Hydraulic low-speed motor The present invention relates to a hydraulic low-speed motor of the radial piston type with an inner ring mounted in an outer ring by means of a ball ring.
Such a motor can be used for various purposes, for example as a rotary bearing, a turntable or as a hydraulic rotating device for a load-bearing lifting element of loading cranes. But it can also be used solely as a hydraulic Mo tor, for example on winches, drive wheels, etc., application. The object of the invention is to create a compact construction in which a hydraulic drive device with a large torque can be accommodated, the various hydraulic components being sealed in such a way that no significant leakage occurs.
The characteristic of the invention is that one of the two rings is equipped with a cam track and that the second ring is provided with pistons and these control the slides, which pistons and slides work together with the cam track by means of fluid pressure and / or by means of spring action, The angle between the piston on the one hand and the slide belonging to it on the other hand is selected such that the control edges of the slide in the closed position overlap the feed line to the associated piston,
so that the connection with the pressure connections of the hydraulic motor is completely interrupted and that the associated piston (s) passes an extreme point of the cam path during the overlap time of the slide.
In the following the invention is described with reference to the attached drawings, for example. 1 shows a hydraulic motor in its simplest form with three pistons and three slides; FIG. 2 shows a section along the line 11-II in FIG. 1; 3 shows a section along the line III-111 in FIG. 1; 4 shows an enlarged view of part of the cam track; 5 shows an embodiment of a hydraulic motor in which each slide controls three pistons which rotate 360 ':
3 = 120 'are arranged shifted in such a way that they balance each other; 6 shows a section along the line VI-VI in FIG. 5; 7 shows a section along the line ', # -' II-VII in FIG. 5; Fig. 8 a hydraulic motor for several Ge speeds, in which two slides are arranged, wherein the one slide controls one piston and the second slide controls two pistons, and Figure 9 shows a section along the line IX-IX in Fig. B.
In Fig. 1, a hydraulic motor is shown in its simplest and best understandable embodiment with three pistons 10, 11 and 12 and three slides 13, 14 and 15. Each slide actuates a piston and works so that its roller 16 crosses the imaginary arc 0, i.e. H. represents that line which unites the inwardly directed peaks of the cam track 17 with one another. In this position, the slide blocks access to the piston, while the roller 20 of the piston passes a cam top 18 or a cam bottom 19 on the cam track 17.
Both the summit 18 and the bottom 19 of the cam track 17 are flattened in such a way that, for example, when the slide closes when passing the 0 position, the radial movements of the piston cease. Any oil seeping out into the 0 position of the slide is prevented by the fact that it blocks the supply line to the piston with a positive overlap.
The cam curve section c (Fig. 4) is formed between the flattened sections a and b after the radius Ro (Fig. 4), which indicates the 0 position, so that the two rollers 16 and 20 on the slides or the piston execute an approximately sinusoidal movement on the distance t (= one cam division) between the cam top and the cam bottom. In contrast, this curve is flattened at the extreme.
The slide is reversed where the curve is steepest, i.e. H. has its greatest angle of inclination. With n pistons, each of the pistons assumes a position relative to the cam track with respect to the adjacent pistons, which position is shifted with respect to the pitch t of the cam track
EMI0002.0016
is. In Fig. 1, the piston 10 stands on a cam peak with the pitch t between the cam peaks. The piston 12 is around
EMI0002.0020
opposite its cam apex and the piston 11 is around
EMI0002.0022
displaced from its cam apex.
From Fig. I it can be seen that the division between the slide and the associated piston
EMI0002.0025
is, d. H. a shift of
EMI0002.0026
compared to the position of the piston in question on the cam track. According to FIG. 1, the slide 13 happens to be in such a position that the center of the roller 16 of the same passes the 0 line of its sinusoidal path. The slide 13 is closed during this time in which the piston 10 passes the flat area b with the radius R 4.
The piston 12 is one third of the cam pitch t, i.e. H.
EMI0002.0032
moved relative to the piston 10 and the slide 15 connects the piston 12 to the pressure port A. The piston 11 is around
EMI0002.0033
oeg - shifted over the piston 10, and its slide 14 connects the piston 13 with the pressure port B. If the oil pressure is now fed to port A and the drain is coupled to port B, the outer ring 21 of the hydraulic system rotates. motor in clockwise direction compared to the usually firmly clamped inner ring 22. The outer ring 21 is ge conditions the inner ring 22 by means of a ball ring 37 ge superimposed.
As they pass through each cam crest and each cam bottom, the slides reverse access to their pistons. The piston follows an approximately sinusoidal path, and both the piston roller 20 and the slide roller 16 have the same diameter.
The oil consumption of the hydraulic motor during its rotation will essentially correspond to the consumption of a rectified 3-phase AC motor, but here the combination with a slide that works against the cam track of the piston and is shifted by a quarter of the comb pitch t as well the installation of the pistons with the slides in one ring of the hydraulic motor, expediently in its inner ring 22, is used.
In Fig. 5 it is shown how each of the slides can control multiple pistons in the example shown, each slide, three pistons. The slide 23 controls the pistons C1, C2 and C3 via a pressure channel C. The slide 24 controls the pistons D1, D2 and D3 via a channel D. The inner ring consists of two parts, namely a part 25 with distribution channels and egg nem part 26, which receives the slide and piston and the pressure channels A, b, C and E. Between the channels A and B of the pressure connections, as can be seen for example in FIG. 7, double-acting pressure relief valves V are installed in order to prevent any over-loading of the hydraulic motor.
The connection channels A and B can of course be reversed with regard to the connection to the oil pressure line or the oil drain. With such a reversal, the direction of rotation of the hydraulic motor is also changed.
The device shown in Fig. 5 has several pistons controlled in parallel and the intention is to cause a greater torque. By using a divided inner ring 25, 26, the manufacture and also the attachment of pressure relief valves according to FIG. 7 is made easier.
8 shows an embodiment of the same hydraulic motor as in FIG. 5, but for several speeds. Hicr, two slides work with the same cam position, for example those labeled 27 and 28, the slider 27 being the piston B> C and the slide 28 controls the piston C1 and C2. The slide 29 controls the piston D 'and the slide 30 controls the pistons Dl and D2. The slide 31 controls the piston E 'and the slide 32 controls the pistons EI and E2.
At the lowest speed and the greatest torque, all pistons work under the action of their springs 33 against the cam track 17. When servo pressure is now introduced at port N1, the spring 33 is pushed through the inner piston part 34 of the slide, which remains in the pushed-in position , compressed. The outer part 35 of the slide always follows the cam track so as not to skew. However, it is also irrelevant whether the slide is designed with a shoulder so that the outer part 35 is pushed into it.
If, for example, all slides 27, 29 and 31, each controlling only one piston, are pressed into channel M by means of servo pressure, their pistons C, D 'and E' are with channel B during the entire time be connected. Because it's three with
EMI0002.0079
is displaced pistons, their torques will cancel each other out. The hydraulic motor now only works with two pistons in each valve position to rotate its outer ring 21. If the amount of oil supplied from port A still remains the same, the speed of rotation increases by 3, z = 1.5 times.
In the same way, the speed is increased by three times as compared to the single speed when the supply of servo oil occurs through the connection M of the slides 28, 30 and 32. With this simple device, three different speeds can be obtained, namely: 1. single speed 2. 1.5 times single speed 3. 3 times single speed.
Such a described hydraulic motor can of course be varied so that other partial speeds, for example single and double speeds, can be set. The pistons can also be arranged in the outer ring and work against an inner ring provided with cams. Despite the transition from the simple version to one for several speeds, the hydraulic motor remains simple and reliable. By controlling the pistons by means of an ordinary slide, which can be made very easily and practically oil-tight if they overlap in the closed position, and by equipping the pistons with seals 36 (FIGS. 2 and 6), a completely tight hydraulic motor is obtained.
This can work without the costly braking devices that are common in other types of hydraulic motors that work with rotating, often leaky slides. In order to reduce the diameter of the hydraulic motor, the pistons can expediently be provided with a larger diameter in the vicinity of the rollers 20 and a smaller diameter in the vicinity of the center of the motor without losing stroke length. The pistons can optionally be equipped with or without a return spring.
