Présentoir
Le brevet principal a pour objet un présentoir pour articles d'horlogerie, de bijouterie et d'orfèvrerie, de parfumerie, de lunetterie et pour objets tels que stylos, briquets, parapluies, etc., constitué selon la revendication du brevet principal par un casier en forme de fond de boîte contenant des étuis amovibles et muni sur un côté d'une poignée et sur un autre côté d'au moins un dispositif de connexion permettant de l'associer à au moins un autre casier de même forme.
Selon la sous-revendication 6 du brevet principal, le casier est muni d'un dispositif de verrouillage des étuis ayant fonction d'antivol pour retenir les étuis dans le casier.
La présente invention a pour objet un présentoir tel que défini ci- dessus, muni d'un dispositif antivol de verrouillage constitué par une plaque disposée à l'intérieur du casier contre sa base, d'une hauteur égale ou inférieure à celle des étuis, plaque qui se termine en haut avec un rebord, susceptible de s'appliquer contre le côté supérieur du casier, et qui est munie d'un mécanisme de fixation à la base, les côtés supérieur et inférieur du casier se terminant chacun par un rebord, de façon à laisser subsister entre les rebords une ouverture dont la hauteur est inférieure à celle des étuis.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du présentoir selon la présente invention.
Dans le dessin, I'unique figure représente, en coupe transversale, le présentoir muni du dispositif antivol.
Comme on le voit sur le dessin, le présentoir est constitué par un casier 1 en forme de fond de boîte, dans lequel sont introduits,
I'un adjacent à l'autre, des étuis 2 en forme de parallélipipède.
Le côté inférieur 13 du casier 1 se termine par un rebord 12, le côté supérieur 13' se termine par un rebord 12', plus large que le rebord 12.
A l'intérieur du casier 1, contre sa base 14, est disposée une plaque 15 d'une hauteur égale à celle des étuis, plaque qui peut se déplacer de haut en bas. La plaque 15 se termine en haut avec un rebord 16 susceptible de s'appliquer contre le côté supérieur 13' du casier.
A la plaque 15 est solidaire un mécanisme de fixation constitué par un système vis-écrou 17 qui passe dans une fente verticale 18 découpée dans la base 14. La vis 17 permet d'immobiliser la plaque 15 dans sa position tout en haut (position d'introduction des étuis 2), ainsi que dans sa position tout en bas (position de verrouillage des étuis 2). Plusieurs mécanismes de blocage,
tous égaux entre eux ou de type différent, peuvent être prévus.
Le fonctionnement est le suivant:
Pour mettre en place les étuis 2 dans le casier 1 on fait coulisser la plaque 15 jusqu'à ce que le rebord 16 soit appliqué sur le côté 13' (position représentée en trait mixte sur la fig. 9), on serre l'écrou de façon à bloquer la plaque 15 dans sa position tout en haut .
On enfile le premier étui 2 en position inclinée (position représentée en trait mixte sur la fig. 9) sous le rebord 12' et on le fait pénétrer dans le casier par-dessus le rebord 12. Une fois l'étui entré dans le casier, on le laisse tomber en bas.
On continue de la même façon avec les autres étuis 2.
Quand le casier est plein, on desserre l'écrou (ou les écrous) et on abaisse la plaque 15 jusque tout en bas. Ensuite, on visse à nouveau l'écrou.
Comme on le voit, si un malintentionné voulait s'approprier un étui, il serait obligé d'effectuer toute une série d'opérations et de manoeuvres, et cela attirerait l'attention. Il est évident, en outre, que l'on pourrait avoir une sécurité supplémentaire par l'adjonction de serrures.
On voit également que, même si plusieurs étuis manquent, ceux qui restent dans le casier sont protégés contre le vol, car une fois la plaque 15 tirée en bas, les étuis peuvent coulisser latéralement mais jamais se libérer.
REVENDICATION
Présentoir selon la revendication et la sous-revendication 6 du brevet principal, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de verrouillage est constitué par une plaque (15) disposée à l'intérieur du casier (1) contre sa base (14), d'une hauteur égale ou inférieure à celle des étuis, plaque qui se termine en haut par un rebord (16), susceptible de s'appliquer contre le côté supérieur (13') du casier, et qui est munie d'un mécanisme de fixation à la base (14), les côtés inférieur et supérieur (13, 13') du casier (1) se terminant chacun par un rebord (12, 12') de façon à laisser subsister entre les rebords (13, 13') une ouverture dont la hauteur est inférieure à celle des étuis (2).

The main patent relates to a display for articles of watchmaking, jewelry and goldsmith, perfumery, eyewear and for objects such as pens, lighters, umbrellas, etc., constituted according to the claim of the main patent by a locker in the form of a box bottom containing removable cases and provided on one side with a handle and on the other side with at least one connection device allowing it to be associated with at least one other locker of the same shape.
According to sub-claim 6 of the main patent, the locker is provided with a device for locking the cases having an anti-theft function to retain the cases in the locker.
The present invention relates to a display as defined above, provided with an anti-theft locking device consisting of a plate placed inside the box against its base, of a height equal to or less than that of the cases, plate which ends at the top with a rim, capable of resting against the upper side of the rack, and which is provided with a mechanism for fixing to the base, the upper and lower sides of the rack each terminating with a rim, so as to leave an opening between the edges, the height of which is less than that of the cases.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the display unit according to the present invention.
In the drawing, the only figure represents, in cross section, the display provided with the anti-theft device.
As can be seen in the drawing, the display consists of a box 1 in the form of the bottom of the box, in which are introduced,
1 adjacent to the other, cases 2 in the form of a parallelepiped.
The lower side 13 of the rack 1 ends with a rim 12, the upper side 13 'ends with a rim 12', wider than the rim 12.
Inside the box 1, against its base 14, there is a plate 15 with a height equal to that of the cases, which plate can move up and down. The plate 15 ends at the top with a flange 16 capable of pressing against the upper side 13 'of the rack.
A fixing mechanism is attached to the plate 15 consisting of a screw-nut system 17 which passes through a vertical slot 18 cut in the base 14. The screw 17 makes it possible to immobilize the plate 15 in its position at the very top (position d 'introduction of the cases 2), as well as in its very low position (locking position of the cases 2). The operation is as follows:
To place the cases 2 in the rack 1, the plate 15 is slid until the flange 16 is applied to the side 13 '(position shown in phantom in fig. 9), the nut is tightened. so as to block the plate 15 in its position at the top.
The first case 2 is threaded in an inclined position (position shown in phantom in FIG. 9) under the rim 12 'and it is made to penetrate into the compartment over the rim 12. Once the case has entered the compartment , we drop it down.
We continue in the same way with the other cases 2.
When the bin is full, the nut (or nuts) is loosened and the plate 15 is lowered to the very bottom. Then we screw the nut again.
As we can see, if a malicious person wanted to appropriate a case, he would have to perform a whole series of operations and maneuvers, and that would attract attention. It is obvious, moreover, that one could have an additional security by the addition of locks.
It is also seen that, even if several cases are missing, those which remain in the locker are protected against theft, because once the plate 15 is pulled down, the cases can slide sideways but never come free.
CLAIM
Display stand according to claim and sub-claim 6 of the main patent, characterized in that the locking device is constituted by a plate (15) disposed inside the rack (1) against its base (14), with a height equal to or less than that of the cases, plate which ends at the top with a rim (16), capable of resting against the upper side (13 ') of the box, and which is provided with a mechanism for fixing to the base (14), the lower and upper sides (13, 13 ') of the rack (1) each terminating in a rim (12, 12') so as to leave an opening between the rims (13, 13 '), of which the height is lower than that of the cases (2).
