Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Bilderhaken mit einem einseitig spitzen Stift zu seiner Befestigung an einer Wand.
Zum Aufhängen von Bildern und ähnlichen leichteren Gegenständen an Wänden sind schon viele Arten von Bilderhaken bekannt. darunter auch sogenannte X-Haken. Letztere weisen nvei koaxiale Bohrungen auf. durch welche ein zum Befestigen des Hakens dienender Drahtstift, oftmals auch aus Stahl, hindurchgesteckt wird. Alle herkömmlichen Bilderhaken haben aber einen grossen Nachteil, nämlich den, dass ihre Befestigung relativ kompliziert ist und vom ungeübten Laien nur mühsam ausgeführt werden kann. In der Tat ist das Einschlagen eines Nagels nicht jedermanns Sache, besonders dann nicht, wenn der Haken klein ist und dieser schlecht mit der Hand gehalten werden kann, so dass es immer wieder vorkommt, dass man anstatt des Nagelkopfes die eigenen Finger trifft.
Eine zweite Schwierigkeit besteht in der praktischen Unmöglichkeit, einen gewöhnlichen Draht- oder Stahlstift in eine Betonwand einzuschlagen. Dieses Vorhaben gelingt deshalb nicht oder nur selten, weil die bei herkömmlichen Bilderhaken verwendeten Stifte zu wenig geführt sind.
Das blosse Halten mit der Hand genügt praktisch nicht, um den Stift sicher führen zu können. Für einfache Verhältnisse sind herkömmliche Bilderhaken also zwar einigermassen zufriedenstellend. wenn es sich aber um deren Anbringung an schwer zugänglichen Orten oder an Betonwänden handelt, versagen gewöhnliche Haken fast ausnahmslos.
Deshalb hat es sich die vorliegende Erfindung zur Aufgabe gestellt, einen Bilderhaken zu schaffen, welcher auf einfachste und bequemste Weise sicher und dauerhaft befestigt werden kann.
Erfindungsgemäss wird dieser Vorteil dadurch erreicht, dass er einen zum Anliegen an der Wand bestimmten Auflageteller, einen Hals und einen Halteteil aufweist, wobei der letztere mit dem Hals und dem Auflageteller aus einem einzigen Kunststoffstück besteht, und dass er mit einer senkrecht zum Auflageteller durch dessen Zentrum verlaufenden, mindestens auf der Seite des Halteteils offenen, zur Aufnahme und Führung des Stiftes dienenden Öffnung versehen ist.
Vorzugsweise weist dabei die an der Wand anliegende Auflagefläche des Auflagetellers einen konkav gekrümmten zentralen Teil auf, ist also in ihrem Zentrum bezüglich der ebenen Wand hohl. Es ist zweckmässig, wenn die lichte Weite der oeffnung gerade so gross ist, dass der Stift satt in ihr sitzt.
Dabei kann es vorteilhaft sein, wenn der Stift keinen Kopf hat.
Nachstehend wird anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung näher beschrieben.
Es zeigen darin die Fig. 1 einen Schnitt durch einen erfindungsgemässen Bilderhaken nach der Linie I-I der Fig. 2 und die Fig. 2 eine Frontalansicht desselben Bilderhakens mit einer angesetzten Montagehilfe.
Das erfindungsgemässe Ausführungsbeispiel eines Bilderhakens weist einen scheibenförmigen Auflageteller 1 auf, welcher zur Abstützung des Hakens an der Wand 2, wo er befestigt werden soll, dient. Dabei ist es vorteilhaft, wenn der Auflageteller 1 an seiner der Wand zugewandten Seite etwas hohl ist, damit ein kleiner Raum für eventuell bei der Befestigung losbröckelnde Verputzstückchen bleibt und der sichere Sitz des Hakens dadurch nicht gefährdet wird.
Koaxial an den Auflageteller 1 schliesst ein im wesentlichen zylindrischer Hals 3 an, welcher wiederum mit einem Halteteil 4 verbunden ist, wobei letzterer, der Hals 3 und der Auflageteller 1 aus einem einzigen Kunststoffstück bestehen.
Die äussere Form der Teile 1, 3 und 4 spielt keine Rolle, es ist dabei also vollkommen gleichgültig, ob sie zylindersym metrisch oder eckig oder sonstwie gestaltet sind, sofern nur der in der Fig. 1 dargestellte Aufbau annähernd erreicht wird. Bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel besitzen der Auflage5 teller 1 und der Hals 3 Zylindersymmetrie, was eine beson ders zweckmässige Ausgestaltung darstellt. Senkrecht zum
Auflageteller 1 ist im Haken eine Öffnung 5 angebracht, wo bei deren Verlängerung durch die Achse des Auflagetellers verläuft. Die Öffnung 5 ist nur einseitig, nämlich an der o Halteteilseite des Bilderhakens offen, könnte aber auch ge nausogut den ganzen Haken durchdringen. Sie dient zum
Aufnehmen und Führen eines Stiftes 6, welcher zweckmäs sigerweise aus Stahl ist und dessen Durchmesser etwas grösser ist als der der Öffnung 5.
5 Um den Bilderhaken einfach, bequem und vollkommen gefahrlos befestigen zu können, ohne ihn mit den Fingern halten zu müssen, kann er mit einer Montagehilfe 7 versehen sein, welche aus einer steifen Kunststoffleiste besteht, deren eines Ende eine den Abmessungen des Halses 3 entsprechende ,Ausnehmung aufweist und mit ihren dadurch gebildeten ga belförmigen Enden den Hals 3 etwas umgreift, so dass also der Bilderhaken und die Montagehilfe nach Art eines Schnap pers miteinander verbindbar sind und auch leicht wieder ge trennt werden können.
5 Will man nun einen solchen Bilderhaken an einer Wand befestigen, so steckt man ihn zuerst auf die Montagehilfe oder hält ihn mit den Fingern an die betreffende Stelle an der Wand, wo er befestigt werden soll und setzt einen Stift mit leichtem Druck in die Offnung ein. Hierauf kann man mit wenigen Hammerschlägen den Stift in die Wand treiben, ohne dass man den Haken umständlich festhalten muss oder, sofern man die Montagehilfe benutzt hat, die Gefahr besteht, sich auf die Finger zu klopfen. Nach der Befestigung löst man gegebenenfalls die Montagehilfe durch einfaches Abziehen vom Haken.
Vorteilhafterweise benutzt man dabei für weichere Mauern, also Ziegel-, Holz usw. -wände längere Stifte und für Be tonwände kürzere Stahlstifte. Es ist gar nicht nötig, dass die
Stahlstifte Köpfe haben, da wegen der kleineren Abmessun- gen der Öffnung, in welche der Stift eingesetzt ist, dieser fest geklemmt wird und dadurch der Haken sicher hält. Ja es ist sogar von Vorteil, wenn die Stifte ohne Köpfe sind, da sie sich dadurch wesentlich leichter besonders in harte Mauern einschlagen lassen.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Bilderhaken mit einem einseitig spitzen Stift zu seiner Be festigung an einer Wand, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen zum Anliegen an der Wand (2) bestimmten Auflage teller (1), einen Hals (3) und einen Halteteil (4) aufweist, wobei der letztere mit dem Hals und dem Auflageteller aus einem einzigen Kunststoffstück besteht, und dass er mit einer senkrecht zum Auflageteller durch dessen Zentrum verlau fenden, mindestens auf der Seite des Halteteils offenen, zur
Aufnahme und Führung des Stiftes dienenden Öffnung (5) versehen ist.

Simply holding it with your hand is practically not enough to be able to use the pen safely. Conventional picture hooks are somewhat satisfactory for simple circumstances. but when it comes to attaching them in hard-to-reach places or on concrete walls, ordinary hooks fail almost without exception.
Therefore, the present invention has set itself the task of creating a picture hook which can be securely and permanently attached in the simplest and most convenient way.
