Abstract

A container comprises a strong plastics bowl, the walls and base of which are lined with a no. of impervious plastics sheets attached to the rim. This attachment is broken at one point to allow the liners to be remove one after the other after use. The bowl and liners are specif. of polyethylene.

Description

   SOUS-REVENDICATIONS

The present invention relates to a container, for example for washing or rinsing objects such as mechanical parts to degrease them and aims to provide a container which is resistant to chemical agents and which, after its use, does not require cleaning. .

The container that is the subject of the invention is characterized in that it comprises a container of resistant plastic material, the inner walls and the bottom of which are lined with a plurality of sheets of waterproof plastic material forming a series of linings connected to the edge of said rim. tray and to each other on their edges, the connection between the following linings being interrupted at a determined point to allow them to be removed successively one after the other after use.

The appended drawing represents, by way of example, one embodiment of the container which is the subject of the invention.

Fig. 1 is a plan view.

Fig. 2 is a section along the line II-II of FIG. 1.

The container shown consists of a container 1 of resistant plastic material, for example polyethylene, having a rim 2. The inner walls and the bottom of the container I are lined with a plurality of waterproof sheets, for example polyethylene, forming a series of gaskets 3 stacked on top of each other, the edges of the gaskets 3 being welded together in a sealed manner, the first gasket of the series also being welded to the rim 2 of the tank 1. At a specific location, for example on a on the lateral sides, the welding is interrupted to leave a space 4 making it possible to grip and tear off the lining after use. The interruptions in the welding between the various gaskets 3 can all be in the same place or be offset with respect to each other.

The purpose of welding the seals to each other and to the tank 1 is to prevent the detergent or rinse aid from entering between the various seals when the container is emptied.

As a variant, tabs can be provided at the places where the welding is interrupted, said tabs making it easier to tear off the linings.

Once the cleaning of the objects is finished, the container does not have to be cleaned. After emptying the detergent or rinse aid, simply tear off and discard the used filling.
