Ferner hat sich in manchen Fällen ein Zusatz ionogener und/oder nichtionogener Hilfsmittel zu den Färbeflotten bewährt. Als nichtionogene Hilfsmittel kommen insbesondere die bekannten grenzflächenaktiven Älhoxylierungs- und Propoxylierungsprodukte von Fettalkoholen, Alkylphenolen, Fettsäureamiden und Fettsäuren sowie deren Mischungen in Betracht;

1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane, pentachloroethane, 1-chloropropane, 2-chloropropane, 1,2-dichloropropane, 1-chlorobutane, 2-chlorobutane, 1,4-dichlorobutane, 1-chloro-2- methylpropane or 2-chloro-2-methyl-propane and aliphatic fluorine and fluorine-chlorine hydrocarbons, such as perfluoro-n-hexane, 1,2,
2-Trifluorotrichfor- ethane and trifluoropentachloropropane, aromatic chlorine and fluorocarbons, such as chlorobenzene, fluorobenzene, chlorotoluene and benzotrifluoride.
Tetrachlorethylene, trichlorethylene, 1,1,1-trichloroethane and 1,1,1-trichloropropane have proven particularly useful. Mixtures of these solvents can also be used.
The dye liquors can be small amounts, i. H. up to 1 percent by weight, preferably up to 0.5 percent by weight, of water, based on the weight of the organic solvents.
Furthermore, adding ionic and / or non-ionic auxiliaries to the dye liquors has proven useful in some cases. Particularly suitable nonionic auxiliaries are the known surface-active ethoxylation and propoxylation products of fatty alcohols, alkylphenols, fatty acid amides and fatty acids and mixtures thereof;
as ionic auxiliaries are anionic agents such as paraffin sulfonates or fatty alcohol sulfates, cationic agents, e.g. B. amine oxides, such as N, N-dialkyl-N- (co-fatty acid acylamino-alkyl) amine oxides or N-alkyl-N, N-bis (cu-fatty acid acylamino-alkyl) amine oxides, or amphoteric agents as called betaines and sulfobetaines.
The auxiliaries are optionally used in an amount of 0.05-2 percent by weight, based on the weight of the organic solvent. Instead of adding the auxiliaries directly to the dye liquors, they can also be used with advantage for pasting the dyes and in this way they can be added to the dye liquors in the form of a dye-auxiliary dough.
The synthetic textile fiber materials to be dyed according to the invention are primarily fiber materials made of polyesters, such as polyethylene terephthalate, poly-cyclo-hexanedimethylene terephthalate, heterogeneous polyesters made from terephthalic acid, sulfoisophthalic acid and ethylene glycol, or copolyether ester fibers made from p-oxybenzoic acid and ethylene glycol , Cellulose triacetate, cellulose-2 '/,
acetate or polycarbonates, e.g. B. from 2,2-bis (hydroxyphenyl) propane; Polyacrylonitrile; also to fiber materials made of synthetic polyamides, such as hexamethylene diamine adipate, poly-e-caprolactam or co-aminoundecanoic acid; and polyurethanes.
The fiber materials can be present in a wide variety of processing stages, e.g. B. as thread, flake, sliver, as piece goods, such as woven or knitted fabrics or as made-up goods.
The inventive dyeing is preferably carried out in ge closed apparatus, for. B. in such a way that one brings the fiber materials in a liquor ratio of 1: 3 to 1: 30 at room temperature in the dye dispersion, the dyebath is heated to 60-170 C and held at this temperature until the liquor is exhausted; this is generally the case after 5 to 60 minutes. After cooling to room temperature, the liquor is separated off and the fiber materials are freed from adhering solvent, if appropriate after brief rinsing with fresh organic solvent, by suction or centrifugation and subsequent drying in a stream of warm air.
With the aid of the process according to the invention it is possible in a simple manner to dye synthetic fiber materials with high dye yields and with excellent fastness properties from organic solvents.
The dyes are generally used in an amount of from 0.01 to 3 percent by weight, based on the weight of the fiber materials.
The anthraquinone dyes to be used according to the invention are sparingly soluble in organic solvents which are immiscible with water. They are distinguished from the solvent-soluble dyes used for dyeing synthetic fiber materials from organic solvents by a significantly better drawability and increased resistance to sublimation.
The dyes to be used according to the invention are characterized by the dyes proposed in German Offenlegungsschrift 1 932 828 and 1 939 095 for the exhaust process for dyeing synthetic fiber materials from organic, water-immiscible solvents, which are largely insoluble in these solvents they have a significantly better drawability in the presence of small amounts of water and especially in completely dry solvent and provide dyeings that are more resistant to rubbing.
It should be noted that mixtures of the dyes to be used according to the invention sometimes give a better color yield than the individual dyes.
The parts given in the examples below are parts by weight.
Example 1 100 parts of a fabric made of textured polyethylene terephthalate fibers are introduced into a dye bath at room temperature without pre-cleaning, which consists of 1 part 1,5-dihydroxy-4,8-diamino-3- (3,4-dihydroxyphenyl) - anthraquinone is prepared in 1600 parts of tetrachlorethylene. The bath is heated to 115-120 C within 10 minutes with vigorous liquor circulation and held at this temperature for 30 minutes. The liquor is then separated off and the material to be dyed is rinsed with fresh solvent at about 40 ° C. for 5 minutes. After the rinsing liquor has been separated off, the material to be dyed is centrifuged and dried in a stream of air.
A strong, clear blue dyeing is obtained which is distinguished by good washfastness and lightfastness, by its high dyeing yield, very good fastness to sublimation and very good fastness to rubbing.
An equivalent blue coloration was obtained in the same way on a fabric made of polycyclohexane-dimethylene terephthalate fibers.
The dye used in Example 1 was prepared as follows: 20 parts of 1,5-dihydroxy-4,8-diamino-anthraquinone-2,6-disulfonic acid were mixed with 10 parts of boric acid in 400 parts of concentrated sulfuric acid with warming until they were formed of the boric acid ester and 11 parts of 1,2-dihydroxybenzene are then added at 0-5 C in 15 minutes. The mixture was stirred at 0-5 'C for a further 15 minutes, poured onto 2000 parts of ice water and heated to 90 to 95 C for 3 hours.
The precipitated 1,5-dihydroxy-4,8-diamino-3- (3,4-dihydroxyphenyl) -anthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid was filtered off with suction after cooling, washed with water and dried. 20 parts of the dye acid obtained were mixed with 120 parts of concentrated ammonia and then diluted with 800 parts of water. The reaction mixture was mixed with 10 parts of 86% sodium dithionite at 20 ° C. under nitrogen, heated to 90 ° C. over the course of one hour and held at 90 ° C. for about 2 hours. After cooling, the dye crystallized in blue prisms was filtered off with suction, washed with water and dried.
Example 2 100 parts of poly-e-caprolactam fiber yarn are introduced into a dyebath at room temperature which contains 1 part of the dye mentioned in Example 1 in 1600 parts of tetrachlorethylene. The bath is heated to 100 ° C. within 20 minutes with vigorous liquor circulation and held at this temperature for 40 minutes. After this time, the liquor is separated off, briefly rinsed with fresh solvent and, after spinning off, the dyeing is dried in a stream of air.

An equivalent dyeing was also obtained on yarns made from polyhexamethylene diamine adipate fibers.
EXAMPLE 3 100 parts of a fabric made of polyethylene terephthalate fibers are tetrachlorethylene in a dye bath containing 1 part of 1,5-dihydroxy-4,8-dimaino-3- (2,4,6-trihydroxyphenyl) anthraquinone in 1600 parts contains, heated to 120-125 C within 10 minutes and dyed at this temperature for 30 minutes. After separating the liquor, rinsing with fresh solvent at about 40 ° C. and drying, a clear blue dyeing is obtained in very high dyeing yield, which is characterized by very good fastness to light, sublimation and washing and, in particular, very good fastness to rubbing.
If you replace the 1 (100 parts of tetrachlorethylene by the same amount of 1,1,2-trichloroethane, 1,1, 1,2-tetrachloroethane, 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane, pentachloroethane, 1,2-dichloropropane, 2- Chlorobutane, 1,4-dichlorobutane, perfluoro-n-hexane, 1,2,2-trifluorotrichloroethane, trifluoropentachloropropane, chlorobenzene, fluorobenzene, chlorotoluene or benzotrifluoride,
in this way equivalent blue colorations are obtained.

The bath is heated to 110 ° C. over the course of 20 minutes with vigorous liquor circulation and held at this temperature for 45 minutes. Then the liquor is separated off and the fabric is rinsed with fresh tetrachlorethylene at 40 C. After the rinsing liquor has been separated off, the material to be dyed is freed from adhering solvent by spinning and drying in a stream of air. A full, clear blue dyeing with excellent fastness properties is obtained.
EXAMPLE 5 100 parts of yarn made of cellulose 2 '/ 2-acetate threads are introduced into a dyebath at 22 ° C., which consists of 1 part of the dye mentioned in Example 1, 1000 parts of tetrachlorethylene, 1.5 parts of oleic acid ethanolamide, 1.5 parts of oleyl alcohol oleoethylene glycol ether and 6 parts of water is prepared. The bath is heated to 78 ° C. in the course of 20 minutes and is kept at this temperature for 45 minutes. After separating the dye liquor and rinsing with fresh tetrachlorethylene, the material to be dyed is freed from adhering solvent by suction and drying in a stream of air. A clear blue color is obtained.
Strong blue dyeings were obtained in very high dye yields on polyester, polyamide, triacetate or 2 '/ 2-acetate fiber materials if the same amount of one of the dyes indicated in the table below was used instead of the dye described. These dyes are compounds of the formula (1) in which the hydroxyaryl radical Ar is in the 3-position and n is 0. To simplify matters, the dyes in the table are only identified by the hydrocarbon Ar-H on which the remainder Ar is based.
