Bouteille avec organe d'obturation
La présente invention a pour objet une bouteille avec organe d'obturation.
La bouteille suivant l'invention est caractérisée en ce que l'organe d'obturation est constitué par un corps cylindrique fermé du côté appliqué sur le sommet du goulot de la bouteille et comportant un taraudage correspondant au filet extérieur du goulot, le corps cylindrique étant évidé intérieurement entre le taraudage et la face de fermeture du corps cylindrique et étant prolongé à sa base par une extension emboutie et pressée sur une saillie annulaire du goulot de la bouteille, prévue en dessous du filet extérieur, et en ce que le goulot de la bouteille présente une tête à rebord annulaire, un filet extérieur disposé en dessous du rebord annulaire et permettant le vissage de l'organe de fermeture et, en dessous du filet, une saillie annulaire.
Une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention sera décrite, à titre d'exemple, en se référant au dessin annexé, auquel:

On n'a représenté que la partie supérieur du goulot 1 de la bouteille. Ce goulot comprend, à son sommet, un rebord annulaire 2, faisant saillie; sur ce rebord, on peut sertir une capsule métallique ou bouchon-couronne, non représenté. De tels rebords annulaires sont généralement prévus sur des bouteilles obturées au moyen des bouchons-couronnes connus.
Sur le goulot 1, on a également prévu un filet extérieur 4, sur lequel on peut visser un organe de fermeture 5. Cet organe de fermeture 5 constitué par un corps cylindrique, formé d'une matière rigide, telle qu'une ma- tière synthétique plastique est fermé par une face supérieure 6 et présente intérieurement un taraudage 7, correspondant au filet extérieur 4 de la bouteille. De plus, l'organe de fermeture 5 est muni d'un appendice 9, en matière souple, qui s'étend dans le goulot 1 et qui est formé d'une paroi cylindrique, dont le diamètre extérieur maximum est égal au diamètre intérieur du goulot 1. L'appendice 9 formé d'une pièce avec la face terminale 6 se présente sous la forme d'une saillie annulaire intérieure.
Le bord libre 10 de l'appendice 9 a un diamètre extérieur légèrement supérieur à celui du reste de la paroi.
L'appendice 9 est prévu pour assurer l'étanchéité de l'organe de fermeture 5 et éviter les fuites de gaz qui s'échappe d'un éventuel liquide gazeux contenu dans la bouteille. Ces gaz s'accumulent dans la cavité 11, délimitée par la paroi intérieure de l'appendice 9. Ces gaz exercent une pression sur cet appendice et l'obligent à s'appuyer contre la paroi intérieure du goulot 1. On assure ainsi une étanchéité parfaite et on évite toute fuite de gaz.
Un évidement 12 est ménagé dans la paroi interne de l'organe de fermeture 5 pour constituer un logement pour un bouchon-couronne éventuel, l'évidement étant prévu entre le taraudage 7 et la face supérieure 6 de l'organe 5.
Le goulot 1 comportera également une saillie annulaire assez massive 13 en dessous du filet extérieur 4, le bord supérieur de cette saillie étant arrondi tandis que son arête inférieure 15 est à angle vif.
Cette saillie 13 permettra l'emploi éventuel sur ce goulot d'un bouchonnage hermétique et inviolable. Si on considère plus particulièrement l'organe de fermeture 5 représenté, celui-ci comporte une extension inférieure 16 emboutie et pressée sur cette saillie 13 du goulot, l'organe de fermeture étant réalisé en matière malléable à chaud. Cette extension 16 peut elle-même n'être réunie au restant de l'organe de fermeture que par une bague déchirable 17.
En outre, dans le corps de cette saillie annulaire 13, sont prévus deux petits logements radiaux 14, diamétra lement opposés, destinés à recevoir les branches métalliques articulées pour les systèmes de fermeture connus sous le nom de bouchon mécanique .
Le goulot de bouteille décrit permet donc l'utilisation de divers types d'organes de fermeture, à savoir:
1) un simple bouchon-couronne;
2) un organe de fermeture à visser (sans la bague déchirable 17 et l'extension 16 représentées), éventuellement pourvu de l'appendice 9;
3) le même organe que suivant 2) mais appliqué par-dessus un bouchon-couronne; cet organe de fermeture étant utilisable pour reboucher Ja bouteille après enlèvement du bouchon-couronne;
4) un organe de fermeture serti sur l'extension inférieure 16 et sur le filet extérieur 4, avec ou sans application préalable d'un bouchon-couronne;
5) le même organe que suivant 4) mais comportant une bague déchirable;
6) un bouchon mécanique;

7) des combinaisons diverses des systèmes précédents.

The single figure shows in section a bottle neck provided with a closure member.
Only the upper part of the neck 1 of the bottle has been shown. This neck comprises, at its top, an annular rim 2, projecting; on this rim, a metal cap or crown cap can be crimped, not shown. Such annular rims are generally provided on bottles sealed by means of known crown stoppers.
On the neck 1, there is also provided an external thread 4, onto which can be screwed a closure member 5. This closure member 5 consists of a cylindrical body, formed of a rigid material, such as a material. synthetic plastic is closed by an upper face 6 and has an internal thread 7, corresponding to the external thread 4 of the bottle. In addition, the closure member 5 is provided with an appendage 9, made of flexible material, which extends into the neck 1 and which is formed of a cylindrical wall, the maximum outside diameter of which is equal to the inside diameter of the neck 1. The appendix 9 formed integrally with the end face 6 is in the form of an internal annular projection.
The free edge 10 of the appendix 9 has an outer diameter slightly greater than that of the rest of the wall.
The appendix 9 is provided to ensure the tightness of the closure member 5 and to prevent gas leaks which escapes from any gaseous liquid contained in the bottle. These gases accumulate in the cavity 11, delimited by the inner wall of the appendix 9. These gases exert pressure on this appendix and force it to rest against the inner wall of the neck 1. This provides a seal. perfect and avoid any gas leaks.
A recess 12 is made in the internal wall of the closure member 5 to constitute a housing for a possible crown stopper, the recess being provided between the thread 7 and the upper face 6 of the member 5.
The neck 1 will also include a fairly massive annular projection 13 below the external thread 4, the upper edge of this projection being rounded while its lower edge 15 is at a sharp angle.
This projection 13 will allow the possible use on this neck of a hermetic and inviolable corking. If we consider more particularly the closure member 5 shown, the latter comprises a lower extension 16 stamped and pressed on this projection 13 of the neck, the closure member being made of a hot-malleable material. This extension 16 can itself be joined to the remainder of the closure member only by a tear ring 17.
In addition, in the body of this annular projection 13, there are provided two small radial housings 14, diametrically opposed, intended to receive the articulated metal branches for the closure systems known under the name of mechanical stopper.
The bottle neck described therefore allows the use of various types of closure members, namely:
1) a simple crown cap;
2) a screw-on closure member (without the tear-off ring 17 and the extension 16 shown), possibly provided with the appendix 9;
3) the same organ as following 2) but applied over a crown cap; this closure member being usable for recapping the bottle after removal of the crown cap;
4) a closure member crimped on the lower extension 16 and on the external thread 4, with or without prior application of a crown cap;
5) the same member as in 4) but comprising a tearable ring;
6) a mechanical plug;
