Abstract

The toy is in the shape of a tortoise, with a body (10) and a hinged shell-shaped back (16). The body can be used as a container, and has four vertical running wheels, positioned in planes parallel to the central line of the body. Each wheel is located in one of the tortoise legs. The head has an open mouth, with a revolveable ball, to which a pull chord is fastened. The back is hinged at two points along the side, and has a spring clip fastening at the other side.

   Kinder pflegen mit nachziehbaren Spielzeugen aller Art zu spielen. Nach einer gewissen Zeit wird das Kind des Spieles überdrüssig und legt es zur Seite.



   Die Erfindung betrifft ein solches nachziehbares Spielzeug und bezweckt, die Langeweile der Kinder zu vermindern und die Freude an diesem Spiel zu verlängern.



   Das Spielzeug ist gekennzeichnet durch einen hohlen Körper in Schildkrötengestalt mit einem an einem Rumpf angelenkten schalenförmigen Rückenteil, der als schliessbarer Deckel dient, welcher Körper mit vier senkrecht stehenden Laufrädern versehen ist, die in Ebenen liegen, die zur Mittellinie des Körpers parallel sind.



   Durch den angelenkten Deckel hat das Kind Zutritt zum Innern des Körpers, in welchem kleinere Spielzeuge zur wahlweisen Benützung und auswechselbar aufbewahrt werden können.



   In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung beispielsweise dargestellt. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 das Spielzeug in Schrägbild bei geschlossenem Deckel,
Fig. 2 eine entsprechende Darstellung mit geöffnetem Deckel und
Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie 3-3 in Fig. 1.



   Das dargestellte Spielzeug besteht im wesentlichen aus einem hohlen Körper in Schildkrötengestalt mit einem Bodenteil 10, der vier Beine 12 und einen nach vorn und nach oben vorstehenden Kopf 14 aufweist. Der schalenförmige Rückenteil 16 ist an einer Seite des Teils 10 angelenkt, wie bei 18 dargestellt, so dass er aufgeklappt werden kann und zum Innern des Hohlkörpers Zutritt gewährt. Darin können kleinere Spielzeuge 20 aufbewahrt werden. Bei geschlossenem Deckel ist ein geschlossenes Spielzeugkästchen gebildet.



   In jedem Bein ist ein Laufrad 22 verborgen, das um eine horizontale Achse 24 frei drehbar ist. Die Räder stehen alle in Ebenen, welche parallel zur horizontalen Längsmittellinie des Spielzeuges stehen. Die beiden Vorder- bzw. Hinterräder können auf einer gemeinsamen Achse 24 gelagert sein.



   Der Kopf 14 weist ein offenes Maul 26 auf, das eine drehbare Kugel 28 trägt, die an einem Ende einer Zugkordel 30 oder dergleichen befestigt ist.

 

   PATENTANSPRUCH



   Nachziehbares Spielzeug, gekennzeichnet durch einen hohlen Körper in Schildkrötengestalt mit einem an einem Rumpf (10) angelenkten schalenförmigen Rückenteil (16), der als schliessbarer Deckel dient, welcher Körper mit vier senkrecht stehenden Laufrädern versehen ist, die in Ebenen liegen, die zur Mittellinie des Körpers parallel sind.



   UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Spielzeug nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper vier Beine aufweist, wobei jedes Laufrad in einem entsprechenden Bein angeordnet ist.



   2. Spielzeug nach Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper einen Kopf mit einem offenen Maul aufweist, in welchem eine Kugel drehbar gelagert ist, die am einen Ende einer Zugkordel befestigt ist.

   The invention relates to such a pull-along toy and is intended to reduce the boredom of children and to prolong the joy of this game.



   The toy is characterized by a hollow body in the shape of a turtle with a bowl-shaped back part hinged to a trunk, which serves as a closable lid, which body is provided with four vertical running wheels which lie in planes that are parallel to the center line of the body.



   The hinged lid gives the child access to the inside of the body, in which smaller toys can be stored for optional use and interchangeably.

   The toy shown consists essentially of a hollow body in the shape of a turtle with a bottom part 10 which has four legs 12 and a head 14 protruding forwards and upwards. The shell-shaped back part 16 is hinged to one side of the part 10, as shown at 18, so that it can be opened and allows access to the interior of the hollow body. Smaller toys 20 can be stored therein. When the lid is closed, a closed toy box is formed.



   A running wheel 22, which is freely rotatable about a horizontal axis 24, is hidden in each leg. The wheels are all in planes which are parallel to the horizontal longitudinal center line of the toy. The two front and rear wheels can be mounted on a common axle 24.



   The head 14 has an open mouth 26 which carries a rotatable ball 28 which is attached to one end of a drawstring 30 or the like.
