Description
Profilé
L'invention a trait à un profilé.
Les profilés, en particulier les profilés creux réalisés plus spécialement en matières synthétiques, sont d'une utilisation extrêmement développée, en particulier dans la réalisation de cloisons, de bardages ou de fermetures pour le bâtiment. Ces profilés comportent parfois des moyens d'assemblage. Ces moyens d'assemblage se composent, d'une part, de saillies et, d'autre part, d'évidements qui peuvent, par exemple, présenter la forme d'une queue-d'aronde ou d'hirondelle, ou la forme d'un
T. Toutefois, pour assembler de tels profilés, il est né pessaire de présenter lesdits profilés bord à bord longitudinalement et de les faire glisser l'un par rapport à l'autre, de telle sorte que les saillies coulissent dans les évidements prévus.
Dans de nombreux cas, ce moyen d'assemblage présente, soit en raison d'un manque de place, soit du fait de la longueur des profilés mis en présence, de nombreux inconvénients de montage.
La présente invention a pour objet un profilé destiné à être assemblé avec un ou plusieurs profilés voisins, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un corps présentant au moins un logement longitudinal creux en forme de rainure présentant deux lèvres susceptibles de s'écarter l'une de l'autre, la plus grande largeur dudit logement étant supérieure à la distance séparant les deux lèvres l'une de l'autre, et/ou au moins une nervure saillante reliée audit corps par une partie de largeur inférieure à la plus grande largeur de ladite nervure, ledit logement longitudinal pouvant recevoir une nervure d'un second profilé voisin alors que la nervure du premier profilé est susceptible de s'engager dans le logement longitudinal d'un profilé voisin.
L'invention sera bien comprise en se référant à la description suivante faite à titre d'exemple non limitatif et aux dessins ci-annexés dans lesquels:
La fig. 1 représente un profil selon une forme d'exécution de l'invention.
Les fig. 2 à 14 représentent plusieurs modes de réalisation.
Au dessin, le profilé 1, creux et vide, ou par contre rempli de toutes matières isolantes ou renforçantes, naturelles ou synthétiques, comporte à l'un de ses bords 2 une nervure 3. Cette nervure 3 peut s'emboîter dans une rainure 4 réalisée dans l'autre bord d'un profilé jux tapote.
La fig. 4 représente un profilé renforcé par un tube de section carrée 11 maintenu en position par des ergots 10,, 102, 1 Q venus avec le profilé.
Selon la fig. 5, le profilé 1 est armé de renforts métalliques en forme de I, soit 12, et 122. Ces renforts sont maintenus en position soit par une clavette 13 qui les traverse, soit par une entretoise.
Selon différentes formes de réalisation, la position et le nombre des nervures ou des rainures peuvent varier sur les profilés 1 pour permettre la réalisation d'assemblage au milieu perpendiculaire ou d'angle (voir fig. 6, 7 et 9).
Les rainures ou logements longitudinaux 4 non utilisés pour l'assemblage peuvent être recouverts de baguettes à effet de clip 14, ou recevoir des tubes ou des profilés d'armature, tels que le profilé 15 (fig. 1) introduit par clippage dans un logement 4 latéral du profilé 1 ou tels que le tube 16 (fig. 2) introduit dans la languette 3 par déformation élastique de son col. Dans cette dernière application, le tube utilisé 16 est pourvu d'une pluralité d'orifices 17 à travers lesquels on engage des cavaliers supports 18 permettant de monter des éléments tels qu'étagères, perpendiculairement au plan du profilé 1 (voir fig. 14).
La fig. 8 représente l'utilisation des profilés comme charnière de portes, de fenêtres ou tout panneau coulissant, repliable et autres. Un tube 15 passe à travers les nervures 3 de deux profilés 1 et 1t, ces nervures étant tronçonnées alternativement de sorte que, à une portion de nervure de l'un des profilés, succède une portion de nervure de l'autre.
La fig. 12 représente un profilé carré ou rectangulaire 18 qui permet l'assemblage en croix de plusieurs profilés 1 décrits ci-dessus. Un profilé 3 est utilisé comme élément de liaison et l'un de ses bords permet le montage en charnière avec un profilé 1.

In many cases, this assembly means presents, either because of a lack of space, or because of the length of the profiles brought together, numerous assembly drawbacks.
The present invention relates to a section intended to be assembled with one or more neighboring sections, characterized in that it comprises a body having at least one hollow longitudinal housing in the form of a groove having two lips capable of moving away from one another. on the other, the greatest width of said housing being greater than the distance separating the two lips from one another, and / or at least one projecting rib connected to said body by a portion of width less than the greatest width of said rib, said longitudinal housing being able to receive a rib of a second neighboring section while the rib of the first section is capable of engaging in the longitudinal housing of a neighboring section.
The invention will be clearly understood by referring to the following description given by way of nonlimiting example and to the accompanying drawings in which:
Fig. 1 shows a profile according to one embodiment of the invention.
Figs. 2 to 14 show several embodiments.
In the drawing, the profile 1, hollow and empty, or on the other hand filled with any insulating or reinforcing materials, natural or synthetic, has at one of its edges 2 a rib 3. This rib 3 can fit into a groove 4 made in the other edge of a juxtaposed profile.
Fig. 4 shows a profile reinforced by a square section tube 11 held in position by lugs 10 ,, 102, 1 Q come with the profile.
According to fig. 5, the section 1 is reinforced with I-shaped metal reinforcements, ie 12, and 122. These reinforcements are held in position either by a key 13 which passes through them, or by a spacer.

The longitudinal grooves or housings 4 not used for assembly can be covered with clip-effect rods 14, or receive tubes or reinforcing profiles, such as the profile 15 (fig. 1) inserted by clipping into a housing 4 side of the profile 1 or such as the tube 16 (Fig. 2) introduced into the tongue 3 by elastic deformation of its neck. In the latter application, the tube used 16 is provided with a plurality of orifices 17 through which support riders 18 are engaged allowing elements such as shelves to be mounted, perpendicular to the plane of the profile 1 (see fig. 14). .
Fig. 8 shows the use of the profiles as a hinge for doors, windows or any sliding, folding and other panels. A tube 15 passes through the ribs 3 of two sections 1 and 1t, these ribs being cut off alternately so that, to a rib portion of one of the profiles, a rib portion of the other succeeds.
Fig. 12 shows a square or rectangular profile 18 which allows the cross assembly of several profiles 1 described above. A profile 3 is used as a connecting element and one of its edges allows hinged mounting with a profile 1.
