  Tragbeutel mit mindestens einem Griff aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff und einer Verschlussvorrichtung zum Verschliessen der Beutelöffnung
Gegenstand des Hauptpatentes ist ein Tragbeutel mit einer Verschlussvorrichtung und mit je einer an den einander gegenüberliegenden Öffnungsrändern vorgesehenen formsteifen Verstärkungsleiste aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff, von welchen mindestens eine mit einem Traggriff versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungsleiste eine Durchtrittsöffnung für einen an der anderen Verstärkungsleiste vorgesehenen Haken aufweist, welche Durchtrittsöffnung grösser ist als der nach unten gerichtete freie Schenkel des Hakens, der sich nach der Durchführung durch die Durchtritts öffnung im Abstand von der Aussenfläche der die Durchtrittsöffnung aufweisenden Verstärkungsleiste befindet,

   dass ferner die den Haken tragende Verstärkungsleiste über dem Haken eine bei nicht verschlossenem Beutel nach oben gerichtete flexible Verschlussschlaufe aufweist, die in ihrem mittleren Teil mit einer zum Untergreifen des freien Schenkels des Hakens bestimmten Öse und in ihrem oberen Teil mit einer Finger-Auflagefläche ausgestattet ist, und dass ein elastischer Versteifungslappen für die Verschlussschlaufe sich so weit nach oben erstreckt, dass er bei Ineingriffsstellung der Öse mit dem Haken elastisch verformt ist.



   Im Hauptpatent ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform in Fig. 1 dargestellt und beschrieben, bei der der elastische Versteifungslappen 7 an derjenigen Verstärkungsleiste 6 angebracht ist, welche die Verschlusslasche 2 nicht aufweist.



   Der Gegenstand dieser Zusatzerfindung ist nun dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elastische Versteifungslappen den Basisteil der Verschlusslasche bildet.



   Ein Ausführungsbeispiel dieser Zusatzerfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt, wobei die Fig. 1 eine Teilansicht eines auseinandergeklappten Traggriffpaares ist, während Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie II-II zeigt.

 

   Der Versteifungslappen 7' ist hier nicht separat an der Leiste 6 wie im Beispiel des Hauptpatentes angebracht, sondern bildet den Basisteil 7' der Verschlusslasche 2', ist also an der Verstärkungsleiste 1' angeordnet. Zur Erzielung einer grössern Elastizität ist eine Schwächungslinie in Form einer Lochreihe 8' vorgesehen.



   Die Handhabung beim Verschliessen ist gleichartig wie im Hauptpatent, nur ist die Fabrikation einfacher.



   PATENTANSPRUCH



   Tragbeutel nach dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elastische Versteifungslappen (7') den Basisteil der Verschlusslasche (2') bildet.
