Fig. 9 einen Schnitt nach der Linie IX-IX in Fig. 6.
Fig. 6 mit Fig. 2 bzw.
Air outlet for ventilation systems
The present invention relates to an air outlet for ventilation systems, with a gap-shaped flow channel having two approximately parallel side walls, in which an adjustable closure element is arranged, the position of which in relation to the channel mouth defines the flow direction of the exiting air.
In the case of air outlets for ventilation systems, it is desirable to provide an adjusting device for the exiting air flow, by means of which the direction of the exiting air flow can be set as desired. The known air outlets are provided with a one- or two-part guide body which is arranged in the mouth part of the air outlet and with which the outflow direction of the exiting air jet can be adjusted.
The disadvantage of the known air outlets is that their guide bodies only allow the outflow direction of the exiting air jet to be set, but not a division of the inflowing air into partial flows with different outflow directions. In many applications, however, this is necessary in order to achieve a uniform space exposure, which is why two or three adjacent air outlets have to be arranged for this purpose. This means a correspondingly large effort in terms of space requirements and costs.
The object of the present invention is to create an air outlet for ventilation systems in which the disadvantages mentioned do not occur, but rather not only allows the direction of the air flow to be set, but also enables it to be divided into partial flows of different direction in a single air outlet.
This object is achieved according to the invention by an air outlet of the type described at the outset, in which the closure member has two guide lamellae, which are pivotably mounted next to one another in the flow channel, each with an axis running parallel to the two side walls of the flow channel, both between their axes there is a free flow passage between their axes and the side walls of the flow channel.
The guide lamellae are expediently displaceable parallel to the longitudinal axis of the channel. This means that the mouth cross-section can be throttled, which allows an ideal outflow velocity to be maintained, even if there is a strong inlet throttling.
Furthermore, each guide lamella can be displaceable independently of the other. As a result, the desired outflow speed can also be set as a function of the outflow direction or directions.
In a further development of the subject matter of the invention, the guide lamellae can extend in the direction of the air flow over a constriction arranged in the duct mouth and be bent at their free downstream ends against the two side walls of the duct. This means that a relatively large outflow area can be set.
The axes of the guide lamellae are expediently mounted in bearing bodies which can be displaced in guide grooves of webs running transversely to the two side walls of the flow channel. As a result, the throttling of the mouth cross section can be adjusted to a greater or lesser extent.
The invention is illustrated, for example, in the accompanying drawing and is then described. Show it:

FIG. 9 shows a section along the line IX-IX in FIG. 6.
In the figures 1 to 8 sections are shown through two embodiments of an air outlet. 1, 2 designates two side walls of an air outlet, which are usually connected at their ends to two end walls and thus form a flow channel with walls that are approximately parallel in pairs. The side walls 1, 2 are designed in such a way that they form a constriction 3 of the flow channel 4 on the outlet side. The side walls 1, 2 are, for example, extruded profiles, on the outside of which webs of various shapes can be arranged, which serve to take into account the conditions of the installation of the air outlet.
The air outlet can be arranged, for example, at the base of a pipeline so that the duct walls are visible; in this case, the webs arranged on the outside are used, for example, to attach a cover. If the air outlet is completely embedded in the ceiling, these webs can be used to arrange a cover on the outflow side in order to create a flush transition with the ceiling. However, these webs formed on the profiles have no effect on the formation of the flow channel.
Guide lamellae 5, 6 are pivotably mounted in the flow channel 4, the dimensions of the flow channel 4 and the guide lamellae 5, 6 being the same perpendicular to the plane of the drawing. The guide lamellae 5, 6 are mounted in the flow channel 4 so that a free cross section 9 between the pivot axes 7, 8 of the guide lamellae 5, 6 and another free cross section between the axis 7 and 8 and the side wall 1 or 2 of the flow channel 4 10 and 11 respectively. By this arrangement of the pivot axes 7, 8, the cross section of the flow channel 4 is divided into three, expediently the same size, partial cross-sections.
This arrangement of the guide lamellas 5, 6, which each have a bend 12 or 13 at their free end, makes it possible to let the exiting air flow exit in any direction and / or divide it into partial flows of different outflow directions. Thus, FIG. 1 shows how three outflow flows can be generated with a single air outlet, with which a uniform space can be admitted. Fig. 2 shows a setting of the guide lamellae 5, 6, in which the entire air flow exits in the direction of the axis of the flow channel 4, while in Fig. 3 the entire air flow is deflected to one side, Fig. 4 shows the division into two laterally deflected partial flows.
In FIGS. 5 to 8, the guide lamellae 5, 6 are also arranged with the formation of three partial cross-sections 9, 10, 11 of the flow channel 4 (FIG. 6). In this way, exactly the same setting of the exiting air flow can be made as in FIGS. 1 to 4. In addition, however, in the embodiment according to FIGS. 5 to 9 there is the possibility of the pivot axes 7, 8 of the guide blades 5, 6 in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the flow channel 4 move. The possibilities resulting from this are partially shown in FIGS. 5 to 8. If one compares, for example, FIG. 5 with FIG. 3 or FIG. 6 with FIG. 2 or FIG. 8 with FIG. 4, it can be seen without difficulty that, due to the aforementioned axial displacement possibility of the pivot axes 7, 8 of the guide lamellae 5, 6 a throttling of the outlet cross-section is achieved.
This results in a further adjustment of the exiting jet, so that even if a very large throttling is carried out on the inlet side, a corresponding throttling of the orifice cross-sections can be achieved by shifting the guide lamellas 5, 6, which results in an ideal outflow velocity.
In Fig. 9, the displaceable pivot axis bearing is shown. Crosspieces 14, which are supported on the mentioned side walls 1, 2, are arranged transversely to the side walls 1, 2 of the flow channel 4. These webs 14 have two dovetail-shaped guides in which sliding blocks 15, 16 are guided in a longitudinally movable manner. The axes 7, 8 of the guide lamellae 5, 6 are mounted in the bores 17, 18 of the sliding blocks.
The setting options for the guide lamellae 5, 6 shown in FIGS. 1 to 8 are by no means complete, but rather only the variety of options that can be achieved with the described air outlet are indicated. The air outlet described can take on the function of three conventional air outlets and also has the advantage of throttling the mouth.
