Non-return valve The invention relates to a spring-loaded non-return valve whose closing force can be overcome by a pressure medium control flow acting on a displaceable unlocking piston, which is divided into a first partial flow that initiates unlocking and acts on the base of the unlocking piston and a second partial flow, its inflow can be opened by the unlocking piston itself in the course of its further movement directed towards the check valve.
With valves of this type, the opening movement of the release piston begins, as intended, throttled, but it may happen that the release piston hits the housing hard because its end movement is undamped. This can cause unwanted noises.
This disadvantage is avoided according to the invention in that the second partial flow can be shut off by the unlocking piston before it reaches its end position, while the first partial flow acts on the base of the unlocking piston over the entire opening movement.
An example of the invention is illustrated by the drawing. The figure shows a longitudinal section through a pilot operated check valve, in which the parts that correspond to the main application have the same designations as these.
In a valve housing 1, a sleeve 2 is inserted, which receives a cup-shaped valve body 3 of a main valve. A shoulder 4 in the sleeve 2 is designed as a seat for the valve body 3. A pin 6 of a second smaller valve body 7 of a pilot valve, which lies on an edge of the central bore 5 formed as a seat, penetrates through a central bore 5 in the bottom of the valve body 3. On a shoulder 8 of the valve body 7 presses the end of a spring 9, which also serves as a closing spring for the valve body 7 and the valve body 3 Ven. A cover 10 closing the valve housing holds the sleeve 2 in the valve housing 1 and also forms the support surface for the other end of the spring 9.
In the valve housing 1 there is an inlet channel 11 and an outflow channel 12 surrounding the sleeve 2 in a ring shape. Through a bore 13 in the valve housing 1, a plunger 14 penetrates a cylinder 15 on the same axis as the valve body 3, which is located in a head 16 adjoining the valve housing is located. In the cylinder space 15 an unlocking piston 17 is slidably guided.
In a transverse bore 18 going through the head 16 there is an insert piece 19 which has a thickening 21 provided with longitudinal notches 20. This thickening is followed by a cylindrical section 22 of smaller diameter, in the Be rich there is an extension 23 of the transverse bore 18. The section 22 takes in its hollow inside a spring 24 which presses the insert 19 against an externally adjustable threaded bolt 25; it is supported by a screw plug. The transition from the extension 23 to the bore part 27 forms in cooperation with the longitudinal core ben 20 a throttle gap.
A channel 28 running in the head 16 leads on the one hand to the part of the transverse bore 18 receiving the spring 24, and on the other to an outwardly leading channel 29 in the housing 1. The channel 28 crosses an annular space 38, which in a jacket surface 31 of the cylinder 15 is stabbed.
The unlocking piston 17 has radial bores 39 which start from an annular groove 41 arranged on its jacket and open into an axial bore 40 leading to its bottom 36. A bevel 43 with a delimiting edge 44 adjoins a flank 42 of the annular groove 41 directed towards the bottom 36. A flank 45 facing the valve has a limiting edge 46. A bore 33 leads from the bore part 27 of the transverse bore 18 into the cylinder 15. From the end of the cylinder facing the housing 8, a throttling leakage oil bore 47 leads to an unpressurized space.
In operation of the valve, which works exclusively as a check valve, the pressure medium flows through the inlet channel 11 to the valve and, in a manner known per se, against the force of the spring 9, first lifts the piloted valve body 7 and shortly thereafter the main valve body 3 from their seats. The pressure medium flows through the bore 34 of the valve body 3 and the bore 35 of the sleeve 2 into the discharge channel 12 and further to the consumer, not shown.
If the direction of flow is to be reversed, the pilot valve and main valve must be unlocked so that the pressure medium can flow unhindered from the outlet channel 12 to the inlet channel 11. For this purpose, a pressure medium control flow is passed through the channels 29 and 28 into the bore 18. Here, throttled by the small flow cross-section of the longitudinal notches 20 of the insert 19, it is conducted from the extension 23 to the bore part 27, then to the bore 33 and the cylinder 15. There the pressure medium control flow acts on the base 36 of the piston 17 and pushes it relatively slowly together with the plunger 14 in the direction of the valve body 3.
The plunger 14 presses on the pin 6 of the Ventilkör pers 7 and lifts it from its seat as it moves further, whereby the pressure in the drainage channel 12 is rapidly relaxed. A short time later, the delimiting edge 46 of the groove 41 in the unlocking piston 17 opens the annular space 38. As a result, a larger amount of control fluid flows through the radial bores 39 and the axial bore 40 in the cylinder 15 and pushes the piston 17 together with the plunger 14 now accelerated until the boundary edge 44 of the annular space 38 is closed again. Due to the slope 43, which slides past the annular space 38 during this movement, an all gradual control of this annular space takes place, and the movement of the locking piston is greatly delayed.
After the final control of the annulus, the piston is ben 17 only brought into its outer end position by the weak partial flow coming through the bore 33 into the cylinder, with any pressure medium contained in the upper part of the cylinder 15 flowing out via the throttling leakage oil bore 47. The release piston lies softly against the housing in the direction of the pilot valve.
