Operating linkage The invention relates to an operating linkage made of flat spring steel or plastic strip, which has two linkage parts that can be displaced in the longitudinal direction.
The invention is characterized in that one rod part is provided with an elongated hole and the other rod part is provided with a bore and both parts are held together by a screw and a nut secured against rotation.
Preferably, the two rod parts can be adjusted by means of window-like openings, the openings being offset from one another.
The one rod part forms with its Längrän countries a guide of the other rod part.
To secure the nut against rotation, one rod part can be provided with tabs angled outwards at an angle.
It is also possible to use a special slide that is held together with the rod parts by a screw connection.
The slider can have angled outward lap to secure the nut against rotation aufwei sen.
In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown. 1 shows a side view of an operating linkage, FIG. 2 shows a plan view of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a longitudinal section of an operating linkage of another embodiment, FIG. 4 shows a plan view of FIG. 3.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the operating rod made of spring steel strip or plastic band consists of rod parts 1 and 2. Rod part 1 has longitudinal edges 7 and is surrounded by longitudinal edges 8 of rod part 2 in such a way that the rod parts move in a longitudinal direction push each other lead.
The two partially superimposed rod parts 1 and 2 are connected to one another by a screw 3, the latter penetrating the rod part 1 in an elongated hole 5 and after passing through a bore of the rod part 2 with a nut 4 is seen ver. So that the nut 4 cannot rotate, two tabs 6 are angled on the outside of the rod part, the edges of which touch the nut. After loosening the screw 3, the rod parts 1, 2 can be moved against each other and fixed in the desired length.
For easy adjustment of the rod parts 1, 2, these are provided with openings 9 and 10, between which webs 11 and 12 remain. The openings 9 and the webs 11 in the linkage part 1 can be longer or wider than the openings 10 and the webs 12 in the linkage part 2. As a result, the openings 9, 10 never completely overlap and make it possible with an in the screwdriver inserted through the openings exert a leverage effect on the webs 11, 12. Fine adjustment can be effected in this way.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the rod part 1 is designed as in the previous embodiment, while the rod part 2 only has a bore for the screw 3 to pass through. Both parts 1, 2 are encompassed by a slide 15 with longitudinal edges 16. The slide 15 is provided with openings 10 and webs 12. In addition, tabs 6 are angled at an angle on the slide 15, which prevent the nut 4 from rotating.
The rod parts are adjusted using a screwdriver as already described. Between tween the head of the screw 3 and the elongated hole 5, a washer 13 is inserted. To increase the strength, the linkage parts can be provided with a reinforcing rib 14 Ver.
The control linkage of the type described are testifying for example for the carburetor setting of motor vehicles used.
