  Palette
Die bisher bekannten Paletten vermögen entweder, sofern sie festigkeitsmässig stark genug sind, bezüglich Gewicht nicht zu befriedigen oder, sofern sie leicht sind, bezüglich Festigkeit nicht zu genügen. Die vorliegende Erfindung versucht diesen Nachteil zu umgehen.



   Die erfindungsgemässe Palette ist aus Kunststoff und mit einer als Verstärkung dienenden Einlage versehen.



   Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes wird anschliessend anhand einer Figur erläutert, welche eine Palette aus Schaumstoff, beispielsweise Polystyrol, von unten zeigt. Diese Palette 1 ist auf ihrer Unterseite 3 mit Verstärkungs- und Stützrippen oder Füssen 5 versehen, zwischen welchen Durchgänge 7 zum Einführen der Gabeln (strichpunktiert) eines Gabelstaplers vorgesehen sind. Mit gestrichelten Linien sind zwecks Verstärkung, insbesondere zur Erhöhung der Biegesteifigkeit dieser Palette, Holzlatteneinlagen 9 eingebracht.



   Es ist auch möglich, anstelle von Holzlatten, welche momentan wohl die billigste Lösung darstellen, anderes Material zu verwenden, das die an und für sich recht steife Polystyrol-Palette 1 festigkeitsmässig derart verbessert, dass sie auch für grössere Lasten benützbar ist.

 

   Eine derartige Palette ist nicht nur äusserst leicht in der Handhabung, da sie aus geschäumtem Kunststoff, insbesondere Polystyrol besteht, sondern weist auch gegenüber einfachen Konstruktionen aus Kunststoff den Vorteil der grösseren mechanischen Festigkeit auf.

   UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Palette nach Patentanspruch, aus geschäumtem Kunststoff, z.B. Polystyrol.



   2. Palette nach Patentanspruch, mit einer Einlage aus Holzlatten.



   3. Palette nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass lattenartige Einlagen quer zur Einschubrichtung der Gabelstaplertragarme vorgesehen sind.
