(Fig. 2).
Conveyor crane, in particular for loading bulk goods on ships. The invention relates to a conveyor crane, in particular for loading bulk goods on ships, with a downward-facing crane. Upward or downward conveyor, which can be moved in different positions, is rod-shaped and is held by at least one movable crane arm. a foot piece for receiving or discharging the conveyed goods is provided at the lower end of the upward or downward conveyor and a transition device for the conveyed goods is located between the upper end of the conveyor and a cross conveyor.
Conveyor cranes of this type are preferred in port facilities, where they are used for loading and unloading ships lying on the quay. The Förderg that is to be conveyed into or out of the ships can, for. B. consist of grain, coal or banana and other goods. For the cine type of goods, the upward or. Down conveyor Two-dimensional as a chain elevator and for another type of goods, this conveyor can also be designed as a suction device.
With such a conveyor crane, it is important to move the upward or downward conveyor to different positions depending on the type of hatch opening of the ship and the variable depth of immersion of the ship to be loaded or unloaded, possibly also according to a variable water level.
With this movement of the upward or downward conveyor is the purpose of its receiving or arranged at the lower end. Brinyn the delivery foot always in the correct position in relation to the hold, so that after all the laundering that occurs; In relation to the fixed quay wall, every corner of the hold can be reached with the conveyor foot.
It has already been proposed for this purpose. the the
Upward or downward conveyor holding crane arm a @ s part eifies articulated quadrilateral, one side of the articulated quadrangle adjoining this crane arm being formed by an additional crane boom.
Due to the ability of this crane jib to rotate around a vertical axis of rotation as well as the ability to swivel this crane jib about a horizontal axis, it was already possible, as a result of the change in the four-bar linkage in the proposed conveyor crane, to move the up or down conveyor from a vertical position by one swivel away from the crane at a large angle so that the lake-side. that is, the cargo hold floor facing away from the crane was easily accessible in a ship.
Known upward conveyors, however, were no longer able to eject the conveyed goods onto the transfer device from about a pivot angle from their vertical position to the crane frame. This was due to the fact that the discharge opening of the conveyor is then approximately in the fan direction. A perfect discharge of the upward conveyor is therefore only guaranteed up to this inclination of the discharge surface to the vertical.
Since the known upward conveyors can no longer be used for a stronger inward pivoting from their vertical position. Up until now it was only possible to get into the corners of the cargo hold, on the other hand, to unload the quay side of the cargo hold floor, a separate feed device to the conveyor foot had to be provided. This could z. B. be designed as a chain conveyor that reached from the conveyor foot of the upward conveyor in the respective corners of the cargo space. This separate feed device must first be brought into the loading space, it also represents an independent conveyor device and can also only be adapted to the often very large conveying capacity of the upward conveyor with difficulty.
Just as the weakest chain link in a chain determines the function of the chain, the separate feed device to the conveyor foot is the weak link of the entire conveyor system, because the cross conveyor connected to the transfer device mentioned can also be used as a permanently installed unit on the conveyor crane be trained efficiently.
The aim is to create a conveyor crane with which the aforementioned disadvantage can be avoided and, for example, the aforementioned conveyor crane type with an articulated square can be further improved.
The conveyor crane according to the invention is characterized in that the upward or downward conveyor is mounted rotatably or pivotably with respect to the crane arm about an axis extending in its longitudinal direction.
This axis can lie in the longitudinal center axis of the rod-shaped upward or downward conveyor, but it can also be parallel or inclined to it. This measure has made it possible to always position the ejection or throw-in opening of the upward or downward conveyor in such a way that proper ejection or throw-in can be achieved. Advantageously, such a conveyor crane can be designed so that in a position of the upward or downward conveyor to the crane arm carrying it, from a vertical position of the upward or downward conveyor from z.
B. the one half of the hold and that for emptying the other half of the hold the upward conveyor to e.g. 180 rotated around the longitudinal axis and can be moved from its vertical position to the other side of the hold. When unloading a ship, one turning position of the upward conveyor can be used to unload the quai. side cargo hold posts and to unload the sea-side cargo hold posts, the upward conveyor can then be rotated 180 around its longitudinal axis and swiveled on the sea side.
This arrangement of the upward or downward conveyor can in principle be provided on the crane arm of any type of conveyor crane; In a preferred way, however, with the above-mentioned conveyor crane with a four-bar linkage, as this is already very accessible. z. B. in the hold of a ship guaranteeing hoisting crane, is even further avoided by this measure.
In the drawing, as an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, a conveyor crane with a crane arm designed as a rectangle is shown. Show it :

FIG. 4 is a plan view of the part according to FIG. 2,
5 shows the same view as in FIG. 2, with the upward or downward conveyor in a rotated position of 180, and
FIG. 6 shows a plan view of the part according to FIG. 5.
The following is a brief description of the structure of a conveyor crane with a square articulated crane arm. The conveyor crane has a portal frame 1, a support bearing 2 fixed for this purpose and a rectangular square with the girders 3 to 6. The tramer 3 is designed as an extension space and can, for. B. can be pivoted about a vertical axis in the horizontafer direction and about a horizontal axis of the support bearing 2 in the direction of a double arrow 8 in the vertical direction. The latter is brought about by means of a cable winch 9. The drive of the carrier 3 for rotating about the vertical axis is not shown. To change the four-bar linkage 3 to 6 z.
B. a hydraulic servomotor 10 articulated with its telescopic piston rod at the hinge point 11 13 are pivoted, as shown in phantom in FIG. The articulation points 2 and 13 have thus remained unchanged.
It should only be pointed out shortly afterwards that in another embodiment the one hinge point of the quadrangle no longer has to coincide with the support bearing 2, but can lie outside this support bearing and, in a possible embodiment variant, can be moved variably to the support bearing 2, so So that de @ cantilever arm 3 with scinem rear part 14 as a whole compared to the portal 1 with support bearing 2 is movable forwards or backwards. On the lower support 5 of the quadrangle joint, a cross conveyor ls is arranged, which participates in the movements of the support 5 and according to de; The position of the quadrangular joint shown in phantom has reached the position after 15 '.
The carrier 6 of the four-bar linkage represents a movable part of the crane arm. In the position of the four-bar linkage shown in phantom, it has reached position 6. This carrier 6 has been extended downwards by an arm 16. Carrier 6 and. Arm 16 have noel support brackets 17 and 18. Support 6 and arm 16 together with their consoles) 17 and) 8 ste) ien a single rigid support. The unchanged position of the. Aus) Egerarmes3minetsdes.Steitmotor'.h from the position shown with full lines to the one shown in dash-dotted lines Position 6 ', 16', 17 'and 18' can be hinged.
An upward or downward conveyor 19 and also a transfer device 20, which is fixed to the carrier 6 by means of a rod 21, are held by the T'rayer 6 and 16 to 18. The components 6. Ifi. 17, 18, 20 and 21 therefore represent a rigid structural unit.
The upward or downward conveyor 19 is to be called vertical conveyor in the following, although it can of course not only convey vcrtika) but also diagonally upwards. \ ic from the position shown with solid lines and the position shown in dash-dotted lines
19 'is shown in FIG. The vertical conveyor 19 is intended to be a chain elevator in the example and has a conveyor foot 23 lying eccentrically outside the rest of the course 22.
The rod-shaped course 22 of the vertical conveyor can e.g. enclose a rectangular cross-sectional area within which the back and forth of the conveyor belts lie. In the conveyor foot 23 there are additional deflection elements, not shown, for the conveyor elements and natural! I also have a so-called inlet channel for the conveyed goods to be picked up. At the upper end of the vertical conveyor 19 is a thickened structural unit 24. The latter has the drive elements 25 to 27 for the vertical conveyor 19, which is designed as a chain elevator. (Fig. 2).
The structural unit 24 is also given away with two forked connection pieces 28 and 29 for two likewise forked connection pieces 30 and 31 of the transfer device 20 (FIGS. 3 and 4).
The vertical conveyor 19 is rotatably mounted by means of two slewing rings 32 and 33 3 suspended on the consoles 17 and 18. The axis of rotation of this turntable and thus also the axis of rotation 34 of the vertical conveyor 19 lies in its side views according to FIGS. 1. 2 and s outside the rod-shaped course 22. The vertical conveyor 19 is supported by means of bearing socks 35 and 36 on the turntables 32 and 33 (FIG.).
In the other view, according to Fiii. 3, the axis of rotation 34 is symmetrical to the vertical feeder 19.
The connecting pieces 28, 29 of the vertical conveyor 19 and the connecting pieces 30, 31 of the transfer device 20 lie on a circular path around the axis of rotation 34 (FIGS. 3, 4 and 6). In the example, the axis of rotation 34 and two axes passing through the center of the opening area of the connecting pieces 28 and 29 lie in one plane. The same also applies to the opening area of the connecting pieces 30, 31 of the transfer device 20 with respect to the axis of rotation 34.
In FIGS. 2 and 4, the vertical conveyor 19 has been pivoted into the position closest to the tramer 6, and in FIGS. This turning or swiveling of the Vertika! conveyor 19 around the axis 34 can be done by a ring gear that is driven by an electric motor. This ring gear, not shown, can, for. B. lie near the bearing 32 and surrounds the vertical conveyor 19 eccentrically.
If a ship 37 is to be unloaded by the conveyor crane, then the vertical conveyor 19, designed as a chain elevator, is driven by the drive elements 25 to 27 in FIG. 2, and that which enters through the conveyor foot 23
Conveyed goods are transported in arrow direction according to FIG. 1 along the rod-shaped course 22 to the thickened upper part 24 and here through an opening 38 in FIGS. 2 and 3 from the chain elevator to the two forked ones
Connection pieces 28 and 9 ejected. From here the conveyed material arrives by means of the transfer device 20 to the transverse conveyor 15, the drive of which is not shown.
On the transverse conveyor 15, the material to be conveyed is transported further in the direction of the arrow according to FIG. 1 in the direction of the quay and can then be loaded somehow in the direction of an arrow 39 here.
The position of the vertical flow valve shown in phantom in FIG. 1 does not deviate from the vertical 41 by an angle 40. This angle can e.g. B. be a maximum of about 35 @. In most cases, this angle is sufficient to get through the hatch of a ship easily into the corners of the hold which are on the sea side of the ship 37, that is to say on the side of the ship facing away from the quay 42. Such an angle of 35 @ from the vertical 4! to the outside can already be reached by known vertical conveyors.
In this position of the vertical conveyor, the ejection opening 38 'is also inclined to the vertical 41 in such a way that a good ejection of the conveyed goods from the vertical conveyor to the transfer device is guaranteed. This also applies equally to known vertical conveyors. These ejection conditions at the opening 38 become worse and worse the smaller the angle 40 in FIG. 1 becomes. that means the more the vertical conveyor moves from position 19 ′ to vertical 41.
If the vertical conveyor is brought into the vertical position in the position shown in phantom in FIG. 1 or even brought about 5 more than this vertical 41 to the quay 42. so the ejection opening 38 is also approximately vertically), and the vertical conveyor can no longer eject the conveyed goods onto the transfer device. Thus, in the known conveyor cranes, the swiveling range of the vertical conveyor is bounded, that is to say it ends from the vertical 41 after about 5 the quay 42.
In contrast, in the conveyor crane shown, the vertical conveyor 19 can now be rotated by an angle of 180 about the axis 34, so that the vertical conveyor 19 is then ejected from the carrier 6 wee in the direction of an arrow 42 according to FIG. The more the vertical conveyor 19 is swiveled beyond the vertical 41 in Fig. 1 to the quay 42, the more the ejection opening 38 is inclined again to the vertical 41, so that again up to the angle 43 in Fig. I a perfect ejection of the vertical conveyor to the transfer device 20 is guaranteed. In this position of the vertical conveyor 19 shown in solid lines in FIG. I, the ship's hold can now also be easily reached on the quai side.
The eccentric design of the conveyor foot 23 from the vertical conveyor 19 enables even better access to the corners of the loading space floor.
In the exemplary embodiment, the rotary or pivot axis 34 of the vertical conveyor i 9 lies on its outside of the rod-shaped course 22. The eccentric mounting of the vertical conveyor is therefore half the width of the rod-shaped part 22 of FIG. 1, 2 and 5 visible in FIGS Sponsor. A different eccentricity can of course also be selected so that the axis of rotation 34 lies further or completely outside of the vertical conveyor.
However, in order to keep the load capacity of the conveyor crane as small as possible, and to be able to keep the brackets 17 and 18 in FIG. 1 as short as possible, and in general because of a compact design, it is advisable to place the axis of rotation 34 as close as possible to the carrier 6 . Thus, the axis of rotation 34 could also be placed in the longitudinal center axis of the vertical conveyor 19, which is designed in the form of a rod.
However, it would also be conceivable to choose the axis of rotation 34 slightly inclined to the longitudinal direction of the essentially rod-shaped vertical conveyor 19, namely as follows. that the longitudinal path 22 and the axis of rotation 34 enclose a very acute angle in the upper area of the vertical conveyor 19, so that there is a more eccentric bearing in the slewing ring 33 below than in the slewing ring 32 above.
The axis of rotation 34 can thus lie in the longitudinal center axis of the vertical conveyor 19, also parallel to it or slightly inclined to it. In the latter case, the point of intersection of the longitudinal center axis and the axis of rotation 34 should lie approximately at the mutual connecting pieces 28 to 31. The different positions in relation to one another that inevitably arise at this connection piece, depending on whether the vertical conveyor is pivoted into the position according to FIG. 2 or according to FIG. 5, could then be bridged with elastic connection hoses.
