L'objet de la présente invention est un chasse-goupille.
Les chasse-goupilles connus sont formés en une seule pièce, cette pièce présentant un manche terminé par une tête destinée à chasser la goupille hors de son logement. La matière employée pour ces chasse-goupilles doit être assez tendre pour que, lors du déchassage, la partie la plus faible ne casse pas et assez tenace pour qu'elle ne plie pas.
Ces deux exigences sont contradictoires, et, dans les petits diamètres, au-dessous de 4 mm, on obtient difficilement des outils donnant satisfaction.
Le but de l'invention est de remédier à ces inconvénients et d'obtenir un chasse-goupille spécialement solide. Le chasse-goupille selon l'invention permet en outre une réalisation économique particulièrement intéressante.
Ce chasse-goupille est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un corps central formant manche, et au moins une tête de percussion agencée pour être fixée de façon amovible sur ledit manche.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution d'un chasse-goupille selon l'invention.

Le chasse-goupille représenté comporte un corps central I formant manche sur lequel est fixée une tête de percussion 2. Cette tête 2 comprend une partie cylindrique 3 pénétrant librement dans un trou 4 de diamètre correspondant que présente le corps central 1. Elle présente une partie tronconique 5 dont la base vient en contact avec la partie plane de l'extrémité du corps central 1.
Cette partie tronconique 5 est terminée par une partie cylindrique 6 au diamètre de la goupille à chasser.
La tête 2 est fixée amoviblement sur le manche au moyen d'un organe de maintien 7 élastique logé dans une saignée de la partie cylindrique 3. Cet organe peut être un joint torique en caoutchouc ou en matière plastique analogue, il pourrait aussi être formé par une spire de ressort.
En variante, I'organe de maintien pourrait être fixé dans une gorge ménagée dans la paroi du trou 4.
Si l'organe de maintien 7 est en caoutchouc ou en une matière analogue, on percera le corps 1 d'un trou 8, débouchant dans le trou 4 de façon que l'air comprimé par le joint 7 puisse s'échapper.
On voit l'avantage du chasse-goupille décrit: le corps I peut être exécuté en un acier ordinaire résistant aux chocs alors que la partie amovible 2 sera en acier trempé tenace et non cassant.
Une forme d'exécution avantageuse comprend un manche I et un jeu de têtes 2 interchangeables dont seuls les diamètres des extrémités cylindriques 6 sont différents et constituent un jeu de I mm à 10 mm, croissant par 1 mm par exemple, le tout pouvant être logé dans un écrin.
REVENDICATION
Chasse-goupille, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un corps central formant manche, et au moins une tête de percussion agencée pour être fixée de façon amovible sur ledit manche.
SOUS-REVENDICATIONS
