Stabilized inverter The claim of the main patent relates to a stabilized inverter, which converts direct current into alternating current with the help of converter valves controlled by a trigger device and a coordinated electrical LC circuit, by alternating the direct current of a direct current source via a resonant throttle coil and the converter valves in the opposite direction a primary winding of a transformer bridged by a capacitor is sent, and alternating current energy is dissipated by loading any winding of the transformer accordingly, with energy being returned from the transformer side via a rectifier to the direct current side to stabilize the output value,
which energy return takes place from a transformer winding on the output side to the direct current side with the interposition of rectifiers via at least two magnetically coupled feedback circuits.
A major advantage of this inverter principle is that it can be expanded in a particularly simple manner with voltage regulation. According to one embodiment of the invention defined in the patent claim of the main patent, this is done in that alternating voltage is tapped on the inverter transformer, rectified and connected in series with the direct current source on the input side, this voltage being adjustable as desired for compensation purposes with the help of controlled current converters.
In this case, according to the embodiment of Fig. 3 of the main patent of a secondary winding of the transformer at the inverter output over, from a Pha senanschnittautomatik controlled thyristors energy returned to the input DC power source and added to this with means of a capacitor. The energy withdrawn from the inverter output therefore passes through the inverter a second time, which must be seen as a disadvantage, since the inverter has to be dimensioned correspondingly larger or is less efficient.
The object of the present invention is to provide the inverter according to the patent claim of the main patent with a voltage control device that does not require larger dimensions of the inverter and also reacts quickly, regulates without distortion, has only low losses, is maintenance-free and is highly reliable has a long service life.
The object is achieved according to the invention in that dosed, rectified alternating voltage is fed back from taps on a transformer winding of the inverter transformer with the help of converter valves controlled by phase control via a feed line to the center tap of the primary winding of the transformer, with one being located on the one hand at the center tap and on the other hand A capacitor connected to the direct current source is located, which helps to split the current flow from the direct current source into direct and alternating current components and which is charged to a negative or positive voltage by phase control of the direct current component, depending on the phase control angle, which is subtracted from the voltage of the direct current source or added.
In the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is shown, which is explained in more detail in the following: In the figure, 1 denotes a direct current source. The negative pole - of the direct current source 1 is connected via an oscillating choke coil 2 to the cathodes of thyristors 3, 4, the anodes of which are each connected to one of the two ends of the primary winding 5.1 of an inverter transformer 5 and each to one of the two poles of a commutation capacitor 6 are connected. The control electrodes of the thyristors 3, 4 are connected to a trigger pulse generator 7, which on the other hand interfere with the cathodes of these thyristors 3, 4 is in connection.
The positive pole + of the direct current source is via a capacitor 8 with a center tap 5.11 and via a choke coil 9 and a thyristor 10 or 11 to two taps 5.12, 5.13 symmetrically arranged with respect to the center tap 5.11 on the primary winding 5.1 of the transformer 5 connected. The cathodes of these thyristors 10, 11 are led to the taps 5.12, 5.13 of the primary winding 5.1 and, on the other hand, are connected to an automatic phase control system 12, which feeds the control electrodes of these thyristors 10, 11.
At two further taps 5.14, 5.15 of the primary winding 5.1, which are symmetrically arranged with respect to the center tap, a diode 13 and 14 with their cathodes are each connected. The anodes of these diodes 13, 14 are connected via a choke coil 15 to the opposite polarity connection of two winding halves 16.1, 16.2 of a differential choke coil 16. The outer ends of these winding halves 16.1, 16.2 are each connected via a diode 17 or 18 to one of the winding ends of the oscillating choke coil 2, the anodes of these diodes 17, 18 being connected to the oscillating choke coil 2 are: On the secondary winding 5.2 of the transformer 5, a consumer 19 is arranged, each of whose two terminals a line is led into the automatic phase control system 12.
The direct current coming from the direct current source 1 is alternately interrupted in the conventional manner by - 3, 4 with the aid of the commutation capacitor 6 and fed to the consumer 19 through the winding 5.2 of the transformer 5. Due to the resonance behavior between the inductance of the oscillating choke coil 2 and the capacitance of the commutation capacitor 6, a sinusoidal or sinusoidal voltage is generated at the output of the transformer 5 by the current flowing through the switched-on half of the primary winding 5.
By returning energy from the taps 5.14, 5.15 of the primary winding 5.1 via the diodes 13, 14 and the Dros selspule 15 to the differential choke coil 16 and by distributing the returned energy by means of the two winding halves 16.1, 16.2 on two magnetically coupled feedback paths, one is extremely favorable voltage stabilization achieved. The output voltage at the secondary winding 5.2 is kept proportional to the DC input voltage regardless of the load condition or load changes.
In order to compensate for voltage fluctuations of the direct current source 1 and to automatically compensate for all additional voltage drops occurring in the inverter, the AC voltage dosed by the taps 5.12, 5.13 of the primary winding 5.1 is fed back to the center tap 5.11 of the transformer 5 with the help of the phase angle controlled thyristors. In this case, the current coming from the direct current source 1 is divided into direct and alternating current components by the condenser 8 and the inductor 9. Due to the phase control of the direct current component, the capacitor 8 is charged to a negative or positive voltage depending on the phase control angle, which voltage is subtracted or added to the input supply voltage.
With an early phase cut, the capacitor 8 is charged from the transformer 5 via the thyristors 10, 11 and the choke coil 9 in the same direction as the polarity of the direct current source 1, so that the voltage of the capacitor 8 is added to that of the direct current source 1. In the case of a late phase cut, the capacitor 8 is charged with opposite polarity by the direct current source 1, since the average current outflow through the two thyristors 10, 11 is inhibited by their late opening. The charging of the capacitor 8 by the direct current source 1 corresponds to a reduction in the effective voltage of the direct current source 1, which is equivalent to a subtraction of the capacitor voltage from the voltage of the direct current source 1.
The regulation is designed in such a way that normally it is corrected by subtraction and the addition is only used for short-term bridging functions. This allows an optimal dimensioning of the inverter, which brings about an improvement in the efficiency.
The control of the automatic phase control system 12 can of course also take place independently of this by any other function instead of the AC output voltage of the inverter for control purposes.
