All-round tiltable pot bearing for buildings or building parts The present invention relates to an all-sided tiltable pot bearing for buildings or Bauwerkstei le, to accommodate large vertical loads, with a pressure cushion that is deformable under load and is arranged in a pot between the bottom of the pot and the movable lid.
From the known pot bearings of this type, the pot bearing according to the invention differs in that a flowable mass serves as the pressure pad and that the cover is designed as a piston guided on the inside of the pot shell, the side facing the pressure pad with an elastically deformable sealing collar is provided.
In contrast to the well-known pot bearings in which neoprene or rubber sheets are used as pressure pads, the pot according to the invention works z. B. practically without internal friction, because when the pot lid is rotated against the bottom of the pot a real flow of the filling takes place, which ensures a constant pressure throughout the camp and thus also a constant concrete pressure above and below the camp.
In the drawing, an example of execution form of the subject invention is provided in vertical section is.
In the example shown, 1 denotes the pot shell, 2 denotes the pot base screwed to it, 3 the pot lid and 4 the pressure pad arranged between the pot lid and base.
A flowable mass, for example a gelatinous, pasty plastic mass, which e.g. consists mainly of polyvinyl chloride and known on the market as so-called Mipoplast compound PVC 53191/099 and has been specially developed for hydraulic pressure transmissions by the German company Nobel Chemie.
The pot lid 3 is designed as a piston guided on the inside of the pot shell 1, the outer surface of which is spherical, with the center of the sphere Z lying on the piston center axis A between the two piston faces 3a and 3b. In the range of movement of the piston 3, the inside of the pot shell 1 is coated with a sliding coating 5. This sliding coating consists, for example, of a (<Teflon composition, a material that is known under the name DU film and is commercially available.
On the side facing the pressure pad 4, the piston 3 is provided with a sealing collar 6. This consists for example of aluminum or a light metal alloy. As can be seen from the drawing, the profile of the Dichtungsman cuff 6 tapers towards the bottom of the pot 2.
In addition, the sealing cuff is slightly oversized with respect to the inner diameter of the pot wall 1, so that the cuff rests against the pot inner wall with a certain pretension to ensure good sealing. 7 designates a closable opening provided in the bottom of the pot for introducing the liquid forming the pressure pad, and 8 is a closable opening provided in the pot wall for venting the inside of the pot when filling the pressure fluid. For filling, the pasty mass is heated to reduce the viscosity.
The filling of the mass into the pot bearing is expediently done under low pressure, with the bearing standing upright with the piston center axis A running horizontally and the vent opening 15 on top. In this way, a complete and void-free filling of the bearing is guaranteed.
The cover 3, which is designed as a piston, engages in an anchor plate 10 with a turn 9. Another anchor plate 11 serves as a support for the pot base 2. Both anchor plates are provided with anchor irons or oarlocks 12 and 13, respectively. Between the pot wall 1 and the upper anchor plate 10, a sealing ring 14, for example made of foam rubber, is inserted. This sealing ring prevents dirt from entering the piston and the sliding surface of the cup wall. The sliding lining 5 arranged in the range of motion of the piston 3 considerably reduces the friction in the case of horizontal forces acting on the piston and prevents damage and chip formation at the points of contact between the piston and the cup wall.
