The present invention relates to a wallet for banknotes comprising an internal clip capable of removably retaining said banknotes.
Different types of banknote staples are already known and which are placed without any other precaution directly in the user's pocket. Because of this, these staples can accidentally escape. On the other hand, different types of bill wallets are also known, in which the banknotes are tight but can accidentally escape when the user opens his wallet with some haste.
The clip wallet according to the invention proposes to overcome these various drawbacks by combining the complementary advantages of the two devices indicated above. To this end, it is characterized by the presence of an internal clip capable of removably retaining the banknotes which are inserted therein.
In a certain embodiment, this wallet is made in three adjacent sections, of rectangular shape, the two side sections being able to be folded over the central section.
The clip is then attached to the top of one of the side sides of the center section and disposed horizontally so as to extend to the other side side. The upper edge of the central section is extended by a flap which can be either unfolded to release access to the clip, or folded inside the wallet to cover said clip. To keep the wallet in the closed position, a snap closure system is arranged at the corresponding locations of each of the two side sections of the wallet, so as to coincide when these two sections are folded over the central section.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the clip-on wallet according to the invention.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view thereof, in the closed position.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view in the fully open position.
Fig. 3 is a perspective view, in a partially open position.
Referring to the drawing, a rectangular shaped wallet comprises three sections juxtaposed side by side, the central section 16 as well as the side sections 14 and 18, these three parts being connected to each other by a collapsible intermediate section 10, arranged on both sides. other, along the adjacent sides of the center section 16 with the side sections 14 and 18. A bill clip 20 is attached to the top of one of the side sides of the center section 16 and extends transversely to the other side. A flexible flap 22 upwardly extends the top edge of the middle section 16. In use, the flap 22 is folded in and covers the clip 20 as well as the middle section 16. The side section 14 is then folded back. in turn over the flap 22 and finally the other side section 18 is also folded over to cover the side section 14.
A snap closure system 24 is disposed at corresponding locations on the inner surface of each of the side sections 14 and 18, so as to coincide when these two sections are folded over one another.
By using this clip-on wallet, the user thus has in hand a simple and inexpensive means of securely holding his banknotes, said means advantageously combining the benefits of a conventional wallet with those of a clip-on clip. ticket, without having the disadvantages.
CLAIM
Wallet for banknotes, characterized by the presence of an internal clip capable of removably retaining the banknotes which are inserted therein.
SUB-CLAIMS
1. Wallet according to claim, characterized in that the wallet is made in three adjacent sections of rectangular shape, the two side sections being able to fold over the central section.
2. Wallet according to claim and sub-claim 1, characterized in that the clip is fixed to the top of one of the lateral sides of the central section and extends transversely to the other side.
