Die Erfindung betrifft ein Versandkuvert aus Karton mit einer am offenen Rand längs einer Biegekante anhängenden und umschlagbaren Verschlussklappe. Derartige Kuverts aus festem Karton dienen zum Versand von Broschüren, Kalen dern oder Dokumenten und sollen beim Postversand gewähr leisten, dass der Inhalt nicht geknickt oder beschädigt wird.
Wenn das Kuvert an der Verschlussklappe zugeklebt ist, wozu die heute vielfach verwendeten selbstklebenden Ränder an
Verschlussklappe und Kuverthülle nur gegeneinander ge drückt zu werden brauchen, macht das spätere Öffnen des
Kuverts einige Mühe, wenn ein scharfes Messer oder eine
Schere nicht gerade zur Hand ist.
Um von solchen Hilfsmitteln unabhängig zu sein und das Öffnen des Kuverts überhaupt zu erleichtern, ist das Versand kuvert der obenbezeichneten Art daher erfindungsgemäss da durch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Innenseite der Biegekante ein Aufreissfaden befestigt ist, der mindestens an einer Seite über den Kuvertrand vorsteht. Damit das Kuvert genau längs der Biegekante aufgerissen wird, ist der Aufreissfaden zweck mässig mindestens streckenweise längs dieser Biegekante fest geleimt. Ferner ist zur Erleichterung des Aufreissens vorzugs weise die Biegekante an dem Ende, über das der Aufreissfa den vorsteht, mit einem kleinen Einschnitt versehen, durch den der an der Innenseite festgeleimte Aufreissfaden zur Aus senseite geführt ist, von welcher Seite aus der Karton längs der
Biegekante aufzureissen ist.
Auf diese Weise erzielt man einen sauberen Öffnungsrand und ist unabhängig von irgendwel chem Schneidwerkzeug.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Versandkuverts ist nachfol gend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert, in welcher ein offenes Kuvert in Draufsicht dargestellt ist.
Das aus Karton bestehende Versandkuvert besitzt an der
Kuverthülle 1 eine längs einer Biegelinie 2 anhängende Ver schlussklappe 3. Auf der Biegelinie 2 ist längs der ganzen Län ge oder mindestens streckenweise ein Aufreissfaden 4 festgeleimt, der in der Figur auf der linken Seite über den Kuvertrand vorsteht, damit der Faden an diesem Ende zum Aufreissen des Kuverts ergriffen werden kann. Um dies zu erleichtern, ist an der gleichen Seite am Ende der Biegekante ein Einschnitt 5 vorgesehen, wobei an der Aussenkante ein dreieckiges Kartonstück weggeschnitten ist, woran sich eine kurze Schnittlinie anschliesst, die genau auf der Biegekante liegt.
Das Kuvert besitzt an der Hülle und an der Verschlussklappe eine in Streifen aufgetragene Klebstoffbeschichtung 6, so dass zum Verschliessen die Klappe nur umgeschlagen und zugedrückt zu werden braucht.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Versandkuvert aus Karton, mit einer am offenen Rand längs einer Biegekante anhängenden und umschlagbaren Verschlussklappe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Innenseite der Biegekante ein Aufreissfaden befestigt ist, der mindestens an einer Seite über den Kuvertrand vorsteht.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Kuvert nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufreissfaden mindestens streckenweise längs der Biegekante festgeleimt ist.
2. Kuvert nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufreissfaden über die gesamte Länge der Biegekante festgeleimt ist.
3. Kuvert nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Erleichterung des Aufreissens die Biegekante an dem Ende, über das der Aufreissfaden vorsteht, einen Einschnitt aufweist.
