Building board, in particular a door leaf The invention relates to a building board, in particular a door leaf.
Building panels should be light, cheap to manufacture, easy to work with and secure against twisting and warping. Furthermore, heat-insulating and sound-absorbing effects are required.
In order to meet all these requirements, it is proposed according to the invention that the edges of the plate are essentially formed from hollow profiles, the side surfaces are connected to the profiles and spacers are provided between the side surfaces, which preferably also have heat and sound insulating functions. According to one embodiment of the invention, one of the side edges can be made of wood and held between the flanks of the profiles and thus the length or the width of the plate can be easily shortened.
Further details are explained below using the drawing, for example. 1 shows a construction panel according to the invention from the front. Fig. 2 shows the same plate from the side. FIG. 3 shows a section through the edge of the plate along the line III-III of FIG. 1 on an enlarged scale. In Figure 4, serving as a spacer insert is shown. Fig. 5 shows another form of insert.
As can be seen from the drawing, the panel according to the invention comprises edges 1 which are formed from hollow profiles 2. With the hollow profiles 2 are the side surfaces. 3 firmly connected to the plate. The Seitenflä chen 3, which can be made of plastic, are with the flanks 6 of the profiles 2 z. B. connected by gluing. In order to give the plates the necessary resistance to lateral impressions, 3 spacers 4 are seen between the side surfaces. With building panels, especially with door leaves, there is very often the need to shorten their size to fit the plate in the place intended for them.
In order to be able to do this easily even when the hollow profiles are made from a material that is difficult to process, it is provided that one of the side edges 5 is made of wood and held between flanks 6 of the profiles 2.
As mentioned at the beginning, such panels should be able to be produced quickly and cheaply. In order to achieve this, it is further provided that the profiles 2 are only butted against one another at their joints 8 and are not connected. A cohesion is only given by the already mentioned connection of the flanks 6 of the profiles 2 with the side surfaces 3. To facilitate the juxtaposition of the profiles 2 and to increase the strength of the plate He can in the area of the joints 8 of the profiles inserts 9, z. B. made of wood, provided and glued.
The profiles 2 and the side surfaces 3 are glued together under pressure. In order to give the hollow profiles the necessary resistance for this and also for other loads, a web 14 is provided in the area of the particularly stressed parts 10 of the profile.
With different building boards, e.g. B. scroll through the door, it is necessary to attach fittings (door hinges, locks, bolts, fasteners, connec tion parts, etc.). In order to be able to accomplish this in a simple and, if possible, in the conventional manner, inserts 7, preferably made of wood, are provided at the points provided for this purpose.
The outwardly exposed parts 10 of the profile 2 are exposed to greater stresses than the flanks 6 and the web 14 connected to the side surfaces 3. The flanks 6 and also the web 14 of the profiles 2 are therefore weaker than the exposed parts 10. Their thickness is preferably a quarter less than the thickness of the exposed profile parts 10.
The spacers between the side surfaces 3 should be light in weight, easy to attach and strong enough to be able to prevent the side surfaces 3 from being pressed in to the required extent. It is therefore useful to provide honeycomb-shaped inserts. These deposits can be made of cardboard arguing 11, which are connected to each other at 12 alternately.
By appropriately pulling apart the strips 11 connected in this way, he holds a honeycomb grid that meets the requirements for strength, low weight and Bil ligkeit. The numerous cells 13 also have a sound and heat insulating effect via this. The strength and the insulating effect are greater, the smaller the cells of the spacer are. It can therefore find use as a spacer 4 and corrugated cardboard Ver. Corrugated cardboard bodies that have about 20 cavities on a 4 cm = cross-sectional area have proven particularly suitable. Of course, corrugated cardboard bodies with finer waves can also be used.
If the building board is to be used as a door leaf, the profiles 2 of the edges 1 have a door fold. The hollow profiles 2 can be made of plastic, for. B. plastic, be made. It can also find metal profiles or metal profiles that are coated with a plastic.
The invention is not limited to the illustrated and described embodiments. It can, for example, the plate to form partitions or in furniture for Kastenhäup ter and box floors u. Like. Use. Fer ner it is also possible to use a material other than cardboard for the spacers.
