Bolt driving device for fastening clamps
This device has the function of driving clamps with bolts or steel pins into various masonry, concrete, wood or plastic panels using a pneumatic hammer.
The following description and the accompanying drawing of an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention provide more detailed information.
The bracket holder consists of bracket 1 with safety pins 2 and 3, which is pushed into the bracket when the bracket 1a is inserted or the bracket bracket is pressed against a solid object. The clamp is pressed together laterally by means of two balls 6 with spring cages. The safety ring 10 is moved and the lock a of the safety bolt 16 is released. This moves on a 2-armed lever 27-29, which releases the trigger device (30).
The propellant gas can be:
Carbonic acid, nitrogen or air, for the sake of simplicity in the further description with compressed gas.
The pressurized gas metering consists of a gas connection device, two gas chambers, a valve and adjustable pressure control. The compressed gas flows into the corrugated pipe baig 47, which is firmly connected to the connecting nut 51 and sleeve 50. When pressure builds up, the valve 46 is pushed upwards. However, it is held in its original pressureless position by the dosing lever 52 and locking mechanism 34 to 37. Dosing levers and supports 43 are rotatably mounted.
When the trigger 30 is pushed backwards, it pushes the two-armed levers 34-37 backwards. This releases the metering lever 52, which is displaced in the direction of the running nose, i. H. the upper bellows 41 is compressed for a short time. The bolt 40 is firmly connected to the barrel 8 and can therefore push back the valve 46 b>. The upper corrugated tube support 41 and the compressed gas chamber c now fill with the same pressure, which in turn causes the upper corrugated tube (41) to lengthen and the lever device 34-37 to engage.
Both chambers now have the same overpressure, the valve 46 has closed.
If the trigger 30 is pressed further, the pin 32 will actuate the toggle lever 25, which releases the barrel of the striker 13. The overpressure moves the striker 13 forward. The increase in volume causes an atmospheric pressure behind the pin, bfaH, an air cushion d is built up in front of the lever and pushes the pin back into its original position. The used compressed gas escapes through overflow slots e. Now the process can start over. The spring sleeve 49, which is adjustable and adjustable, generates the necessary pre-pressure so that the clamps can be hammered into different materials.
PATENT CLAIM
Bolt driving device for fastening clamps, operated with carbonic acid, nitrogen or air, characterized in that the compressed gas is metered by a device (41-48, b) adjustable by means of a spring, which at the same time with a locking device (2-7, a 10 , 11, 16, 20-29, 33, 34-37, 52, 53) is connected, which prevents the trigger lever (30) can be actuated when the clamp is not inserted and the clamp (1) is not attached to a is pressed against a solid object.
