Schnepper
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Schnepper mit einem an einem festen und einem an einem beweglichen Organ anbringbaren Element.
Schnepper dieser Art sind bekannt und dienen als Schliessvorrichtung bei Schranktüren usw. Die Erfindung will einen Schnepper von hoher Güte schaffen, der möglichst verschleissfest ist und viele Schliess- und Öffnungesbewegungen aushält.
Erfindungsgemäss wird dies dadurch erreicht, dass der wirksame Teil des einen Elementes die Form eines Zylinders hat und dass der wirksame Teil des anderen Elementes ein lyraförmiges aus verschleissfestem Kunststoff hergestellter Körper ist, der eine mindestens annähernd kreiszylindrische Aussenform hat, die von einem metallischen Federblatt umschlossen ist.
Mit einem solchen Schnepper sind bei einem Dauerversuch 250 000 Öffnungs- Schliessbewegungen ohne Schmierung ausgeführt worden, wobei kaum ein Verschleiss der Teile feststellbar war.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt und zwar zeigt:

Die Figuren 1 und 2 zeigen ein aus Kunststoff hergestelltes Gehäuse. Diese Gehäuse ist aus zwei Hälften 1 und 2 zusammengestellt, das nach dem Einsetzen des wirksamen Teiles nach Fig. 5 mit einem geeigneten Leim zusammengeleimt ist. Beide Hälften enthalten einen nach innen ragenden Zapfen 3, 4 an dem der wirksame Teil selbsteinstellend gehalten ist. Das Gehäuse ist mit Schlitzlöchern 5 für Befestigungsschrauben versehen.
Die Figuren 3-5 zeigen die in das Gehäuse einsetzbaren wirksamen Teile. Diese umfassen einen lyraförmigen Körper 6 aus Nylon mit einer annähernd kreiszylindrischen Aussenform, die von einem Federstahlblatt 7 umgeben ist. Im Körper 6 ist ein Durchgangsloch 8 angeordnet, in welches die Zapfen 3, 4 des Gehäuses 1, 2 eingreifen.
Die Figuren 6-8 zeigen das zweite Element das als wirksamen Teil einen zylinderförmigen Körper 9 aufweist. Das ganze Element ist aus verschleissfestem Kunststoff, beispielsweise aus Nylon hergestellt und bildet mit dem Körper 9 ein Ganzes. Das Element umfasst ein Winkelstück 10 mit einer mittleren Rippe 11.
Das Winkelstück 10 ist mit zwei Schlitzlöchern 12 versehen, die der Befestigung dienen.
Die Figuren 9 und 10 zeigen die beiden den Schnepper bildenden Elemente in geöffneter Lage des Schneppers. In Figur 5 sind die wirksamen Teile 6, 7 und 9 der beiden Elemente in geschlossener Lage des Schneppers dargestellt. Unter Umständen kann es von Vorteil sein, den Körper 9 mit einer Hülse aus Stahl zu versehen, um so die Verschleissfestigkeit des Schneppers zu erhöhen.

The present invention relates to a catch with an element which can be attached to a fixed and to a movable element.
Catches of this type are known and serve as a locking device for cabinet doors, etc. The invention aims to create a catch of high quality that is as wear-resistant as possible and can withstand many closing and opening movements.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that the effective part of one element has the shape of a cylinder and that the effective part of the other element is a lyre-shaped body made of wear-resistant plastic, which has an at least approximately circular-cylindrical outer shape, which is enclosed by a metallic spring leaf .
With such a snap, 250,000 opening and closing movements were carried out without lubrication in a long-term test, with hardly any wear on the parts being detectable.

Figures 1 and 2 show a housing made of plastic. This housing is composed of two halves 1 and 2, which is glued together after the insertion of the effective part according to FIG. 5 with a suitable glue. Both halves contain an inwardly protruding pin 3, 4 on which the active part is held in a self-adjusting manner. The housing is provided with slotted holes 5 for fastening screws.
Figures 3-5 show the operative parts that can be inserted into the housing. These comprise a lyre-shaped body 6 made of nylon with an approximately circular cylindrical outer shape, which is surrounded by a spring steel sheet 7. A through hole 8 is arranged in the body 6, into which the pins 3, 4 of the housing 1, 2 engage.
FIGS. 6-8 show the second element which has a cylindrical body 9 as an effective part. The entire element is made of wear-resistant plastic, for example nylon, and forms a whole with the body 9. The element comprises an angle piece 10 with a central rib 11.
The angle piece 10 is provided with two slotted holes 12 which are used for attachment.
Figures 9 and 10 show the two elements forming the snapper in the open position of the snapper. In Figure 5, the effective parts 6, 7 and 9 of the two elements are shown in the closed position of the gate. Under certain circumstances it can be advantageous to provide the body 9 with a steel sleeve in order to increase the wear resistance of the sniper.
