Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kugelpfanne aus Kunststoff, als Lager eines Kugelbolzens zur Bildung eines Kugelgelenkes.

Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aus einem Stück hergestellte Kugelpfanne einen kugeligen Aufnahmeteil aufweist, der durch einen längsverlaufenden nach der freien Seite des Aufnahmeteils offenen Schlitz in zwei Teile getrennt ist, wobei ein Teil des Schlitzes an der offenen Seite durch ein Band überbrückt ist, das infolge elastischer Dehnung ein Auseinanderspreizen der Teile zum Zwecke der Einbringung der Kugel des Kugelbolzens ermöglicht.

Die Kugelpfanne 1 nach Fig. 1-4 besteht aus Kunststoff und ist aus einem Stück hergestellt. Der Schaft 2 der Kugelpfanne 1 ist mit einem Innengewinde 3 zur Aufnahme eines Gestänges versehen. An den Schaft 2 schliesst sich der kugelige Aufnahmeteil an, der durch einen in der Längsachse verlaufenden Schlitz 4 in zwei Teile, 5a, 5b getrennt ist. Ein mit dem Aufnahmeteil einteiliges Band 6 verbindet die Teile 5a, 5b an der offenen Seite des Schlitzes 4, so dass die Kugelpfanne in geschlossenem Zustand gehalten ist, vgl. Fig. 1. In der Mitte des Bandes 6 befindet sich ein nach innen gerichteter Ansatz 7, der gemäss Fig. 1 den Schlitz 4 überdeckt und sich gegen die Stirnseite der Teile 5a, 5b abstützt. Der strichpunktierte Kreis stellt den Umfang der Kugel 8 eines KugelL bolzens 9 mit Gewindeansatz 10 dar, vgl. Fig. 4.

Kugelpfanne aus Kunststoff, als Lager eines Kugelbolzens zur Bildung eines Kugelgelenkes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aus einem Stück hergestellte Kugelpfanne (1) einen kugeligen Aufnahmeteil aufweist, der durch einen längsverlaufenden nach der freien Seite des Aufnahmeteils offenen Schlitz (4) in zwei Teile (5a, 5b) getrennt ist, wobei ein Teil des Schlitzes an der offenen Seite durch ein Band (6) überbrückt ist, das infolge elastischer Dehnung ein Auseinanderspreizen der Teile zum Zwecke der Einbringung der Kugel (8) des Kugelbolzens (9) ermöglicht.
