Collapsible frame The invention relates to a collapsible frame with bars.
Such collapsible constructions are known, e.g. B. as furniture, such as racks, which are either placed on a floor or hung on walls. Adjacent rods, especially tubes, were until now by bayonet locks or others.
Interlocks connected to one another, which required a certain skill and a relatively long time when putting the construction together. There was also the risk that the bayonet catches, locks or other connecting means began to solder over time or had to be moved as a result of damage.
The aim of the invention is to remedy these drawbacks.
The inventive, dismountable frame with Stan gene is characterized by at least at their ends hollow rods inserted and pullable from these connecting pieces, which are clamped only by their inherent elasticity in the rods.
The connecting pieces are preferably made of non-metallic, elastically resilient material. Such connecting pieces can simply be inserted into the rods without the need for special fastening means for the connecting pieces. The elasticity of the latter prevents the frame from becoming loose, which is caused by a lot of attaching and removing.
The drawing shows an example Ausfüh insurance form only as far as is necessary for understanding the invention.
Fig. 1 is a three-dimensional representation of a connection piece United.
FIG. 2 is, on a larger scale, a plan view, partly in horizontal section, of a pipe connection point.
The connector shown in Fig. 1 made of a resilient plastic, as there are several types in the Han del, has a cuboid block 1. Of five surfaces of this cuboid 1 are hollow pins 2, d: ie end for easier introduction into the pipe the construction are conical at their free end 3. As can be seen in particular from Fig. 2, be found in the hollow pin 2 reinforcement columns 4 with a triangular cross-section.
The connecting pieces 1, 2, 4 can consist of a single piece of plastic or the individual plastic parts 1, 2 and 4 can be welded together by sealing or some other type.
Of the five tubes 5 which can be plugged together by the connecting piece according to FIG. 1, only three are shown in FIG. They are each plugged onto a hollow pin 2, which is firmly held in the tube due to its elasticity.
The elastic holding force is increased by the fact that the elastic walls of the columns 4 bend slightly when inserted and are therefore under elastic tension in the inserted state, which acts on the cylindrical wall of the pin 2 and thus on the inner wall of the tubes 5. FIG. 2 also shows that the side surfaces of the cuboid 1 serve as a stop for the pipe ends, whereby an exact position of the pipes 5 is ensured. In Fig. 2, a supported on the tubes 5, removable tray 6 is indicated by dash-dotted lines on.
It has rounded portions 7 at its corners, which lie against vertical tubes 5 for precise guidance of the tray. Depending on the outside diameter of the pipe, the trays can also be supported on the corners of the Qua of the connecting pieces.
It can be seen that to assemble the construction, the tubes only have to be slipped onto the connecting pieces. Special fasteners are not necessary. When dismantling the structure, the pipes are simply pulled off the pins 2 of the connecting pieces. There are no sensitive parts that are subject to damage.
The connecting pieces can also have fewer than five (at least two) or 1 pins 2 on all surfaces of the cuboid, as required. The tubes can have opposing holes in the same cross-section for receiving nails, dowels or screws through which the construction can be attached to a wall.
