Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 425 534 Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schuhes
Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schuhes mit Laufsohle und Absatz aus Crepegummi oder Leder, einer Brandsohle mit von derselben abstehender Lippe und einer unterhalb der Brandsohle angeordneten Ausballung beschrieben.
Gemäss dem Patentanspruch I des Hauptpatentes rd der Raum zwischen der Lippe und dem untern Rand des Schaftleders mittels eines Dichtungsbändchens ausgefüllt.
Nach dem Hauptpatent kann dieses Dichtungsbändchen aus wärme- und wasserisolierendem Material, z. B. aus Filz, bestehen und ist dann nachgiebig. Dies gestattet, die Einstechnaht, welche den untern Rand des Schaftleders mit der Lippe verbindet, gemäss dem Verfahren nach vorliegender Erfindung derart stark einzuziehen, dass dieselbe eine Vertiefung im Schaftleder erzeugt, so dass Schaftleder und Sohle an der Stelle dieser Einstechnaht deutlich voneinander getrennt erscheinen.
Auf diese Weise ergibt sich ein Schuh, welcher nach einer bekannten und teureren Machart hergestellt zu sein scheint.
Vorteilhaft ist der untere Rand des Schaftleders eingeschlagen und an der Einlagesohle des Schuhes festgeklebt.
Der Fersenteil des Schaftleders kann auch so verlängert werden, dass mit dieser Verlängerung der Absatz des Schuhes verkleidet werden kann. Die stark eingezogene Einstechnaht lässt auch hier eine deutliche Trennung zwischen Fersenteil des Schaftleders und dem Absatz in Erscheinung treten.
Endlich kann der Rand der Sohle mit einer Naht versehen werden, um dem Schuh das Aussehen eines rahmengenähten Schuhes zu geben.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE
I. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schuhes nach dem Patentanspruch I des Hauptpatentes, bei dem der untere Rand des Schaftleders durch eine Einstechnaht mit der Lippe verbunden wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstechnaht derart stark eingezogen wird, dass dieselbe eine Vertiefung im Schaftleder erzeugt, so dass Schaftleder und Sohle an der Stelle dieser Einstechnaht deutlich voneinander getrennt erscheinen.
II. Schuh nach dem Patentanspruch II des Hauptpatentes, hergestellt nach Patentanspruch I, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstechnaht in einer Vertiefung des Schaftleders liegt.
