Mehrzweck-Postkarte
Die bisherigen Postkarten bestehen aus einem einfachen oder einem doppelten Bogen und die Verwendung blieb auf Mitteilungen oder bildliche und geographische Reproduktionen beschränkt.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Mehrzweck Postkarte, durch welche die Verwendungsmöglichkeit wesentlich erweitert wird. Erfindungsgemäss zeichnet sich dieselbe dadurch aus, dass sie durch einen verschliessbaren, eine Verpackung bildenden Hohlkörper gebildet ist, dessen Innenraum zur Aufnahme von dreidimensionalen Bedarfsartikeln geeignet ist zum Zwecke, die Postkarte als solche, sowie als Verpakkungshülle zum Versand von Bedarfsartikeln zu verwenden.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt:

Die Mehrzweckpostkarte besteht aus zwei Kartonblättern 1, 1' je in der Grösse einer Postkarte. Letztere sind an ihren Längskanten durch Biegefalze 3, 4 miteinander verbunden. Die Schmalseftenkanten 5, 6 begrenzen konvexe Ausbuchtungen. Die schmalseitigen Endteile der Blätter 1, 1' sind durch konkav einbuchtende Falzkanten 6, 6' beweglich und zwecks Bildung des Aufnahmeraumes für Bedarfsartikel gegeneinander einschlagbar. Sie bilden linsenförmige Verschlussklappen 7, 7'. Das vordere Postkartenblatt 1 bildet eine Ansichtskarte, die als Bild ein Hotel, Berggasthaus, Kurhaus, Ausflugsziel, Stadt, Dorf, Schloss, Denkmal, Sehenswürdigkeit usw. aufweisen kann. Das hintere Postkartenblatt 1' weist die übliche Lineatur für die Adresse und einen leeren Raum für den Text auf.
Von den beiden Verschlussklappen 7, 7' auf jeder Schmalseite der Postkarte ist wenigstens die Klappe 7 auf jeder Schmalseite innenseits mit Klebstoff beschichtet.
In flachliegender Form der Postkarte liegen die Blätter 1, 1' aneinander an und schliessen den Hohlraum aus. In dieser Form ist die Postkarte als solche verwendbar.
Bei Verwendung der Postkarte als Verpackungshülle zum Versand von dreidimensionalen Bedarfsartikeln, wie Confiseriewaren aller Art, wird zuerst auf einer Schmalseite die Verschlussklappe 7' des rückseitigen Kartenblattes 1' und dann die auf ihrer Innenseite mit Klebstoff beschichtete Verschlussklappe 7 des vorderseitigen Kartenblattes 1 auf das Blatt 7' eingeschlagen und mit diesem in Klebverbindung gebracht.
Durch die auf der anderen Schmalseite noch offene Verpackungshülle können nun die gewünschten Be darfsartikel eingefüllt werden. Hierauf werden auch auf der anderen Schmalseite der Hülle die Verschlussklappen geschlossen und nach vorherigem Befeuchten verklebt.
Dank der ovalen Verschlussklappen erhält auch die Hülle ovales Querschnittsprofil.
Die den Hohlraum in sich schliessende Hülle kann auch taschenartig ausgebildet sein und an ihrer Offenseite Verschlussklappen aufweisen.
Das mit dem anschaulichen Gebilde versehene Kartenblatt 1' ist dank der Biegefalze 2, 3 leicht vom anderen Kartenblatt abtrennbar.
Die Vorderseite der Mehrzweck-Postkarte kann in farbiger oder Schwarz-weiss-Ausführung ein Bild, eine Photographie, eine Zeichnung, eine Karikatur, eine Stickerei usw. darstellen, während die Rückseite mit Adress- und leerem Textteil versehen ist.
Als Verpackungshülle ist die Postkarte für die Aufnahme dreidimensionaler Bedarfsartikel, z. B. Confiseriewaren wie Schokolade, Bonbons, Pralines usw.
geeignet und weist eine den Postversand zulassende Festigkeit auf. Die Postkarte ist als Verpackungshülle normal versend- und frankierbar und bedarf keiner weiteren Umhüllung.
Die beschriebene Mehrzweck-Postkarte ist als Verpackungshülle sowie als Ansichtskarte von Hotels, Kurhäusern, Sporthotels, Restaurants, Ausflugszielen, Städten, Dörfern, Sehenswürdigkeiten usw. verwendbar. Sie kann ferner als Werbemittel für Ausstellungen, Anlässe, Jubiläen, Sportereignisse, z. B. Olympiaden, Turn- und Schützenfeste, Fussball, Eishockey, Skirennen usw., ferner für Messen, Musikfeste, Festspiele usw. verwendet werden. Weiter ist sie als Gratulations- und Glückwunschkarte sowie Scherzkarte ausführbar.

The multi-purpose postcard consists of two cardboard sheets 1, 1 'each the size of a postcard. The latter are connected to one another at their longitudinal edges by bending folds 3, 4. The narrow edges 5, 6 delimit convex bulges. The narrow-sided end parts of the sheets 1, 1 'are movable by concave, indented folded edges 6, 6' and can be folded against one another for the purpose of forming the receiving space for articles of necessity. They form lens-shaped closing flaps 7, 7 '. The front postcard sheet 1 forms a picture postcard which can have a hotel, mountain inn, health resort, excursion destination, city, village, castle, monument, sight, etc. as an image. The rear postcard sheet 1 'has the usual ruling for the address and an empty space for the text.
Of the two closing flaps 7, 7 'on each narrow side of the postcard, at least the flap 7 is coated on the inside with adhesive on each narrow side.
When the postcard is lying flat, the sheets 1, 1 'lie against one another and close the cavity. In this form, the postcard can be used as such.
When the postcard is used as a packaging sleeve for shipping three-dimensional items, such as confectionery goods of all kinds, the closing flap 7 'of the back card sheet 1' is first placed on one narrow side and then the closing flap 7 of the front card sheet 1, which is coated with adhesive on its inside, is placed on the sheet 7 'and glued to it.
The required items can now be filled in through the packaging sleeve, which is still open on the other narrow side. The closing flaps are then also closed on the other narrow side of the casing and, after previous moistening, glued.
Thanks to the oval closure flaps, the casing also has an oval cross-sectional profile.
The envelope that closes the cavity can also be designed like a pocket and have closure flaps on its open side.
The card sheet 1 'provided with the clear structure can easily be separated from the other card sheet thanks to the bending folds 2, 3.
The front of the multipurpose postcard can show a picture, a photograph, a drawing, a caricature, an embroidery, etc. in color or black and white, while the back has an address and empty text part.

The multi-purpose postcard described can be used as a packaging sleeve and as a postcard for hotels, health resorts, sports hotels, restaurants, excursion destinations, cities, villages, sights, etc. It can also be used as an advertising medium for exhibitions, occasions, anniversaries, sporting events, e.g. B. Olympiads, gymnastics and shooting festivals, football, ice hockey, ski races, etc., also for trade fairs, music festivals, festivals, etc. are used. It can also be used as a congratulation and greeting card as well as a joke card.
