Wimperntusche-Auftragsgerät
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Auftragsgerät für Wimperntusche. Die bisher bekannten, unter der Bezeichnung Mascara-Stift im Handel befindlichen Geräte besitzen gewisse Mängel, welche ihre Verwendung behindern und einschränken.
Einmal ist es die für Damentaschen lästige Länge der Mascara-Geräte, die man für erforderlich hielt, um den Stiel des im zylindrischen Hülsenkörper unterzubringenden Pinsels bequem handhaben zu können. Weiter ist es aber die für moderne Kosmetik wünschenswerte leichte Auswechselbarkeit der Wimperntusche, die beim Ersatz eines Farbtones gegen einen anderen leicht zum Beschmutzen der Hände und des Gerätes führte oder ein Auswaschen des Gerätes erforderte.
Ziel der Erfindung ist es, ein Gerät zu schaffen, welches bei knappem Aufbewahrungsraum und auf der Reise, wenn die Möglichkeiten des Waschens beschränkt sind, die genannten Mängel der bisherigen Geräte vermeidet und dazu den Forderungen Rechnung trägt, dass es selbst in die kleinste Handtasche passt, dabei aber der Trägerin einen Auftragspinsel ausreichender normaler Gebrauchslänge zur Verfügung hält und ihr gleichzeitig einen Farbenwechsel der Tusche ohne jede Beschmutzungsgefahr im Handumdrehen gestattet.
Demgemäss wird bei einem Auftragsgerät für Wimperntusche, bestehend aus einer zylindrischen Hülse mit einem Aufnahmeteil für das von der Stirnseite der Hülse eingebrachte Behandlungsmittel und einem Fassungsteil für den Pinsel, erfindungsgemäss die Anordnung so getroffen, dass der Pinsel teleskopartig in den Fassungsteil einschiebbar ist und mit einer Feder zusammenwirkt, die ihn in geöffnetem Zustand des Gerätes bis zu einem an der Pinselhalterung angebrachten Anschlag vorgeschoben hält, ihn aber in geschlossenem Zustand des Gerätes in den Fassungsteil zurücktreten lässt, und dass die in den Aufnahmeteil eingebrachte Wimperntusche in einer auswechselbaren Patrone enthalten ist.
Erst ein solches Gerät, welches also die beiden obigen Forderungen gleichzeitig erfüllt, gestattet jederzeit und überall moderne kosmetische Wimpernpflege: So ist z.B. ein für auswechselbare Patronen mit Behandlungsflüssigkeit bestimmtes Auftragsgerät nicht für die Benutzung auf der Reise brauchbar, wenn es zur Mitnahme in der Handtasche zu unhandlich ist. Anderseits wäre ein durch teleskopartig zusammenschiebbaren Pinsel an sich handliches Gerät nicht brauchbar, wenn die Anpassung der Wimpernfarbe an die jeweiligen Umstände, die Kleidung usw. jedesmal mit Beschmutzungsgefahr oder mit der Notwendigkeit verbunden wäre, den Farbbehälter bei Wechsel der Farbe auszuwaschen.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird anhand der Zeichnung beschrieben. Es stellen dar:
Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht und einen Grundriss des Wimperntusche-Auftragsgerätes nach der Erfindung in geschlossenem Zustand,
Fig. 2 die Seitenansicht des Gerätes mit geöffneter Nachfüllöffnung und herausgehobener Verschlusskappe mit darin hängender Nachfüllpatrone,
Fig. 3 eine ähnliche Ansicht in teilweise weggebrochener Darstellung mit abgehobener Verschlusskappe, eingesetzter Nachfüllpatrone und teleskopartig eingeschobenem Pinsel,
Fig. 4 dasselbe Gerät in der Gebrauchsstellung, d.h. mit geschlossenem Aufnahmeteil für die Wimperntusche und mit geöffnetem (und geschnitten gezeichnetem) Fassungsteil mit teleskopartig herausgetretendem Pinsel, und
Fig. 5 eine Einzelansicht der Nachfüllpatrone mit unten aufgesetzter Schutzkappe.
Der für den Wimperntuschevorrat bestimmte obere zylindrische Aufnahmeteil 21 des zweiteiligen Hülsenkörpers trägt auf seinem oberen Beschickungsende eine Verschlusskappe 22 und unten einen Rohrstutzen 10 mit Aussengewinde 11 (Fig. 4), auf welches der Griff- und Pinselfassungsteil 12 mit seinem an seiner Mündung liegenden Haltering 13 mit Innengewinde 14 aufgeschraubt werden kann. Durch den Haltering 13 ist eine Innenhülse 15 geführt, die an ihrer verjüngten Mündung 16 eine Führung für den Stiel 17 des Bürstenpinsels 18 bildet. Der Stiel ist an seinem unteren Ende 19 verdickt, so dass er nicht aus der Führungshülse 15, 16 heraustreten kann. Unterhalb der Verdickung enthält die Hülse 15 eine Schraubenfeder 20, die in geschlossenem Zustand des Gerätes nach Fig. 3 zusammengedrückt ist, so dass seine Gesamtlänge kurz ist.
Das Zusammendrücken erfolgt dadurch, dass der Pinsel und sein Stiel beim Schliessen des Gerätes in den oberen Gehäuseteil 21 eingeschoben werden und dabei durch einen im Oberteil gelagerten hohlkegelförmigen Abstreifer 30 hindurchtreten müssen. Durch die engste Stelle oben im Abstreifer 30 geht aber eine im abgesetzten Stiel 17 des Pinsels befindliche Schulter 31 nicht mehr hindurch, so dass beim weiteren Einschieben die Feder 20 im Unterteil 12 zusammengedrückt wird. In geöffnetem Zustand wird der Pinsel samt Stiel durch die sich entspannende Feder 20 zu bequemer Gebrauchslänge nach Fig. 4 herausgedrückt.
Zum Einbringen der Wimperntusche dient eine starre zylindrische Patrone 29 aus Kunststoff, die oben geschlossen, unten aber offen ist. Das obere Ende ist mit einer Aussenriffelung 25 zur Erhöhung der Griffigkeit ausgestattet, und das untere offene Ende kann für die Lagerung und den Transport der mit der pastenförmigen Tusche gefüllten Patrone eine abnehmbare Schutzkappe 28 erhalten (Fig. 5).
Die erwähnte Verschlusskappe des oberen zylindrischen Aufnahmeteils 21 des gewöhnlich aus Metall bestehenden Hülsenkörpers besteht ebenfalls aus Metall und ist unterhalb des auf dem offenen Ende des Aufnahmeteils 21 aufsitzenden Deckelteils 22 mit einer Schulter versehen und setzt sich unterhalb dieser Schulter in einen schmaleren Hohlstopfenteil 23 fort, welcher gerade in die Öffnung des Aufnahmeteils passt und seinerseits den oberen Abschnitt der Nachfüllpatrone aufnehmen kann. Eingepresste Höcker bzw. Vertiefungen 24 sorgen dafür, dass ein sicherer Klemmsitz sowohl zwischen der Einsteckkappe und dem metallischen Hülsenkörperteil, als auch zwischen der Einsteckkappe und der in sie eingeführten Kunststoff-Nachfüllpatrone gewährleistet ist.
Zum Auswechseln der Patrone wird die Verschlusskappe 22, 23 aus der oberen Nachfüllöffnung des Hülsenkörpers 21 gezogen. Dabei kommt je nach Art des drehenden oder nur ziehenden Abhebens die im Hohlstopfenteil 23 der Verschlusskappe steckende alte Patrone 29 gleich mit (Fig. 2 oben), oder die Patrone bleibt noch im Hülsenteil 21 stecken (Fig. 3 unten) und kann dann leicht an ihrem herausragenden Ende herausgezogen werden. In den von der alten Patrone befreiten Verschlusskappenteil wird dann eine neue Patrone 29 (Fig. 5) eingeführt und nach Umdrehen des Gerätes und Abnehmen der unteren Schutzkappe 28 zusammen mit dem Verschlussteil in den Hülsenteil 21 eingeschoben. Die Teile sind dazu so bemessen, dass sich das offene Ende der Patrone auf den abgeschrägten Konus 30 des Kunststoff-Abstreifers aufsetzt, wie es in der Schnittdarstellung der Fig. 3 erkennbar ist.
Mascara applicator
The invention relates to an applicator for mascara. The previously known devices commercially available under the name of mascara pen have certain shortcomings which hinder and limit their use.
On the one hand, it is the length of the mascara device, which is bothersome for a woman's bag, and which was thought to be necessary in order to be able to comfortably handle the handle of the brush to be accommodated in the cylindrical sleeve body. Furthermore, however, it is the easy interchangeability of the mascara, which is desirable for modern cosmetics, which, when replacing one shade with another, easily dirtied the hands and the device or required the device to be washed out.
The aim of the invention is to create a device which, when storage space is tight and when the washing options are limited, avoids the mentioned shortcomings of previous devices and also takes into account the requirement that it fits into even the smallest handbag , but the wearer has an application brush of sufficient normal length available and at the same time allows her to change the color of the ink in no time at all without any risk of soiling.
Accordingly, in an applicator for mascara, consisting of a cylindrical sleeve with a receiving part for the treatment agent introduced from the end face of the sleeve and a holder part for the brush, according to the invention the arrangement is made such that the brush can be telescoped into the holder part and with a Spring cooperates, which keeps it pushed forward in the open state of the device up to a stop attached to the brush holder, but allows it to recede into the holder part when the device is closed, and that the mascara inserted in the receiving part is contained in a replaceable cartridge.
Only such a device, which fulfills both of the above requirements at the same time, allows modern cosmetic eyelash care anytime and anywhere. an application device intended for exchangeable cartridges with treatment liquid cannot be used for travel if it is too unwieldy to carry in a handbag. On the other hand, a telescopic brush that can be pushed together would not be useful if the adjustment of the eyelash color to the respective circumstances, clothing, etc. was always associated with the risk of soiling or with the need to wash out the paint container when changing the color.
An embodiment of the invention is described with reference to the drawing. They represent:
1 shows a side view and a plan view of the mascara applicator according to the invention in the closed state.

Figure 4 shows the same device in the position of use, i.e. with a closed receiving part for the mascara and with an open (and cut) frame part with a telescopic brush protruding, and
5 shows a detailed view of the refill cartridge with the protective cap attached at the bottom.
The upper cylindrical receiving part 21 of the two-part sleeve body intended for the mascara supply carries a closure cap 22 on its upper loading end and a pipe socket 10 with external thread 11 (Fig. 4) on which the grip and brush holder part 12 with its retaining ring 13 located at its mouth with internal thread 14 can be screwed on. An inner sleeve 15 is guided through the retaining ring 13 and, at its tapered mouth 16, forms a guide for the handle 17 of the brush brush 18. The stem is thickened at its lower end 19 so that it cannot emerge from the guide sleeve 15, 16. Below the thickening, the sleeve 15 contains a helical spring 20, which is compressed in the closed state of the device according to FIG. 3, so that its overall length is short.
The compression takes place in that the brush and its handle are pushed into the upper housing part 21 when the device is closed and have to pass through a hollow conical stripper 30 mounted in the upper part. However, a shoulder 31 located in the offset handle 17 of the brush no longer passes through the narrowest point at the top of the scraper 30, so that the spring 20 in the lower part 12 is compressed when it is pushed in further. In the open state, the brush together with the handle is pushed out by the relaxing spring 20 to a comfortable length according to FIG. 4.
A rigid cylindrical cartridge 29 made of plastic, which is closed at the top but open at the bottom, is used to introduce the mascara. The upper end is equipped with an outer corrugation 25 to increase the grip, and the lower open end can have a removable protective cap 28 for the storage and transport of the cartridge filled with the pasty ink (FIG. 5).
The above-mentioned closure cap of the upper cylindrical receiving part 21 of the sleeve body, which is usually made of metal, is also made of metal and is provided with a shoulder below the cover part 22 seated on the open end of the receiving part 21 and continues below this shoulder into a narrower hollow plug part 23, which just fits into the opening of the receiving part and in turn can accommodate the upper portion of the refill cartridge. Pressed-in bumps or depressions 24 ensure that a secure press fit is ensured both between the plug-in cap and the metallic sleeve body part and between the plug-in cap and the plastic refill cartridge inserted into it.
To replace the cartridge, the closure cap 22, 23 is pulled out of the upper refill opening of the sleeve body 21. Depending on the type of lifting or pulling, the old cartridge 29 in the hollow plug part 23 of the cap comes along with it (Fig. 2 above), or the cartridge remains stuck in the sleeve part 21 (Fig. 3 below) and can then easily be their protruding end can be pulled out. A new cartridge 29 (FIG. 5) is then inserted into the closure cap part that has been freed from the old cartridge and, after turning the device around and removing the lower protective cap 28, it is pushed into the sleeve part 21 together with the closure part. For this purpose, the parts are dimensioned in such a way that the open end of the cartridge rests on the beveled cone 30 of the plastic scraper, as can be seen in the sectional view in FIG. 3.
