12, and the new winding material start la is carried along by the edge 13c of the guide plate 13 immediately after cutting through placed under the second part 13b located behind the knife 12 in the direction of movement of the knife 12. Thus, the beginning of the winding material la is inserted into the wedge gap 8 between the empty tube 3-2 and the winding drum 2 (see FIG. 1).
In addition, an additional tension is generated in the winding material 1, according to the first embodiment with the help of the pressure rollers 5, in that their peripheral speed is greater than that of the winding tube 3 (see FIG. 4), so that a slip between the winding tube 3 and the Wik kelgut 1 arises.
According to the second embodiment (see Fig. 5), at the beginning of the winding, the slip between the winding tube 3 and the winding material 1 causing the additional tension in the winding material is generated via the friction wheels 20, 21 by giving the winding tube 3 a higher peripheral speed than the delivery speed of the winding material 1. Only when the roll diameter has been determined are the two friction wheels 20, 21 lifted from one another and the winding roll begins to be driven directly by the winding drum 2.
The formation of folds is avoided by the additionally generated tension in the winding material 1 and by the special guidance of the beginning of the winding material immediately after the transverse cutting by the guide plate 13.
