Die Erfindung betrifft ein Ballspielgerät, mit dem es einer Einzelperson ermöglicht wird, mit einem kleinen Ball auf kleinstem Raum zu spielen. Das Spiel erfordert eine gewisse
Geschicklichkeit und kann bei etwas Übung längere Zeit betrieben werden.
Die Konzeption des Gerätes ist einfach gehalten und bietet trotzdem einen hohen Anreiz zum Spielen. Im Gegensatz zu reinen Spielzeugen, die in der Regel keinen körperlichen
Einsatz benötigen, ist es Aufgabe der Erfindung, ein Ballspielgerät zu schaffen, das trotz anspruchslosem Einsatz bezüglich Platzbedarf und beteiligten Spielpartnern einen hohen Anreiz zum Spielen bietet und zudem ein gewisses Mass an Fingerspitzengefühl, Beweglichkeit, Körp erbeherrschung, Schätzungsvermögen und Geschicklichkeit erfordert.
Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst, indem ein Ballspielgerät dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es ein Handstück und einen Wippteil aufweist, dass das Handstück ein Griffende, einen Stiel und mindestens einen an dessen freiem Ende befestigten ebenen Ring hat, dass der Wippteil aus einem lose an einer Stelle um den ebenen Ring gelegten Führungsring, einer mit ihrem einen Ende an ihm befestigten elastischen Schnur und einem mit dem anderen Ende der elastischen Schnur verbundenen Ball besteht, dessen Durchmesser klei ner ist, als der Durchmesser der Öffnung des ebenen Ringes.
Eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand der Figuren dargestellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt die perspektivische Ansicht eines erfindungsgemässen Ballspielgerätes;
Fig. 2 ist eine Seitenansicht im Schnitt des Ballspielgerätes nach Fig. 1 und dient insbesondere der Verdeutlichung des Spielablaufs.
Das in Fig. 1 dargestellte Ballspielgerät besteht aus einem
Handstück 1 und einem lose daran befestigten Wippteil 10.
Das Handstück 1 besteht grundsätzlich aus dem Griffende 2, einem Stiel 3 und zwei damit verbundenen ebenen Ringen 5 und 7. Die ebenen Ringe 5, 7 liegen mit der Stielachse 17 in einer Ebene. Ihre Anordnung ist derart getroffen, dass sie sich auf einem Teil ihres Umfanges in der Stielachse 17 schneiden und dort zusammen mit dem Stiel 3 die Schnittzone
9 bilden. Diese Schnittzone 9 hat vorzugsweise einen kreisförmigen Querschnitt. Am einfachsten kann dies dadurch erreicht werden, dass sowohl der Stiel 3 als auch die beiden Ringe 5 und 7 gleiche kreisrunde Querschnitte aufweisen.
Dies ist insbesondere dann günstig, wenn das ganze Handstück 1 aus einem einzigen Teil besteht und z. B. durch Verpressen oder Spritzen eines Kunststoffes hergestellt wird. Die einzelnen Teile, Griffende 2, Stiel 3 und die beiden ebenen Ringe 5, 7 können aber auch aus getrennten Teilen mit unterschiedlicher Materialzusammensetzung bestehen und entsprechend dem oben Gesagten miteinander verbunden sein.
Damit das Ballspielgerät gut in der Hand oder bei zweihändigem Gebrauch in den Händen liegt, kann das Griffende 2 und/oder der Stiel 3 aber auch einen anderen als kreisförmigen Querschnitt haben und insbesondere oval oder flach ausgestaltet sein.
Es ist denkbar, sowohl Stiel 3 als auch die beiden ebenen Ringe 5 und 7 aus Metall oder Holz, vorzugsweise Bambus oder dergleichen anzufertigen. Das Griffende 2 weist zweck mässigenveise kleine Rippen auf, damit es gut in der Hand des Spielers festgehalten werden kann.
Der Wippteil 10 besteht aus einem Führungsring 11, welcher lose um die Schnittzone 9 gelegt ist. Es ist von Vorteil, dass die Reibung zwischen Führungsring 11 und Schnittzone 9 gering ist. An diesem Führungsring 11 ist eine elastische Schnur 13 mit ihrem einen Ende befestigt, wobei das andere Ende der elastischen Schnur 13 mit einem kleinen Ball 15 verbunden ist. Die elastische Schnur 13 kann aus einem geeigneten Kunststoff bestehen oder aber vorzugsweise eine Gummischnur sein. Es ist von Vorteil, wenn die elastische Schnur 13 ein grosses Zugdehnungsverhältnis aufweist. Die Länge der elastischen Schnur 13 richtet sich nach der Grösse der ebenen Ringe 5, 7 und wird so gewählt, dass der nachfolgend beschriebene Spielvorgang ohne grosse Kunstfertigkeiten vollzogen werden kann. Die Verbindung der elastischen Schnur 13 mit dem kleinen Ball 15 kann auf irgendeine Weise erfolgen.
Zweckmässigerweise weist der kleine Ball 15 eine Durchmesserbohrung auf, durch welche die elastische Schnur 13 geführt ist und am gegenüberliegenden Ende durch einen Knoten den kleinen Ball 15 am Wegfallen hindert. Der kleine Ball 15 kann zu diesem Zwecke aus einem beliebigen Material bestehen. Vorteilhafterweise gelangt Kunststoff, Hartgummi oder Holz zur Anwendung. Es ist lediglich darauf zu achten, dass der Ball ein gewisses Gewicht nicht unterschreitet, damit er eine gewisse Schwungmasse bildet und imstande ist, die elastische Schnur teilweise zu dehnen.
Die Form des kleinen Balles 15 ist zweckmässigerweise kugelförmig und der Durchmesser der Kugel ist so zu wählen, dass der kleine Ball 15 frei durch die Öffnungen A, B der ebenen Ringe 5, 7 hindurchtreten kann. In einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist der Durchmesser des kleinen Balles 15 etwa halb so gross wie der Durchmesser der Öffnungen A, B der ebenen Ringe 5, 7 gewählt. Der Ball kann auch hohl sein. Dabei ist es auch möglich, den Hohlraum mit Flüssigkeit, z. B. Wasser, zu füllen. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass sich die Schnur nicht um den Ball wickeln kann, was sich beim Spiel störend auswirken kann. Es ist aber auch möglich, anstelle einer Flüssigkeit einen festen Körper leicht beweglich im Ball unterzubringen, um den gleichen Vorteil zu erzielen.
Das ganze Ballspielgerät ist in seinen Dimensionen so ausgelegt, dass das Handstück 1 etwa in der Art eines Federballoder kleinen Tennisschlägers gut in Hand eines Spielers liegt.
Die Dimensionen der ebenen Ringe, des Durchmessers des kleinen Balles 15 und die Länge der elastischen Schnur sind etwa so aufeinander abzustimmen, dass sich wie noch dargelegt werden wird, Schwingungsamplituden von der Grösse von etwa 30-40 cm ergeben.
Im folgenden wird das Ballspielgerät im Zusammenhang mit möglichen Spielvarianten beschrieben.
Die Aufgabe des Spielers besteht nun darin, durch Aufund Abwippen des Handstückes 1 den kleinen Ball 15 an der elastischen Schnur 13 zum Auf- und Abschwingen zu bringen, und durch geschickte Führung der ebenen Ringe 5 und 7 den schwingenden kleinen Ball 15 durch die Öffnungen A und B der ebenen Ringe 5 und 7 treten zu lassen. Fig. 2 zeigt eine mögliche Spielvariante. Der kleine Ball 15 tritt durch die angefachte Bewegung von unten durch die Öffnung A des einen Ringes 5, bewegt sich nach oben und kann nun einerseits durch die elastische Spannung der elastischen Schnur 13 bedingt, durch geschickte Führung des Handstückes 1 dazu gebracht werden, von oben her durch die Öffnung B des zweiten Ringes 7 hindurchzutreten und nach unten auszuschwingen.
Von dort aus ist es möglich, den Ball erneut wieder durch die Öffnung A des Ringes 15 hindurchschwingen zu lassen, so dass sich der Ball 15 ständig auf einer Bahn 18 halten lässt. Die elastische Schnur 13 besitzt dabei eine Länge, dass sich der kleine Ball 15 nicht einfach auf einer Kreisbahn um die Schnittzone 9 schwingen lässt. Das dauernde Aufrechterhalten einer Umlaufbewegung verlangt eine gewisse Geschicklichkeit des Spielers, weil der kleine Ball 15 auf einer ovalen Bahn 18 gehalten werden muss. Dies wird einzig dadurch vereinfacht, dass die elastische Schnur in der oberen und unteren Extremlage 19, 21 des Balles gedehnt wird und damit auf den nachfolgenden Bahnabschnitten den kleinen Ball 15 wieder in die Nähe der Schnittzone 9 zu zie hen versucht.
Selbstverständlich kann die soeben beschriebene Umlaufbahn 18 des Balles 15 auch in umgekehrter Richtung ablaufen. Es ist aber auch denkbar, anstelle einer umlaufenden Bahn 18 eine Pendelbewegung 23 des kleinen Balles 15 aufrechtzuerhalten. Tritt z. B. der kleine Ball von unten her durch die Öffnung A des ebenen Ringes 5 nach oben, so kann durch geeignete Führung des Handstückes 1 erreicht werden, dass der Ball wieder durch dieselbe Öffnung A nach unten schwingt. Der gleiche Vorgang kann dann mit der Öffnung B des ebenen Ringes 7 erfolgen. Es lassen sich auch die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten Pendelbewegung 23 und Umlaufbewegung 18 in der einen oder der anderen Richtung beliebig kombinieren.
Das Spiel gewinnt indessen an Reiz, weil versucht werden muss, die Handbewegungen so auf das Handstück 1 zu übertragen, dass eine Resonanz mit dem Schwingungssystem elastische Schnur 13 und kleinem Ball 15 ereicht wird.
Vereinfachte Spielvarianten ergeben sich, wenn in einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung auf einen der ebenen Ringe 5, 7 verzichtet wird, so dass sich das Problem lediglich darauf beschränkt, den kleinen Ball 15 durch die eine der verbleibenden Öffnungen A oder B hindurchschwingen zu lassen.
Der Führungsring 11 kann abnehmbar ausgebildet sein, z. B. in Form eines Verschlussringes, so dass sich der Wippteil 10 zur Erzielung von Spielvarianten an irgendeiner Stelle eines ebenen Ringes anbringen lässt, z. B. an einem der Schnittzone 9 gegenüberliegenden Rin,stück. In diesem Zusammenhang sei noch darauf hingewiesen, dass an dem oder den ebenen Ringen 5, 7 Führungen, z. B. in Form von Nuten vorgesehen sein können, um ein seitliches Verschieben des Führungsringes 11 zu verhindern.

The handpiece 1 basically consists of the handle end 2, a handle 3 and two flat rings 5 and 7 connected to it. The flat rings 5, 7 are in one plane with the handle axis 17. The small ball 15 expediently has a diameter bore through which the elastic cord 13 is guided and prevents the small ball 15 from falling away at the opposite end by means of a knot. The small ball 15 can be made of any material for this purpose. Plastic, hard rubber or wood are advantageously used. It is only necessary to ensure that the ball does not fall below a certain weight so that it forms a certain centrifugal mass and is able to partially stretch the elastic cord.
The shape of the small ball 15 is expediently spherical and the diameter of the ball is to be selected so that the small ball 15 can freely pass through the openings A, B of the flat rings 5, 7. In one embodiment of the invention, the diameter of the small ball 15 is selected to be about half as large as the diameter of the openings A, B of the flat rings 5, 7. The ball can also be hollow. It is also possible to fill the cavity with liquid, e.g. B. water to fill. This has the advantage that the string cannot wrap around the ball, which can be disruptive during the game. The entire ball game device is designed in terms of its dimensions so that the handpiece 1 lies well in the hand of a player, for example in the manner of a badminton racket or a small tennis racket.
The dimensions of the flat rings, the diameter of the small ball 15 and the length of the elastic cord are to be matched to one another in such a way that, as will be explained, oscillation amplitudes of about 30-40 cm result.
In the following, the ball game device is described in connection with possible game variants.
The player's task is to swing the handpiece 1 up and down to make the small ball 15 swing up and down on the elastic cord 13, and to move the small ball 15 through the openings A by skillfully guiding the flat rings 5 and 7 and B to let the flat rings 5 and 7 step. Fig. 2 shows a possible game variant. Constantly maintaining a circular movement requires a certain skill on the part of the player because the small ball 15 must be held on an oval track 18. This is only simplified in that the elastic cord is stretched in the upper and lower extreme positions 19, 21 of the ball and thus tries to pull the small ball 15 back into the vicinity of the cutting zone 9 on the subsequent track sections.
Of course, the orbit 18 of the ball 15 just described can also run in the opposite direction. But it is also conceivable to maintain a pendulum movement 23 of the small ball 15 instead of a revolving path 18. Occurs z. B. the small ball from below through the opening A of the flat ring 5 upwards, it can be achieved by suitable guidance of the handpiece 1 that the ball swings again through the same opening A downwards. The same process can then be carried out with the opening B of the flat ring 7. The game, however, gains in attraction because an attempt must be made to transfer the hand movements to the handpiece 1 in such a way that a resonance with the vibration system, elastic cord 13 and small ball 15, is achieved.
Simplified game variants result if, in one embodiment of the invention, one of the flat rings 5, 7 is dispensed with, so that the problem is only limited to letting the small ball 15 swing through one of the remaining openings A or B.
The guide ring 11 can be designed to be removable, e.g. B. in the form of a locking ring, so that the rocker part 10 can be attached to any point of a flat ring to achieve game variations, z. B. on one of the cutting zone 9 opposite Rin, piece. In this context, it should be noted that on the one or more flat rings 5, 7 guides, for.
