Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Ballspielzeug mit einem eine Zielfläche begrenzenden und mit einem Haltegriff versehenen Rahmen, mit welchem ein durch die Zielfläche oder in den Grenzbereich ausserhalb des Rahmens zu schleudernder Ball elastisch verbunden ist.
Das erfindungsgemässe Spielzeug ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Rahmen aus einem kontinuierlich gebogenen Rundprofilstab besteht, dass der Ball am einen Ende einer elastisch streckbaren Schnur befestigt ist, und dass das andere Ende der genannten Schnur mit einer über den grössten Teil des Rahmens längsverschiebbare bewegliche Halteeinrichtung verbunden ist.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform besteht darin, dass der kontinuierlich gebogene Rundprofilstab einen kreisrunden oder ovalen offenen Ring bildet und die beiden Stabenden als ein praktisch in der Ringebene radial nach aussen abstehender Stiel des Haltegriffes geformt sind. Eine weitere Ausführungsvariante besteht darin, dass der Rundprofilstab einen kreisrunden oder ovalen Ring bildet, wobei die Enden des Rundprofilstabes stumpf gegeneinanderstossen und mit einem praktisch in der Ringebene radial nach aussen abstehenden Stiel des Haltegriffs verbunden sind. Die auf dem Rahmen verschiebbare Halteeinrichtung ist zweckmässig eine mit Verankerungsmitteln für die Befestigung der elastisch streckbaren Schnur versehene Hülse.
Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes sind nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung beispielsweise beschrieben. In der Zeichnung zeigt:
Fig. 1 eine erste Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemässen Ballspielzeuges in Gebrauchsstellung und
Fig. 2 eine zweite Ausführungsform in Grundrissdarstellung.
Das Ballspielzeug nach Fig. 1 besteht aus einer zu einem Ring 1 gebogenen Drahtschlaufe, deren Enden 2, 2 praktisch in der Ringebene radial nach aussen abstehen und in einem Griffkörper 3 zusammengefasst sind, ferner aus einer längs des Rings und um dessen Oberfläche frei beweglichen Halteeinrichtung in der Form einer Hülse 4, mit welcher über eine elastische Schnur 5 ein Ball 6 verbunden ist. Die Hülse 4 ist mit nicht gezeigten Verankerungsmitteln, z. B. einer radialen Bohrung im Hülsenmantel, oder einer Umfangsrille versehen, an welchen das bezügliche Ende der elastischen Schnur 5 zuverlässig befestigt werden kann.
Bei der Benützung des Spielzeugs wird, ausgehend vom Ruhezustand, die elastische Schnur 5 durch rasches Anheben des Ringes 1 gespannt, wodurch dem Ball 6, dessen Gewicht angemessen festzulegen ist und der vorzugsweise aus Holz oder einem anderen, spezifisch etwa gleich schweren Material gefertigt ist, nach oben zu fliegen trachtet. Sofern gewünscht bzw. wenn die erforderliche Geschicklichkeit vorhanden ist, passiert der Ball 6 dabei.beispielsweise die Zielfläche 7 innerhalb des Ringes 1. Spätestens wenn der Ball 6 um eine Strecke, die etwa der Länge der elastischen Schnur 5 entspricht, in Richtung des Pfeiles 8 aus dem Ring 1 nach oben ausgetreten ist, wird der Ring 1 nach unten bewegt, wodurch sich eine Steigerung der Vorspannung in der Schnur 5 ergibt und der Ball 6 in rascher Bewegung nach unten gezogen wird.
Ob der Ball 6 nun wieder die Zielfläche 7 passieren soll oder links vom Ring abwärts fällt, hängt vom Wunsche eines geschickten Spielers ab, der durch geeignete Bewegungssteuerung den Weg des auf- und abspringenden Balles zu beeinflussen vermag. Dank der rund um den Ringquerschnitt drehbaren Hülse 4, an welcher das innere Ende der elastischen Schnur befestigt ist, ergibt sich dabei kein Aufwickeln der Schnur am Ring 1, wie dies beim direkten Befestigen des Schnurendes am Ring der Fall wäre, wenn der Ball nicht jedesmal die Zielfläche 7 passiert. Das erfindungsgemässe Ballspielzeug lässt daher einem geschickten Spieler die Wahl zwischen einem durch die Zielfläche gehenden und verschiedenen ausserhalb des Ringes 1 verlaufenden Bewegungswegen für den Ball 6.
In Fig. 2 ist eine Ausführungsform des Ballspielzeuges in Grundrissdarstellung gezeigt, die sich lediglich durch die Gestaltung des Haltegriffes bzw. des Stieles 9 und des Ringes 10 von'derjenigen nach Fig. 1 unterscheidet. Im Falle der Fig. 2 ist ein massiver Stiel 9 vorgesehen, an dessen ringseitigem Ende die beiden Enden der den Ring 10 bildenden Drahtschlaufe, beispielsweise durch Schweissen, befestigt sind.
Anstelle der als Kugel gezeichneten Grifflkörper 3 und 11 kann auch ein anders gestalteter Griffkörper treten. Der Ball 6 kann aus Holz, Gummi oder Kunststoff gefertigt sein. Die einen runden Querschnitt aufweisenden Ringe 1 und 10 werden vorzugsweise aus Stahldraht von ca. 3 mm Durchmesser gefertigt. Sie können aber auch unter ängemessener Vergrösserung des Durchmessers. aus Kunststoff gefertigt werden.
Die Ringe 1 und 10 können anstatt rund auch oval geformt sein.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Ballspielzeug mit einem eine Zielfläche (7) begrenzenden und mit einem Haltegriff (2, 2, 3; 9, 11) versehenen Rahmen (10), mit welchem ein durch die Zielfläche oder in den Grenzbereich ausserhalb des Rahmens zu schleudernder Ball (6) elastisch verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Rahmen (1) aus einem kontinuierlich gebogenen Rundprofilstab besteht, dass der Ball (6) am einen Ende einer elastisch streckbaren Schnur (5) befestigt ist, und dass das andere Ende der genannten Schnur mit einer über den grössten Teil des Rahmens längsverschiebbare Halteeinrichtung (4) verbunden ist.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Spielzeug nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kontinuierlich gebogene Rundprofilstab einen kreisrunden oder ovalen offenen Ring bildet und die beiden Stabenden (2, 2) als ein praktisch in der Ringebene radial nach aussen abstehender Stiel des Haltegriffes geformt sind.
2. Spielzeug nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kontinuierlich gebogene Rundprofilstab einen kreisrunden oder ovalen Ring bildet, wobei die Enden des Rundprofilstabes stumpf gegeneinanderstossen und mit einem praktisch in der Ringebene radial nach aussen abstehenden Stiel (9) des Haltegriffs verbunden sind.
3. Spielzeug nach Patentanspruch oder einem der Unteransprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf dem Rahmen verschiebbare Halteeinrichtung eine mit Verankerungsmitteln für die Befestigung der elastisch streckbaren Schnur versehene Hülse ist.

In FIG. 2, an embodiment of the ball toy is shown in a plan view, which differs from that according to FIG. 1 only in the design of the handle or the handle 9 and the ring 10.
