Anhand der Zeichnung werden nachstehend Aus führungsbeispiele des erfindungsgemässen Kunststoff schlauches mit Anschlussstück erläutert. In der Zeich nung zeigen: Fig. 1 das Ende eines aus einzelnen Schlauchringen bestehenden Schlauches mit einem schraubbaren An- schlussstück; Fig. 2 das Anschlussstück des Schlauches nach Fig. 1 in Ansicht; Fig. 3 den Wandungsquerschnitt des Anschlussstük- kes nach Fig. 2;
Fig. 4 das Ende eines Schlauches mit einem anderen Anschlussstück mit überwurfmutter; Fig.5 das Anschlussstück des Schlauches nach Fig. 4 ohne überwurfmutter in Ansicht; Fig. 6 den Wandungsquerschnitt des Anschlussstük- kes und der überwurfmutter nach den Fig. 4 und 5; Fig. 7 das Ende eines Schlauches mit einem koni schen Anschlussstück;
Fig. 8 das Anschlussstück des Schlauches nach Fig. 7 in Ansicht; Fig. 9 den Wandungsquerschnitt des Anschlussstük- kes nach Fig. 8;
Flexible plastic hose made of solid material The main patent relates to a method for manufacturing flexible plastic hoses made of solid material consisting of interlocking profiles, according to which profiled hose rings made of the solid plastic come from an injection molding machine and are individually fed to an assembly point there centered and in an already cooled state, using their resilience by colliding with the preceding hose ring, they can be inserted into one another piece by piece and locked together,
while the resulting tube is advanced piece by piece.
The flexible plastic hose made of solid material produced by this method, also the subject of the main patent, has a large number of individual, identical, plug-in profiles having hose rings that are movable against each other and according to the main patent, it is characterized in that the hose rings compared to the diameter of the hose are narrow and have cylindrical or prismatic annular surfaces located between the plug-in profiles, on which the plug-in profiles of adjacent hose rings are movable to a limited extent in the longitudinal direction.
The individual hose rings can expediently have closed ring-shaped plug-in profiles with edges formed into notches, the profile cross-section preferably being twinned and having a central web and two side webs of low height, the latter forming narrow inner or conical annular surfaces that slide on each other when two hose rings are pressed together.
It is known to attach commercially available fittings and the operating conditions and the types of mounting pieces adapted to metal and plastic tubes. The known connecting pieces can only be attached with difficulty and usually with the aid of further means to the end of the hose according to the main patent.
The subject of the present invention is therefore a flexible plastic hose made of solid material according to claim III of the main patent, which is characterized in that a connector is attached to the first and / or last th hose ring of said plurality, which is a connector to the plug profile of the Hose ring corresponding self-contained, ring-shaped and self-resiliently designed Steckpro fil carries which is plugged together with that of the first or last hose ring and locked with it.
The same plug-in principle is used for the connection piece as with the hose rings and a connection with the connection piece can thus be achieved which has the same advantages as that from hose ring to hose ring.
Based on the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the plastic hose according to the invention with a connector are explained below. The drawing shows: FIG. 1 the end of a hose consisting of individual hose rings with a screwable connection piece; FIG. 2 shows the connection piece of the hose according to FIG. 1 in view; 3 shows the wall cross section of the connection piece according to FIG. 2;
4 shows the end of a hose with another connection piece with a union nut; 5 shows the connection piece of the hose according to FIG. 4 without a union nut in a view; 6 shows the wall cross-section of the connection piece and the union nut according to FIGS. 4 and 5; 7 shows the end of a hose with a conical connector;
8 shows the connection piece of the hose according to FIG. 7 in view; 9 shows the wall cross section of the connection piece according to FIG. 8;
10 shows the end of a hose with a connector designed as a hose connection; FIG. 11 shows the connection piece of the hose according to FIG. 10, and FIG. 12 shows the wall cross section of the connection piece according to FIG. 11.
In accordance with the description and drawing of the main patent, the individual hose rings with 29, the hose with 30, the hose ring profile with 69, the right side web of the hose ring visible in Fig. 1 with 71, its central web with 72, the outer conical ring surface of the side web with 74, its circumferential edge with 76 and the cylindrical ring surface with 77 designated. The connection pieces seated on both sides of the hose 30 are generally denoted by 1. They do not differ in terms of the principle of axial plugging together with the hose ring used according to the main patent.
The means described below for this are the same for the connection pieces 11, 12, 13 and 14 shown in FIGS. 2, 5, 8 and 11. The wall cross-sections of these connection pieces are shown in FIGS. 3, 6, 9 and 12.
These connectors carry a self-contained, ring-shaped and self-resilient ausgebil detes plug-in profile corresponding to the plug-in profile 69 of the hose ring 29, which is generally designated by 2 and is plugged together and latched with the plug-in profile 69 of the hose ring 29 as shown in FIG. The connection piece and the plug profile consist of one piece, preferably from the same plastic from which the hose rings 29 are Herge.
A thin-walled jacket piece 3 of the same internal diameter as that of the connecting piece connects to the connection piece 1. The casing piece ends in a cross-sectionally hook-shaped and inwardly directed end web 4, which is formed in an annular ge closed and forms a narrow conical ring surface 5, the circumferential edge of which is denoted by 6. This edge has a diameter that is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the cylindrical ring surface 77 on the hose ring 29, which is about 1/10 mm larger. Both surfaces are sealing surfaces that fit together in a sealing manner.
Further similar sealing surfaces are located between the surrounding edge 76 of the side web 71 of the hose ring 29 and the casing piece 3 and on the conical ring surface 5.
The connector 1 has according to all Ausfüh approximate forms 11, 12, 13 and 14 a conical ring surface 7, which is also a sealing surface and cooperates sealingly with the inner conical ring surface 74 of the hose ring when both ring surfaces are against each other.
The presence of the various sealing surfaces on the connection piece or on its end web ensures that seals are adapted to the various operating conditions and can even be gas-tight. The end web 4 of the connection piece has a height of about 0.8 mm, analogous to the side webs of the hose ring 29, and like this is so narrow that the jacket piece 3 of the connection piece, due to its resilience due to its elasticity, rebounds to such an extent that the very narrow, opposing webs can be brought to snap together.
The joining of the two is facilitated by the conical ring surfaces of both, as they slide on one another and, after jumping over their circumferential edges, snap into one another, as is the case with the individual hose rings.
The above-mentioned excess of the edge 6 of the plug profile 2 on the connector does not necessarily need to be present. This is not necessary if the hoses do not need to be completely tight.
The connection piece 11 carries a hexagon nut 8 firmly connected to it and a so-called pan thread 9.
The connection piece 12 carries a collar 10 for a union nut 11.
The connector 13 has a conical connector 12 onto which another hose end can be slipped.
The connection piece 14 is designed as an otherwise customary hose connection and has a slip-on nozzle 13 with a hexagon nut 14.
The connecting pieces shown can have other shapes adapted to the operating conditions.
During the manufacture of the plastic hoses described, the connection piece 1 with the first or last hose ring 29 is made by axial pressure, so that the mutual plug-in profiles 2 and 69 are brought into place using their resilience. The narrow, conical ring surfaces of the two plug-in profiles slide when they are pressed together until they snap into one another. This connection, which is easy to make and does not require any special tools or means, is sufficient for the same operating conditions for which the hose is made.
It also has the advantage that the connection piece 1 can be rotated easily on the last hose ring 29 and, in a certain sense, is also movable. This has the advantage that the connection piece 1 can be rotated to produce further connections and therefore does not necessarily require a union nut. On the other hand, the connection is so tight that it cannot be released easily. Additional fasteners are not required.
An advantageous embodiment consists in the fact that the plug profile 2 of the connection piece 1 corresponds to the half counter profile cross section of the hose ring 29 without its central web 72. As a result, the connection piece 1 is given the full mobility that the individual hose rings 29 also have.
The connection piece 1 and the plug-in profile 2 are expediently made of one piece, namely the same plastic from which the hose rings 29 are made. This ensures that the suspension conditions on the last hose ring 29 and on the connection piece 1 for the two-sided Steckpro files are approximately the same. The total suspension travel is thus divided between the two plug-in profiles, and there is no risk that one of these plug-in profiles will be overloaded and possibly destroyed.
