Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf einen Abstandhalter,
Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht des Abstandhalters,

The present invention relates to a device for determining the distance between a formwork wall and a stationary wall, with an elongated spacer, at one end of which a stop element for the formwork wall is arranged, in the area of which the cross section of the spacer is reduced to determine a predetermined breaking point.
The erection of a formwork wall at a predetermined distance from an already existing wall requires a great deal of work and time with the means known up to now and is associated with many difficulties.
The present invention has the purpose of creating a new device for determining the distance between a formwork wall and a fixed wall, which simplifies the creation of a formwork wall while maintaining the required distance and shortens the time required for this.
This purpose is achieved according to the invention with a device of the type mentioned at the outset in that a thread extending in the longitudinal direction of the spacer is arranged at the other end of the spacer.
An exemplary embodiment according to the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawing. Show it:
Fig. 1 is a plan view of a spacer,
Fig. 2 is a side view of the spacer,
3 shows a partial section through a structure in which the device according to the invention is used.
The flat band-shaped holder 1 according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is preferably made of metal and has at one end an elongated opening 2 which is intended for inserting a wedge. A pin 3, shown schematically, sits on the holder 1. In the area of the pin 3, the holder is provided with a recess 4 on each side, the edges 5 diverging in the direction of the elongated opening. The weakest point of the holder 1 is in the area of the shoulder 6. Adjacent to the shoulder 6, a tongue 7 is bent out of the holder on both sides. These tongues serve as stop elements for one end face of the pin 3 and prevent the pin from being displaced in the longitudinal direction. At the other end of the holder 1, a thread 8 is arranged.
Fig. 3 shows a holder 1 described, which with the thread 8 in a fixed wall 9, z. B. concrete wall, rock wall, old masonry, etc., recessed anchorage 12 is screwed, and between this wall and the formwork wall 10, which is pressed by a wedge 11 against the pin 3. comes to lie across. The holder 1 penetrates a cavity to be filled with fresh concrete 13 between the formwork wall and the wall and ensures the mutual distance during concreting. The pin 3 is inserted flush into the concrete wall. After the concrete has hardened, the protruding end of the holder 1 can be broken off at the weakened zone, and the cavity formed by the pin can be filled with concrete.
Instead of the aforementioned pins, designs with pins as stop elements are also possible, as is described in Swiss Patent No. 529 900.
The tongues can also be designed so that they serve as stop elements for the formwork wall. Such an embodiment is e.g. B. in Figs. 1 and 2 of Swiss Patent No. 505,968.
