Hebevorrichtung
Lifting device
The present invention relates to a lifting device for hanging a door in or
Unhooking from their hinges. So far one has worked without such a lifting device and lifted the door by hand and hung it again. Heavy doors required three men, two men had to lift the door and a third led the door precisely over the hinges. With the help of the new device, two men can do this work. In new buildings in particular, doors have to be removed and hung several times in order to adapt them precisely to the frame.
The lifting device according to the invention has a support part resting on the floor and a lifting plate and is characterized in that the lifting plate surrounds the support part on at least three sides, in its lowest position rests at least approximately on the floor and with its central part the support part like a jacket overlaps and that a lever system is arranged on this jacket, with the aid of which the lifting plate with respect to the support part can be raised at least approximately vertically.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention:
Fig. 1 shows a lifting device from the side and partially in section along the line I-I in Figs
2 shows a view of the device from the rear.
The lifting device comprises, as main components, a support part, a lifting plate and a lever system for lifting the plate with respect to the support part.
The support part consists of a U-shaped bent sheet metal 1, in which two rollers 2 are rotatably mounted on axes 3. On top of the part 1, a support rod 4 is attached, which has a square cross-sectional profile.
The lifting plate 5 engages around the support part on three sides and, with its central part 6, encloses the support part like a jacket. On top of this jacket 6, a guide tube 7 for the support rod is attached, in which this is slidably guided. At the upper end of the guide tube 7 a square rubber ring 7 'is attached, which is the same width on the outside as the jacket 6. Furthermore, an eyelet 8 and a pin 9 are fastened on top of the jacket.
The lever system comprises an intermediate piece 10 which is articulated to the support rod 4 and to the upper end of a bracket 13 by means of bolts 11 and 12.
The lower end of the bracket 13 is connected to the eyelet 8 by means of a bolt 14. The intermediate piece 10 has round pins 15, 15 ′ at both ends onto which a pipe section 16 serving as a lever with an extension 17 can be pushed. If the device is not in use, the pipe sections 16, 17 can be pushed into one another and can be placed on the pin 9 so that they remain with the device and do not take up too much space.
If you want to lift a door off its hinges with the aid of the device, you can slide the front part of the lifting plate 5, the left side part 5 'or the right side part 5 "under the door, depending on the situation.
The rubber ring 7 'prevents the lever from damaging the door by providing the necessary distance. The part of a door T 'shown in broken lines in FIG. 2 shows this situation. Before that, depending on the local conditions and the available space, the pipe sections 16, 17 have been placed on the front pin 15 or on the rear pin 15 '. If the front part 5 of the lifting plate is used, as indicated in FIG. 1, the pipe sections must be placed on the rear pin 15 '. In this case, the door can only be raised by pressing the lever arm 16, 17 and not by pulling it. The required force K is smaller than the weight of the door in the ratio A / a.
If, on the other hand, the lifting device is placed on the side, i.e. with the 5 'or 5 "of the plate under the door, the levers 16, 17 can be attached so that the door is raised when the lever is pulled or pushed.
The door T shown in broken lines in Fig. 1 begins to lift after the lifting plate has been lifted a distance h from the floor. For this purpose, it was lifted off the lower support part 1 to 3 by a distance h1. Depending on the desired design, the device can be designed in such a way that the lifting plate 5, 5 ', 5 "in the rest position, i.e. when h1 = 0 and the jacket 6 rests on the sheet metal 1 of the support part, is not yet or probably on the The floor.
The rollers 2 have the advantage that you can roll the door lifted with the device a short distance until it is completely detached from the hinges or
is exactly above the same.
