Die bekannten Regen- und Sonnenschutzschirme besitzen zum Aufspannen der Schirmdächer je ein zusammenlegbares, am Halterstock angeordnetes Spanngestell, das durch eine Vielzahl von gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Stäben gebildet ist. Die heutigen, in Massenfabrikation hergestellten Gestelle, besonders jene billiger Ausführung, sind jedoch sehr störungsanfällig und nehmen in zusammengelegtem Zustand relativ viel Platz in Anspruch.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Regen- und Sonnenschutzschirm, durch welchen die den bisherigen Ausführungen anhaftenden Nachteile behoben werden sollen. Erfindungsgemäss zeichnet sich derselbe dadurch aus, dass am Schirmdach zum Spannen desselben ein aufblasbarer, und zum Zusammenlegen entleerbarer, Luft enthaltender Träger vorgesehen ist.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht des aufgespannten Schirmes und
Fig. 2 einen senkrechten Teilschnitt desselben.
1 ist ein als oberer Haltestock-Teil des Schirmes dienendes Pumpenrohr, das zweckmässig aus Kunststoff besteht. 2 ist eine als unterer Haltestock-Teil des Schirmes dienende Kolbenstange mit einem im Pumpenrohr arbeitenden Kolben. Das Unterende der Kolbenstange 2 trägt den Pumpen- bzw.
Schirmgriff 3. Das Oberende des Pumpenrohres trägt die übliche Abschlusskappe 4, welche mit einem Luftablassventil 4' versehen ist. Am Unterende des Pumpenrohres 1 ist ein Führungsring 5 mit Dichtung für die Kolbenstange 2 angeordnet, welche eine Arretierschraube 6 zum Feststellen der Kolbenstange 2 in ausgezogener und eingeschobener Stellung trägt. 7 ist das kreisrunde Schirmdach aus Plastikfolie, das in der Mitte mittels einer ringförmigen Verstärkung 8 mit dem Oberende des Pumpenrohres 1 verschweisst ist. Der Umfangsrand des Schirmdaches 7 bildet einen ringförmig in sich geschlossenen, aufblasbaren Schlauch 9 aus Plastikfolie. Dieser ist durch einen radialen, mit dem Dach verbundenen Luftzuführungsschlauch 10 mit dem Oberende des Pumpenrohres 1 verbunden und gestattet durch Betätigung der Pumpe ein Aufblasen des Schlauches 9.
Eine mit Luftdurchlässen versehene Plastikhaut verbindet die Mitte des Haltestock-Teiles 1 mit dem Schlauch 9 und dient der Stabilisierung des Schirmdaches 7. 12 ist ein mit dem Schlauch 9 verbundener, herabhängender Tropfrand.
Zum Spannen des Schirmes genügen einige Pumpenstösse.
Durch Feststellen der Kolbenstange 2 in ausgezogener Stellung ist der Schirm an seinem Griff bequem tragbar. Das Schliessen des Schirmes wird durch Öffnen des Ventiles 4' erreicht. Nach Entleeren der Luft ist der Schirm nach unten zusammenfaltbar und nach Einschieben und Arretieren der Kolbenstange 2 in ein zugehöriges Plastiketui einschiebbar.
Das Aufblasen des Schlauches könnte anstatt mit einer Pumpe auch mit dem Mund oder einer Pressluftpatrone erfolgen.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Regen- und Sonnenschutzschirm, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Schirmdach (7) zum Spannen desselben ein aufblasbarer, und zum Zusammenlegen entleerbarer, Luft enthaltender Träger (9) vorgesehen ist.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Schirm nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (9) am Umfangsrand des Schirmdaches (7) angeordnet und durch einen in sich geschlossenen Schlauch (9) gebildet ist.
2. Schirm nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltestock (1, 2) des Schirmdaches (7) als Luftpumpe ausgebildet ist, welche durch wenigstens einen als Radialstrebe dienenden Luftzuführungsschlauch (10) mit dem Schlauch (9) verbunden ist.
3. Schirm nach Patentanspruch und Unteransprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein am Unterende des den Oberteil des Haltestockes (1, 2) bildenden Pumpenrohres (1) angeordneter Führungs- und Dichtungsring (5) mit einem Arretierorgan (6) versehen ist, welches eineFeststellungderden Unterteil des Haltestückes bildenden Kolbenstange (2) in ausgezogener und eingeschobener Stellung erlaubt, wobei das Oberende des Pumpenrohres (1) durch eine mit Luftablassventil (4') versehene Kappe (4) abgeschlossen ist.
4. Schirm nach Patentanspruch und Unteransprüchen 1 bis
3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine den Schlauch (9) mit dem Mittelteil des Pumpenrohres (1) verbindende Plastikhaut (11) Luftdurchlassöffnungen aufweist und der Stabilisierung des
Schirmdaches (7) dient.
5. Schirm nach Patentanspruch und Unteransprüchen 1 bis
4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schirmdach (7) mit mehreren radialen Luftzuführungsschläuchen (10') als Streben für die zusätzliche Dachversteifung versehen ist.

1 is a pump tube serving as the upper holding stick part of the umbrella, which is suitably made of plastic. 2 is a piston rod serving as a lower holding stick part of the umbrella with a piston working in the pump tube. The lower end of the piston rod 2 carries the pump resp.

A few pump strokes are sufficient to tension the screen.
By locking the piston rod 2 in the extended position, the umbrella can be easily carried by its handle. The screen is closed by opening the valve 4 '. After the air has been emptied, the screen can be folded down and, after the piston rod 2 has been pushed in and locked, it can be pushed into an associated plastic case.
The hose could also be inflated with the mouth or a compressed air cartridge instead of a pump.

SUBCLAIMS
1. Umbrella according to claim, characterized in that the carrier (9) is arranged on the peripheral edge of the canopy (7) and is formed by a self-contained hose (9).
2. A screen according to claim and dependent claim 1, characterized in that the holding stick (1, 2) of the canopy (7) is designed as an air pump which is connected to the hose (9) by at least one air supply hose (10) serving as a radial strut.

Screen according to claim and dependent claims 1 and 2, characterized in that a guide and sealing ring (5) arranged at the lower end of the upper part of the holding stick (1, 2) forming the pump tube (1) is provided with a locking element (6), which allows the piston rod (2) forming the lower part of the holding piece to be locked in the extended and pushed-in position, the upper end of the pump tube (1) being closed by a cap (4) provided with an air release valve (4 ').
