La présente invention a pour objet un gril-rôtissoire comprenant un seul foyer et permettant simultanément de cuire, griller et rôtir différents aliments.
Ce gril est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend au moins un réflecteur disposé sensiblement à la hauteur du foyer de manière à renvoyer vers le haut une partie du rayonnement émis latéralement.
Le dessin ci-annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.

La fig. 2 en est une vue en plan.
Le gril-rôtissoire représenté comprend une plaque de base 10 montée sur quatre pieds amovibles 11, deux plaques perforées 13 et 14 et deux parois 15 et 16, limitant avec la plaque 10 une chambre 17 destinée à être emplie de charbon de bois, une grille 18 posée sur cette chambre, deux tubes 12 soudés sous la plaque 10 et dans lesquels sont engagés deux tiges de supports 25 et 26, deux bras 19 et 20 fixés amoviblement aux bras 15 et 16, un réflecteur 21 incliné à 45 prenant appui sur les tronçons des deux tiges 25 et 26 dépassant vers l'arrière du foyer et s'accrochant aux bras 19 et 20.
Ces bras servent également de support à un bac 22, sur lequel on peut poser une cloche 23 de manière à former un four.
L'appareil comprend encore une planchette 24 que l'on peut placer sur les tronçons dépassant vers l'avant des tiges 25 et 26.
Le foyer formé par le charbon incandescent emplissant la chambre 17 rayonne vers le haut, vers l'avant et vers l'arrière de l'appareil où les rayons sont renvoyés par réflexion vers le haut.
Dans ces conditions, il est possible simultanément de rôtir un premier mets dans le four A formé par le bac 22 et la cloche 23, de cuire un deuxième mets dans une casserole B posée sur la grille 18 et de préparer une raclette avec une pièce de fromage C posée sur la planchette 24.
Les diverses parties du gril-rôtissoire décrit peuvent être démontées et rangées dans une housse de petites dimensions munie d'une poignée pour le transport.
L'invention n'est évidemment pas limitée à la forme d'exécution représentée au dessin.
En particulier, on pourrait prévoir deux réflecteurs situés respectivement l'un à l'avant, I'autre à l'arrière de l'appareil.
D'autre part, on pourrait prévoir des moyens pour régler l'intensité de la chaleur réfléchie par le réflecteur. Ces moyens pourraient être constitués par exemple par des ouvertures ménagées dans la surface réfléchissante et susceptibles d'être plus ou moins fermées par le déplacement d'une seconde plaque réfléchissante également ajourée placée derrière la première.
REVENDICATION
Gril-rôtissoire comprenant un foyer permettant de cuire, griller, rôtir simultanément différents mets, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend au moins un réflecteur disposé sur le côté du foyer sensiblement à sa hauteur de manière à renvoyer vers le haut une partie du rayonnement émis latéralement.
SOUS-REVENDICATIONS
1. Gril-rôtissoire selon la revendication, caractérisé par le fait que le foyer est agencé de manière à rayonner simultanément vers le haut, I'avant et l'arrière.
2. Gril-rôtissoire selon la revendication et la sous-revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un bac situé au-dessus du réflecteur de manière à recevoir le rayonnement réfléchi par ce dernier.
3. Gril-rôtissoire selon la revendication et la sous-revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une cloche destinée à être posée sur le bac de manière à former avec ce dernier un four.
4. Gril-rôtissoire selon la revendication et les sous-revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une planchette destinée à être placée devant le foyer.

The grill-rotisserie shown comprises a base plate 10 mounted on four removable feet 11, two perforated plates 13 and 14 and two walls 15 and 16, limiting with the plate 10 a chamber 17 intended to be filled with charcoal, a grid 18 placed on this chamber, two tubes 12 welded under the plate 10 and in which are engaged two support rods 25 and 26, two arms 19 and 20 removably attached to the arms 15 and 16, a reflector 21 inclined at 45 resting on the sections of the two rods 25 and 26 projecting towards the rear of the hearth and hooking to the arms 19 and 20.
These arms also serve as a support for a tank 22, on which a bell 23 can be placed so as to form an oven.
The apparatus further comprises a board 24 which can be placed on the sections protruding towards the front of the rods 25 and 26.
The focus formed by the incandescent charcoal filling the chamber 17 radiates upwards, towards the front and towards the rear of the apparatus where the rays are reflected by reflection upwards.
Under these conditions, it is possible simultaneously to roast a first dish in the oven A formed by the tank 22 and the bell 23, to cook a second dish in a pan B placed on the grid 18 and to prepare a raclette with a piece of cheese C placed on the board 24.
The various parts of the described grill-rotisserie can be disassembled and stored in a small-sized bag provided with a handle for transport.
The invention is obviously not limited to the embodiment shown in the drawing.
In particular, two reflectors could be provided, located respectively one at the front and the other at the rear of the device.
On the other hand, one could provide means for adjusting the intensity of the heat reflected by the reflector. These means could be constituted, for example, by openings made in the reflecting surface and capable of being more or less closed by the displacement of a second reflecting plate, also perforated, placed behind the first.
CLAIM
Grill-rotisserie comprising a hearth for simultaneously cooking, grilling and roasting different dishes, characterized in that it comprises at least one reflector arranged on the side of the hearth substantially at its height so as to return part of the radiation upwards emitted laterally.
SUB-CLAIMS
1. Grill-rotisserie according to claim, characterized in that the hearth is arranged so as to radiate simultaneously upward, forward and backward.
2. Grill-rotisserie according to claim and sub-claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a tray located above the reflector so as to receive the radiation reflected by the latter.
3. Grill-rotisserie according to claim and sub-claim 2, characterized in that it comprises a bell intended to be placed on the tray so as to form with the latter an oven.
4. Grill-rotisserie according to claim and sub-claims 1 and 2, characterized in that it comprises a board intended to be placed in front of the hearth.
