Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt entlang der Linie B-B der Fig. 1.
Cooling unit for counter cooling The invention relates to a cooling unit for counter cooling.
In a known manner, counters are cooled directly by cooling pipes. In the process, condensation forms on the cooling pipes, so the counter floor has to be lined with sheet metal. The cooling pipes are not easily accessible during repairs. They also take up useful counter space. The implementation becomes relatively expensive.
The cooling unit according to the invention seeks to remedy these disadvantages. It is characterized in that it has a chassis with a cooling unit, which is provided on the transverse side of the counter, that an air circulation housing with heat exchanger and with at least one counter air fan is built into the chassis, the air being sucked in from the counter at the bottom of the air circulation housing and is blown back into the counter cooled above,
that a cooling compressor is arranged at the air circulation housing, the compressed refrigerant passing through a drip water heater into a condenser cooled by an outside air fan and flowing back from this through a cooling nozzle and the cooling pipes of the heat exchanger to the compressor, and that a thermostat is provided which causes the entire cooling unit to be switched on and off.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. 1 shows a view of the cooling unit seen from the counter.
FIG. 2 is a cross section along line B-B of FIG. 1.
FIG. 3 shows a plan view partly in section along the line A-A of FIG. 1.
A chassis 2 with a cooling unit is provided on the transverse side of the counter 1. An air circulation housing 3 with a heat exchanger 4 and two counter air fans 5 is installed in this, so that the warm counter air is sucked in at the bottom of the air circulation housing 3 and blown back into the counter 1 at the top.
When the air circulation housing 3, a Kältekompres sor 6 is arranged. This presses the compressed Käl temittel through the drip water heater 7 and then through the condenser 8, which is cooled by the outside air moved by the ventila gate 9. From the condenser 8, the refrigerant flows through a cooling nozzle into the cooling tubes of the heat exchanger 4, where it absorbs the heat from the counter air and then flows back to the compressor 6.
The condensate of the counter air is collected under the heat exchanger 4 and passed in the feed line 10 to the drip water heater 7, where it evaporates.
At the bottom of the counter air inlet of the air circulation housing 3, a thermostat 11 is provided for regulating the temperature of the counter air, which causes the entire cooling unit to be switched on and off.
The constructive combination of the counter cooling to a separate cooling unit offers the advantages that the counter space is not blocked by cooling elements, that no condensation forms in the counter space, that the cooler surface can be chosen sufficiently large and that the chassis 2 with the Cooling unit can be easily removed and is too durable.
