Description

  

  Druckkasten    Die Erfindung betrifft einen Druckkasten mit Sym  bole tragenden durchsichtigen Typenträgem und       vesteht    darin, dass die jeweilige undurchsichtige Gum  mitype auf einer dünnen Trägerscheibe aufgebracht ist  und ein Ende der Trägerscheibe durch     Ausstanzungen     griffig ausgebildet ist<B>.</B>  



  Nachfolgend ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfin  dungsgegenstandes anhand der Zeichnung näher erläu  tert. Es zeigt:       Fig.   <B>1</B> einen Ausschnitt einer schaubildlichen An  sicht eines     Plakatschrift-Druckkastens    mit den letzten  drei Buchstaben X, Y, Z, des Alphabetes,       Fig.    2 eine Draufsicht auf einen Typenträger und       Fig.   <B>3</B> einen Schnitt des Typenträgers nach     Fig.    2  durch die Type.  



  Jeder Typenträger<B>5</B> ist als im wesentlichen     rechtek-          kige    Scheibe ausgebildet und besteht aus einem durch  sichtigen Material. Die Stärke der Scheiben ist derart  bemessen, dass die Scheiben die gerade noch für die  Handhabung erforderliche     Steifigkeit    besitzen. Jede       Trägerschiebe   <B>5</B> trägt im Bereich ihres einen Endes  eine undurchsichtige Gummitype<B>7.</B> In Höhe der       TyPenbasis    ist auf jeder Trägerscheibe eine längs der  Typenbasis verlaufende     Markierungs-    oder Anlegelinie  4 eingeprägt, die die schnelle und genaue optische  C     el     Ausrichtung auf Lot und Höhenstand ermöglicht.

   Um  die dünne Linie 4 leichter zu erkennen ist dieselbe mit  einem Punkt 4a markiert.  



  Jede     Trägerschiebe   <B>5</B> ist im Bereich ihres von der  Type entfernteren Endes mit     Randausstanzungen   <B>1,</B> 2  versehen.  



  Der in     Fig.   <B>1</B> teilweise dargestellte Behälter<B>6</B> be  sitzt an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwän  den im Abstand voneinander angebrachte Führungsril  len<B>3</B> in welche die Trägerscheiben mit nach oben lie-         genden        Ausstanzungen   <B>1,</B> 2 eingeschoben werden kön  nen.  



  Zur Durchführung eines Druckvorganges werden  folgende Handhabungen ausgeführt:  Daumen und Mittelfinder der linken Hand nehmen  an den zwei     Halte-Ausstanzungen   <B>1</B> und 2 die     Typen-          trägerschiebe   <B>5</B> aus ihren senkrechten Führungsrillen<B>3</B>  heraus, führen sie mit der Type<B>7</B> über das Farbkissen,  wobei die haltenden Finger links neben dem Kissen zu  liegen kommen. Mit der rechten Hand wird ein leichter  Druck auf die     Typenträgerscheibe   <B>5</B> ausgeübt, damit  die Type<B>7</B> Farbe annimmt. Dann wird die Scheibe  über die zu bedruckende Stelle geführt und mittels der  Anlegelinie 4 optisch ausgerichtet.

   Die rechte Hand  übt dann mit einem Andruckklotz den erforderlichen  Druck auf die     Typenträgerscheibe    aus. Die     Typenträ-          gerscheibe    wird nach dem Drucken wieder in den Be  hälter<B>6</B> an ihren bezeichneten Platz<B>8</B> gestellt.

  The following is an embodiment of the subject of the invention using the drawing tert erläu.   Each type carrier <B> 5 </B> is designed as an essentially rectangular disk and consists of a transparent material. The thickness of the panes is such that the panes have just the rigidity required for handling. Each carrier slide <B> 5 </B> has an opaque rubber type <B> 7 </B> in the area of its one end. At the level of the type base, a marking or contact line 4 running along the type base is embossed on each carrier disk enables quick and precise optical cell alignment to plumb and level.

   To make the thin line 4 easier to see, it is marked with a point 4a.



  Each carrier slide <B> 5 </B> is provided with punched-out edges <B> 1, </B> 2 in the area of its end remote from the type.



  The container <B> 6 </B>, which is partially shown in FIG. 1, is seated on two opposing side walls which are spaced guide grooves <B> 3 </B> into which the carrier disks are attached punched holes <B> 1, </B> 2 on top can be inserted.



  The following operations are carried out to carry out a printing process: The thumb and middle finder of the left hand take the type carrier slide <B> 5 </B> from their vertical guide grooves <B at the two holding cutouts <B> 1 </B> and 2 > 3 </B>, lead them with type <B> 7 </B> over the paint pad, with the holding fingers coming to the left of the pad. Light pressure is exerted on the type carrier disc <B> 5 </B> with the right hand so that the type <B> 7 </B> takes on color. The pane is then passed over the point to be printed and optically aligned by means of the positioning line 4.

   The right hand then exerts the required pressure on the type carrier disk with a pressure block. After printing, the type carrier disk is placed back in the container <B> 6 </B> in its designated place <B> 8 </B>.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM Print box with transparent type carriers carrying symbols, characterized in that the respective opaque rubber type is applied to a thin carrier disk and one end of the carrier disk is designed to be grippy by punching. SUBClaims 1. Poster print box according to patent claim, characterized in that the container (6) for receiving the type carrier disks has vertical grooves (3) in a distance given by the thickness of the carrier disk plus type.

2. Poster printing box according to claim, characterized in that on the type carrier disks (5) at the level of the letter base, a thin horizontal marking line (4) with support point (4a) is attached, which the fast and precise optical alignment to plumb and height made light possible.

3. Poster print box according to the patent claim, characterized in that the types (7) are produced on their type carrier disks (5) without the widening of the cone base and are arranged so that they can be seen faithfully in their real character form in the print.
