Im folgenden wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel anhand der Zeichnungen näher beschrieben. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 die teilweise im Schnitt gezeigte Darstellung eines Bildaufzeichnungs- und Wiedergabegerätes; Fig. 2 die Darstellung der in einem Ausführungs beispiel verwendeten Unterdruckrolle; Fig. 3 bis 6 die relative Stellung des Aufzeichnungs- und Wiedergabekopfes und des Magnetbandes beim Be trieb der Anordnung gemäss Fig. 1;
Zur unteren. Kupplung 40 gehört ausserdem Teil 37 und dem Unterdruckraum 44 ein unterer Führungskeil 42, der an seiner Aussenkante ;
Die in Fig. 1 gezeigten Öffnungen 82 in der Zeit gebersaheibe 81 werden nach .der in Fig. 7 :gezeigten Ta belle eingestellt. Die Verbindung einer der Bremsen oder der Auslaufrolle mit der Unterdruckkammer 54 durch die Zeitgeberscheibe 81 ist eine Funktion der Stellung des Magnetkopfes 11, die in den Fig. 3 bis 6 in den Stel lungen 0 , 90 , 180 bzw. 270 gezeigt ist. In jeder die ser Winkelstellungen des Magnetkopfes 11, in welcher die Bremse oder ;
Device for recording or reproducing image information The main patent describes a method and a device for recording or reproducing image information on or from a recording medium, the information p consisting of a series of sections with individual image signals.
The method is characterized in that a magnetic head writes its path close above the stationary recording medium at least once in a direction deviating from its longitudinal direction, that the recording medium is moved in its longitudinal direction only after the path covered by the magnetic head and that then the head describes its path again, whereby:
a new, parallel recording track corresponds to the path after each movement of the recording medium.
According to dependent claim 1 of the main patent, the method can be further characterized in that the recording medium is moved in the path area of the magnetic head only step by step by the distance between two consecutive recording tracks and only in sections which are not just passed over by the head.
The device of the main patent for carrying out the method is in turn characterized by a magnetic head that can be moved with respect to the recording medium, by a drive for moving the magnetic head on the said path,
by means for holding the recording medium in place during the movement of the magnetic head and furthermore by means of at least pears a further drive for moving the recording medium in its longitudinal direction.
According to sub-claim 5 of the main patent for carrying out the method according to the above-mentioned sub-claim 1, the device can also be characterized in that, in the web area and in connection with it, loop pullers for pulling in: a loop of belt or for absorbing excess belt are provided, whose recording capacity corresponds to a tape feed step.
In this device, the recording tracks on the magnetic tape are inclined in relation to the longitudinal direction of the tape and are offset from one another. The rotating magnetic head only ever scans a semicircle of the magnetic tape wound on a drum.
This part of the tape stands still during recording and reproduction scanning by the magnetic head, so that the same track is scanned several times both when reproducing at a speed other than the recording speed and when reproducing a still image by the magnetic head.
It is the object of the present invention to describe an improved control arrangement for the tape drive of this device. Slide is achieved for the device mentioned at the beginning by the fact that in a recess let into a tape guide, which is provided for receiving a tape loop,
a sensing device is arranged which responds to a specific amount of tape stored in the depression and that said sensing device is connected to a control circuit for triggering a further scanning of the same recording track.
An exemplary embodiment is described in more detail below with reference to the drawings. 1 shows the representation, partially in section, of an image recording and reproducing device; Fig. 2 shows the representation of the vacuum roller used in an embodiment example; 3 to 6 show the relative position of the recording and playback head and the magnetic tape when operating the arrangement according to FIG. 1;
7 shows a time diagram for the negative pressure, and FIG. 8 shows the control circuit used in an exemplary embodiment.
In the embodiment shown in Figs. 1 to 6, a magnetic tape 20 is helically wound around a drum 10a. The drum 10a contains a magnetic recording and reproducing head 11 for recording and reproducing angularly arranged and mutually offset tracks on the tape 20.
The magnetic tape 20 runs from a supply reel R1 over an upper capstan coupling 30, then helically around the drum 10a and over a lower capstan coupling 40 onto a take-up reel R2.
During a first Teilres -des recording or playback cycle, a first semicircular part 22 of the magnetic tape 20 is held by two Unterdruckbrem sen B3 and B4 and swept over by the rotating magnetic head 11 during this time.
At the same time, a loose belt part 23 is formed by the further transport of a semicircular belt divider 21. During the second half of the cycle, the tape part 21 is held firmly by the vacuum brakes B1 and B2 and swept by the magnetic head 11. During this second sweeping, the brakes B3 and B4 are switched off and the belt part 22 is transported further, so that the loose part 23 is pulled taut. The whole cycle is then repeated.
From this general description it can be seen that in the exemplary embodiment, in contrast to the existing image recording devices, in which the tape also moves continuously during the movement of the head, the tape here is always stationary while it is swept by the magnetic head 11. As a result, when a track is repeatedly scanned, the magnet head and track are aligned with one another.
A sound head 67 is arranged next to the take-up reel R2 and, as shown in FIG. 1, is aligned with a sound track 67A arranged in the longitudinal direction of the tape. During the recording, the acceleration judged on the tape by the upper and lower capstan coupling is the same.
In order to ensure that the tape runs past the tape head 67 at a constant speed during playback, the tape is given a higher speed in the longitudinal direction by the upper capstan coupling 30 than by the lower coupling 40.
In order to prevent the tape from jamming in front of the lower clutch, a recess 43 is provided in a lower guide wedge 42, through which the tape runs in before it reaches the lower clutch. A sensor in the recess 43 emits an output signal when a predetermined amount of tape is in the recess.
On the basis of this display signal, the tape is held in a positron in such a way that the magnetic head 11 again scans an image track that contains an image that it had already played back. Thus, an image is repeated once or twice until the tape is pulled out of the recess 43 again. However, this repetition is not visible to the human eye.
On the other hand, there is always enough tape available at the lower coupling to ensure that the tape runs past the tape head at a constant speed.
The drum arrangement 10 shown in Fig. 1 consists of a cylindrical drum 10a, on the other circumference a magnetic recording and reproducing head 11, also called a magnetic head, is attached. The magnetic head 11 lies midway between the upper and lower surfaces and moves with the drum 10a.
It is connected via lines 13 to a two-pole changeover switch 71 in such a way that the head in which, in a switch position, receives a frequency-modulated image signal from a television camera 72. Of course, other signal sources can also be used. In the other, the reproduction position, of the switch 71, the magnetic head is connected to a television monitor 73 via an FM demodulator for reproducing image signals from the magnetic tape 20.
The tape runs from the supply reel R1 over a rotatable deflection roller 31 along the coupling 30. The coupling 30 contains, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a continuously rotating cylinder 35 with an upper section 36 and a lower section 37.
The drive shown includes a belt drive 39 which consists of a continuously rotating shaft 19 which drives the flange 35b connected to the cylinder 35. The shaft 19 is driven wildly by a motor 60b; At the other end of the cylinder nose 35, a cover cap 35c is rotatably arranged on the fixed cylinder part 45.
The cylinder part 45 has a negative pressure input chamber 34 and a negative pressure output chamber 44. A plurality of openings 35.a are arranged on the circumference of the parts 36 and 37, which openings are constantly in communication with the negative pressure chambers 34 and 44 during the rotation of the cylinder 35. If the upper coupling is to drive the belt, negative pressure is applied to the space 34 via a line 34a.
When the lower clutch. the tape is to drive, negative pressure is applied to the negative pressure chamber 44 via a line 44a.
The coupling 30 also includes an upper guide wedge 32, shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, with a vacuum brake B1. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the belt 20 runs behind the surface of the guide wedge 32 and thus behind the brake B1.
A guide full 14 is arranged between the drum 10a and the guide wedge 32 in such a way that the band, which passes between the shy guide roller 14 and the drum 10a, is always close to the brake B1.
The tape is then, starting at the upper edge in the vicinity of the guide roller 14, around the drum 10a, in order to then run around a second guide roller 15 arranged on the lower edge of the drum.
To the lower. Coupling 40 also belongs to part 37 and the vacuum chamber 44 has a lower guide wedge 42, which on its outer edge;
also has a vacuum brake B4 for the magnetic tape 20. The band passed between the guide roller 15 and the lower guide wedge 42 is then, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 guided behind the section 37 of the cylinder 35 along the vacuum chamber 44 around a further deflection roller 41.
Thus, the deflecting roller 31 and the guide roller 14 keep the incoming tape in close contact with the upper part 36 of the cylinder 35 and the upper brake B1 and the deflecting roller 41 and the guide roller 15 keep the outgoing tape in closer contact Contact with, the lower part 37,
of the cylinder 35 and the lower brake B4. Behind the deflection roller 41, the tape is guided past the tape head 67 up to the take-up reel R2.
The spools. RTI ID = "0002.0206" WI = "5" HE = "4" LX = "1421" LY = "2146"> R1 and R2 are driven by suitable motors or other means in such a way that no sagging of the belt is prevented. As a result, the belt only moves behind the inlet coupling when there is negative pressure in the vacuum chamber 34.
The lower guide wedge 42 also contains a recess 43 for receiving a belt loop. A vacuum brake B6 is located on the underside of the recess. A light source 66a, which is aligned with a photodetector 66, is arranged in the recess 43.
The photodetector 66 provides an output signal when a predetermined amount of tape lies in the recess 43.
The drum arrangement 10 also includes a component 16 arranged diametrically opposite the clutches 30 and 40 with a semicircular recess 17. A vacuum brake B5 is located on the underside of this recess.
As shown in FIG. 4, this recess 17i receives a slack part 23 of the band 20, which is held therein by actuation of the brake B5. If such loosening of the tape occurs at the exit,
the force of the vacuum brake B6 presses a belt loop 24 into the recess 43.
There is another vacuum brake B2 and B3 on each side of the component 16. As already stated, the drum 10a is mounted on a shaft 12 which also carries a vacuum timer 80 which contains a timer disc 81 which is fixedly mounted on the shaft 12. A motor 60a rotates the shaft 12 and thus both the timer disk 81 and the drum 10a.
In addition, in the exemplary embodiment shown, the motor 60a also drives a vacuum pump 51 via the shaft 12.
A pump unit 50 contains the vacuum pump 51, which is connected via a vacuum line 52 to a circular housing 53 and a chamber 54 which are fixed with respect to the base plate S. The housing 53 contains the vacuum chamber 54 with seven radially arranged bores 55.
The negative pressure generated in the negative pressure pump 51 is guided via the line 52 into the chamber 54 and from there through the bores 55 into the individual lines B1a to B6a and 44a, which are located in a holder S1 fixedly attached to the base plate S. The timer disk 81 runs between this holder S1 and the bores 55.
This timing disc has openings 82 which can be aligned with the bores 55 and the connected seven vacuum lines so that the vacuum to the individual brakes and the vacuum chamber 44 is controlled by time.
More precisely; said z. B. the line B1a with the brake B1, the line B2a with the brake B2, etc. and the line 44a with the vacuum chamber 44 a related party. Through the openings 82 in the timer disc 81, the negative pressure from the chamber 54 is given in the correct order to the selected brake B1 to B6 and the negative pressure chamber 44. The chronological order of the pressure output on the individual brakes is the same for the recording and playback operation.
The above-mentioned vacuum lines are connected to vacuum spaces in the individual brakes, the ventilation holes of which allow the brakes to act optionally on the magnetic tape 20.
The openings 82 shown in Fig. 1 in the timer plate 81 are set according to .the table shown in Fig. 7 :. The connection of one of the brakes or the outlet roller to the vacuum chamber 54 by the timer disc 81 is a function of the position of the magnetic head 11, which is shown in FIGS. 3 to 6 in the positions 0, 90, 180 and 270, respectively. In each of these angular positions of the magnetic head 11, in which the brake or;
the outlet clutch is switched on as shown, an opening 82 in the timing disc 81 establishes the connection between the corresponding brake line in the holder S1 and the vacuum chamber 54. The vacuum chamber 44 of the outlet roller is z.
B. always switched on, and as a result, an opening 82 in Fig. 1 always the connection between the vacuum chamber 54 and the line 44a via the holes 55 ago. The cylinder 35 rotates clockwise as shown in Fig. 3 to transport the tape in the indicated direction around the drum 10a.
According to the illustration in FIGS. 3 to 6, a light source 61 is located on the upper side of the drum 10a directly above the magnetic head 11. A permanently mounted photocell 62 is arranged above the light source 61 as shown in FIGS. The photocell and the light source are in congruence when the light source 61 and the magnetic head 11 are in the 0 position shown in FIG. In this position the magnetic head 11 is exactly in front of the brake B3.
As can be seen in FIG. 1, there are track markings 63a on the magnetic tape 20, which in the example are spaced about 7.5 mm apart and can thus indicate a desired distance on the tape 20. Next to these synchronization marks 63a on the upper half of the band ice 20 is a magnetic head 64 for sensing these marks.
When the light source 61 passes under the photodetector 62 as shown in FIG. 3, a pulse appears on the output line of the photo detector 62. On the other hand, when a track mark 63a passes the magnetic head 64, a pulse appears on the output line of the magnate head 64 .
The photodetector 62 and magnetic head 64 are connected to a servo phase detector 65 which detects any phase difference between the output pulses from the detector 62 and the magnetic head 64 and generates a bipolar analog error signal.
This output signal from the phase detector 65 accelerates the motor 60b driving the cylinder 35 or brakes it until the pulses from the photodetector 62 and the magnet head 64 arrive synchronously. This servomotor control runs during the entire recording or playback. By changing the speed of the cylinder 35, the amount of tape in front of the brake B1, which is then passed on into the recess 17, is also changed.
The negative pressure for the inlet negative pressure chamber 34 is not controlled by the timer disc 81, but by a control device 90 shown in FIG. 8 for the single image display. During normal operation of the image recording device, there is a negative pressure in a vacuum chamber 34 similar to that in the negative pressure chamber 44.
When a predetermined amount of magnetic tape has collected in the recess 43, the photodetector 66 supplies an input signal to an AND circuit 68, to which the photo detector 62 also supplies its output pulses 61a.
The photodetector 62 is also connected to the S input of the flip-flop circuit F1, which is not stable. The output signal of the AND circuit 68 is applied to a delay 69 and from there to the R input of the bistable flip-flop F1.
If the photodetector 66 is not switched on by the band in the recess 43, the pulses 61a keep the bistable multivibrator F1 switched on, so that a tube 95 remains in the switched-on position shown in FIG.
When the tape runs between photodetector 66 and light source 66a, the detector 66 gives a signal to the AND circuit 68.RTI ID = "0003.0198" WI = "21" HE = "4" LX = "1415" LY = "2446 "> As a result, according to the Dar position in Fig. 7, the next time a pulse 61a occurs from the detector 62, the AND circuit 68 emits an output signal,
which runs over the delay circuit 69 and the bistable flip-flop F1 switches back. The delay is selected to be so long that the same pulse 61a: cannot switch back the bistable flip-flop F1 and switch it on again shortly afterwards. When an output signal from: the AND circuit 68 is issued, a valve controller 91 rotates the pipe 95 in the stop position shown in solid lines.
The magnet 92 is therefore not actuated, where a rod 93 is pushed to the right by a spring 94 and the tube 95 thereby rotates counterclockwise about the pivot point 96 into the stop position.
The Eide 95a of the pipe arm 95 is connected directly to the vacuum chimney 54. When this pipe arm 95 is in the switch-on position shown in phantom in Fig. 8, negative pressure is on the via a line 34a. Vacuum space 34 given. In this position, a slide 97 also seals the pin B1a 'connected to the line B1a, so that in the switched-on position, negative pressure can be applied to the brake B1 via the line B1a.
In the stop position, negative pressure is given via the Zap fen B1a 'on the line B1a and the brake B1. However, the negative pressure to the negative pressure chamber 34 via line 34a is interrupted.
The photodetector 62a used is shown in dashed lines in FIG. It emits an output signal from the light source 61 when the magnetic head 11 encounters an image track running diagonally forward. An output pulse generated in this way is applied to the camera 72 in order to cause an image (two partial images) to be read out. The drum 10a rotates, for example, at the speed of 30 revolutions / sec. Accordingly, each obliquely running image track contains one image (two partial images).
The time table in Fig. 7 shows the influence of the timer disc 81 and the vacuum chamber 54 on the supply of the vacuum brakes B1 to B6 and the vacuum chambers 34 and 44 .. If the curves in this time table assume the upper value, this means that in At this point in time, the brake or roller is provided with negative pressure. It follows from the curves for the negative pressure spaces 34 and 44 that these spaces always have negative pressure during normal operation.
As already said, FIGS. 3 to 6 show the Stel lungs of the magnetic head 11 at 0, 90, 180 and 270, the magnetic head 11 being offset in the 0 position compared to the center of the brake B5, as shown in FIG. 3 is shown. The head 11 is always in the middle between the upper and lower edge of the drum 10a.
At the beginning it is assumed that the tape from the supply reel R1, past the head 64, the deflection roller 31, the cylinder 35, the brake B1, the guide roller 14 (with the tape between the deflection rollers 31 and the guide roller 14 having a small excess ) and then passed around the drum 10a and then passed the brakes B2, B5, B3, the guide roller 15, the brake B4 and the deflecting roller 41, the belt again bulging somewhat into the recess 43.
The magnetic head 11 is slightly in front of the 0 position, and the motor is left on in order to generate sufficient negative pressure when the magnetic head reaches the 0 position. At 0 the brake B1 is switched off. While the head is moving between 0 and 90, the brake B2 is also switched off, but the brake B5 in the recess 17 is switched on, so that one part 21 of the band 20 is drawn into the recess 17 and a loose loop 23, of the band is formed.
Thus, the tape loop between the two rollers 31 and 14 corresponds to the distance by which the part 21 of the tape 20 is transported into the recess 17 during this time. While the head is now moving between 0 and 90 as shown in FIG. 7, the brakes B3 and B4 are switched on so that the other part 22 of the tape 20 is held while the head 11 runs from 0 to 90.
In addition, the brake B6 is switched off during this time, so that the roller 44 pulls the tape out of the recess 43 and thus reduces the loop 24 in the recess 43.
So when the head 11 reaches the position shown in Fig. 4 development at 90, the recess 17 is filled with a ribbon loop and the recess 43 is empty. When the head reaches the 90 position, the brake B1 is applied and briefly, then also the brake B2, in order to hold the tape part 21 with respect to the head and drum.
When the head moves from the 90 position to the 180 position as shown in FIG. 4, both band parts 21 and 22 are held in place by the brakes BI and B2, B3 and B4, which are now applied by applying the negative pressure are switched on. The brake B5 is also switched on during this time and holds the tape firmly in the recess 17.
Since the brake B1 is now applied, a loop develops immediately in front of it, as shown in FIG. When the magnetic head 11, as shown in FIG. 5, reaches the 180 position, the recess 43 no longer holds the tape, since the brake B6 is switched off from 0 to 180. When the head is in the 180 position, however, brake B6 is switched on and brakes B1 and B2 remain switched on.
The brake B5 in the recess 17 is switched off and enables a forward transport of the loop part 23 during the next 90 rotation of the magnetic head 11. During the 180 position of the magnetic head 11 and shortly thereafter, the brakes B3 and B4 are switched off. When the brake B4 is switched off, the bending of the strip begins: from the recess 17 into the recess 43. At the same time, the brake B6 is switched on.
Thus, while the head is moving from 180 to 270, the brakes B1 and B2 are switched on, as a result of which they hold the tape part 21 in place. During a substantial part of this period, however, both brakes B3 and B4 are switched off, so that the part 22 moves in the longitudinal direction.
whereby the tape out of the recess 17 and into the recess 43 is drawn out. When the magnetic head reaches the 270 position, the recess 43 is essentially filled with tape, and the part 21 is held in place by the brakes B1 and B2. The recess 17 is now empty.
When the head reaches the 270 position, the brake B3 is actuated and shortly thereafter the brake B4, so that approximately at the beginning of the 270 position of the head, the part 22 is held.
Thus, during the time in which the magnetic head rotates from 270 to 360, the tape portion 21 is held by the brakes B1 and B2 and the tape portion 22 is held by the brakes B3 and B4. When the magnetic head 11 reaches the 0 position, the cycle starts again from the beginning, as can be seen from the time diagram in FIG.
From the above description it can be seen that the tape is moved from one recess to another approximately in the time in which the head rotates 90 and in the process scans the portion of the tape being held. While. During the following 90 period the head scans the other part of the tape and the tape is moved again from one recess to the next. Thus, during the same period in which one depression is filled, the other depression is emptied.
During period A shown in Fig. 7, the head rotates from 0 to 90, and the recess 17 is filled by the tape portion 21 moving into it, while at the same time the recess 43 is emptied and the tape portion 22 is held.
During the period B shown in Fig. 7, the recess 43 is filled by unloading the tape from the recess 17, while the head moves from 180 to 270 and the tape part 21 by the brakes B1 and B2 is recorded.
Lead each forward transport of the tape, e.g. B. when transporting the, loops in front of the brake B1 in the Vertie fungus 17 and from the recess 17 to the recess 43, the tape is transported by the predetermined distance of about 7.6 mm, namely .the distance between two tracks, forward. This shows that the track spacing is determined by the amount of tape conveyed by the inlet clutch in front of the brake B1.
Since the fire is helically wound around the drum 10a, the tracks are angularly offset with respect to the tape 20. When the magnetic head 11 is approximately at 180: it begins with the lower part of the track, which ends approximately there, where the head is in front of the guide roller 15. The next track begins approximately where the magnetic head 11 again reaches the 180 position.
The desired track spacing of about 7.6 mm is determined by the speed of the inlet clutch, which transports about 7.6 mm of tape length per revolution of the drum 10a. Each oblique image track contains an entire image or two partial images to be connected.
Since the sequence of movements described above is basically the same for recording and playback, the cycles also follow in the same order. The only difference is that an image signal, e.g.
B. from a television camera 72, is placed on the magnetic head 11, whereas during playback, the magnetic head 11, the signal from the tape 20 picks up and a picture information via an FM demodulator on a television monitor 73 is.
If, therefore, an image is to be repeated during image reproduction, the magnetic head 11 remains in exactly the same position with respect to the recorded track as during the first scanning,
so that the tape does not move lengthways to the next track. In contrast to this, with conventional tape recorders the tape is wound helically around the drum and moved continuously,
so that when the fire is caught for the purpose of repetition, the magnetic head 11 does not eat in alignment with the track over the entire length of the tape. In addition, the detector 66 is separated when recording, and the tape speeds at the entrance and exit are the same.
For the attachment of the magnetic Synchroni sierungsmarken 63a there are various options, from .den a z. B. is that the Detek gate 62 functionally connects during the recording from the head 64 and sets a synchronization mark every time the magnetic head 11 passes through the 0 - position.
In this method, the servo controller 65 is not connected to the motor 60b when recording, but only when reproducing. However, the motor 60b drives the cylinder 35 at a constant speed.
Another possibility is to generate the marks 63a during recording by connecting the detector 62a to the head 64 and the camera 72 and by disconnecting the servo control 65 from the motor 60b, which however continues to drive the roller 35 at a constant speed.
During playback, the detector 62a and not detector 62 is connected to the servo control 65.
In such reproduction, the servo controller 65 is also connected to the motor 60b. As already stated above, the servo detector 65 then changes the speed of the inlet clutch (and accordingly the size of the loop in front of the brake B1) so that the two input pulses for the detector 65 coincide.
If the loop in front of the brake B1 is changed, the length of tape transported around the drum 10: a also changes, and thus the position of the pulses 63a in relation to the head 64.
Another possibility is to bring the markings 63, a before or recording on the tape.
While. the recording, the cylinder cap 38 is not used, so that the speeds of the inlet and outlet clutch are the same. In addition, the detector 66 is disconnected. The magnetic head 11 generates fast video tracks and the sound head 67 generates a sound track by signals from a sound source, not shown.
The tape 20 is high enough at the exit and on the order pulley 15, so that the image track ends slightly below the top of the tape 20. This creates a small gap at the upper edge of the tape 20 for the sound track 67.a and the markings 63a lying outside.
When playing, the openings 38a of the cap 38 are aligned with openings 35a and held by a spring tongue and latching surface, not shown, for example in this position. When playing again, the cap 38 is placed on the cylinder 35, whereby only the section 36 of the inlet coupling is covered.
The tape 20 winds past or cap 38 during playback, but otherwise just as ge leads as during recording. Thus, the cap 38 acts as an inlet coupling during playback. The roller 31 is pulled against the cylinder 35 by a spring and can be pivoted outward to receive the cap 38.
By using the cap 38, the speed of the inlet coupling is about 100 / o higher than that of the outlet coupling. As a result, the recess 43 is filled periodically, whereby a change in the output signal from the detector 66 is caused.
If the recess is not filled up to the level of the De detector 66, the tubular arm is in the position shown in phantom in Fig. 8.
However, if the recess 43 is filled to the level of the detector 66 and the light source 66aRTI ID = "0005.0203" WI = "10" HE = "4" LX = "1145" LY = "2261">, the detector 66 enters Output signal to AND circuit 68, which in turn emits an output signal when the next pulse 61a occurs from detector 62. On.
Due to the delay unit 69, this output signal reaches the bistable multivibrator F1 shortly after this pulse 61a has reached the S input of the bistable multivibrator, so that it is switched back,
when the magnetic head 11 has reached approximately that. As a result, the tubular arm 95 is rotated counterclockwise into the stop position.
As a result, an entire image is repeated during a complete revolution of the magnetic head 11, while the recess 43 releases the tape jammed in it again. After this 360 rotation without an output signal from the detector 66, the next pulse 61a (in the 0 position) switches on the bistable flip-flop F1 again, whereby an output signal is sent to the valve control 91,
so .that a current flows through the coil 92 and the tubular arm 95 is rotated back into the switch-on position.
In the illustration in FIGS. 7 and 8, it should be noted that the pressure chamber 34 of the inlet coupling has no negative pressure in the stop position. In addition, the brake B1 is switched on for a period of 360 rotation and thus prevents the tape 20 from being transported beyond the 0 position shown in FIG. 1. It follows that an image track is repeated while the sound continues to be reproduced by the sound head 67.
An entire image is therefore repeated periodically while the recess 43 releases the tape again during playback. Since a single repetition of a pure image cannot be perceived,
the image reproduction does not seem to be disturbed to the human eye. Due to the lower speed of the clutch and the low speed of the tape: at the exit and the control of the recess 43: a constant speed of the tape and thus a high quality sound reproduction is achieved.
When the tape passes between light source 66a and detector 66, the output signal of detector 66 falls. To avoid this effect, a direct current inverter or an equivalent device is therefore placed between detector 66 and AND circuit 68 so that detector 66 can now send a signal to AND circuit 68 when the well is filled.
The reproduction can be stopped by manually placing an object between the light source 66a and the detector 66. This enables the individual image to be viewed optionally while at a standstill.
For good image reproduction: the use of the cap 38 and the detector 66 are not absolutely necessary. If the cap 38 and detector 66 are ever used in playback,
a constant tape speed at the sound head 67 and (thus ensures high quality sound reproduction. The detector 66 can of course also be used without the cap 38 during reproduction.
In this case: the detector 66 can be manually operated in exactly the same way as described above. In contrast to the previously used recording devices, however, the magnetic head 11 is precisely aligned with the image track when the image is repeated. As already said, an image trail contains a
Complete composite image from two partial images to be connected. This image is created during recording by querying a picture tube. in the television camera 72 by means of a pulse from the light source 62a.
This pulse occurs when the magnetic head 11 starts scanning an image track. The television camera 72 provides a composite video output signal with horizontal and vertical synchronization in the picture. The composite output signal from camera 72 has, for example, the image speed of 30 images / sec,
each image containing two sub-images to be superimposed. The motor 60a also rotates the drum 10.a at 30 revolutions / sec, so that each track contains a complete image.
During the recording, the sound head 67 records signals from a sound source (not shown) on a sound track 67a. During playback, the sound head 67 is switched from this sound source to a sound reproduction device.
The upper and lower edges of the tape run as usual over guides to keep the tape in the limit position shown in FIG. These guides can nen z. B., close above and below the rollers 14, 15, 31 and 41 and (of the heads 64 and 67 be attached.
