  Stülpdeckel aus Kunststoff
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Stülpdeckel aus Kunststoff für einen Behälter mit einem zur Bildung der Entnahmeöffnung wegnehmbaren, insbesondere aufreissbaren oder aufschneidbaren Teil, wobei der Deckel zum Aufsetzen auf den den wegnehmbaren Teil umgebenden, oberen Behälterrand bestimmt ist und aus einem praktisch kreisscheibenförmigen Oberteil sowie einem daran anschliessenden, praktisch hohlzylindrischen Unterteil besteht. Es sind Deckel dieser Art zum Aufsetzen auf den das aufreissbare Ende des Behälters umgebenden Rand mit einer unter einen verdickten Teil des Randes einrastbaren Ringwulst bekannt.



   Solche Deckel dienen dazu, den Behälterinhalt, beispielsweise Milchpulver, nachdem der Behälter z. B. durch Aufreissen seines oberen Endes geöffnet worden ist, insbesondere vor Feuchtigkeit zu schützen. Die Dekkel sollen im Spritzgussverfahren aus Kunststoff, z. B.



  Polyäthylen, herstellbar sein, wobei die   Material- und    Herstellungskosten niedrig zu halten sind. Ferner müssen sie einen hohen Kompressionsdruck aushalten, da die Behälter bei der Lagerung und beim Versand gestapelt werden. Um die jeweils benötigte Menge des Behälterinhaltes genau abmessen zu können, werden den Behältern mit Milchpulver und derartigen Produkten Messlöffel beigelegt. Bisher wurden die Messlöffel im Behälterinnern unterhalb des aufreissbaren Endes auf dem pulverförmigen Gut liegend untergebracht oder separat mitgeliefert. Es wurde jedoch festgestellt, dass infolge der Manipulationen beim Versand die Messlöffel in das pulverförmige Gut gelangten, was aus hygienischen Gründen unerwünscht ist.

   Man versuchte diesem Nachteil dadurch abzuhelfen, dass man den Messlöffel unter Zwischenlage einer Folie oder eines Blattes auf das Gut auflegte oder dass man den Messlöffel in eine Folie verpackte. Diese Lösungen befriedigen jedoch auch nicht.



   Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt nun, einen Stülpdeckel zu schaffen, bei welchem Zubehör, wie Messlöffel und dergleichen, bei geschlossenem Behälter auf einfache Art ohne Einfluss auf den Behälterinhalt untergebracht werden kann.



   Erfindungsgemäss wird der genannte Zweck dadurch erreicht, dass der Deckel eine nach innen ragende Sitzfläche aufweist, die im Abstand vom Deckeloberteil liegt und ausgebildet ist, um mit dem Behälterrandoberteil andruckmässig zusammenzuwirken.



   Im Gegensatz zu den bisherigen Deckeln dieser Art, bei denen die Sitzfläche mit dem Deckeloberteil zusammenfällt, wurde durch die Versetzung der Sitzfläche ein erhöhter Deckel und damit zwischen dem Deckel und dem aufreissbaren oder ausschneidbaren Behälteroberteil Raum für die Unterbringung von Zubehör, wie Messlöffel, geschaffen. Vorzugsweise weist der Deckel einen im Abstand vom Deckeloberteil liegenden, nach innen ragenden und einen geschlossenen Ring bildenden Sitzteil auf, dessen untere Fläche die Sitzfläche bildet. Die Stülpdeckel der bisherigen Bauart haben sich normalerweise deformiert und boten einige Mühe zum Aufstülpen auf den Behälter. Es musste daher angenommen werden, dass durch einen erhöhten Deckel diese Nachteile noch stärker zum Vorschein kommen würden.

   Es hat sich jedoch gezeigt, dass ein solcher Deckel steifer ist und sich auch sehr leicht aufstülpen lässt, da der Sitzteil mit dem äusseren Randbereich des Deckels ähnlich wie ein U-förmiger Versteifungsring wirkt. Ferner wurde auch die Bedingung erfüllt, dass sich der Deckel ohne Schwierigkeiten im Spritzgiessverfahren herstellen lässt.  



   Nachfolgend ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigt:
Fig. 1 einen Stülpdeckel im Querschnitt und
Fig. 2 einen Ausschnitt des auf einen verschlossenen Behälter aufgesetzten Stülpdeckels im Querschnitt.



   Der in Fig. 1 dargestellte Deckel 1 besteht aus einem flexiblen Kunststoff, wie z. B. Polyäthylen niederer Dichte, und besitzt einen praktisch kreisscheibenförmigen Oberteil 2, an den sich ein praktisch hohlzylindrischer Unterteil 3 anschliesst. Im äusseren Bereich des Oberteils 2 ist ein nach oben vorragender, ringförmiger   Stapelwulst    4 vorgesehen. Im inneren Bereich des Oberteiles 2 ist eine Mittelsicke 5 zur Versteifung und zum Einlegen der mittleren Handfinger beim Abnehmen vorgesehen.



   Der Unterteil 3 weist im Abstand unterhalb des Oberteiles 2 einen ringförmigen, radial nach innen ragenden Vorsprung 6 auf, dessen Unterseite als Sitzfläche 7 ausgebildet ist. Etwas unterhalb der Sitzfläche 7 weist der Unterteil 3 einen nach innen ragenden, ringförmigen Klemmwulst 8 auf. Das an den Klemmwulst 8 nach unten anschliessende Ende des Unterteiles 3 ist als eine nach unten sich konisch öffnende Lippe 9, zur Erleichterung des Abnehmens des Stülpdeckels und Fixierung nebeneinander gelagerter Behälter, ausgebildet.



   Ferner erstrecken sich zwischen dem Vorsprung 6 und dem Oberteil 2 über den Umfang verteilt angeordnete, radial nach innen ragende Rippen 10, welche eine Versteifung des Deckels bewirken.



   Aus der Fig. 2 geht deutlich hervor, wie der beschriebene Stülpdeckel mit dem Oberteil eines Behälters 11 zusammenwirkt. Der dargestellte Behälter besitzt einen oberen Abschlussteil 12, der mit seiner Randpartie mit dem oberen Rand der Behälterwandung 13 in an sich bekannter Weise verbunden ist und dabei eine verdickte Randpartie 14 bildet. Der Abschlussteil 12 erstreckt sich schräg nach unten und innen etwas in den Behälter hinein und besitzt eine horizontale Mittelpartie 15, die durch eine Schwächungslinie 16 umgrenzt ist. Die Mittelpartie 15 kann mittels eines nicht dargestellten Hebels zum Öffnen des Behälters 11 weggerissen werden.



   Im aufgesetzten Zustand liegt nun der Stülpdeckel 1 mit seiner Sitzfläche 7 dicht auf der oberen Seite des Randes 14 des Behälters auf und der Klemmwulst 8 liegt gegen die Unterseite des Randes 14 an. Der Stülpdeckel 1 kann dabei dank der Flexibilität seines Materials ohne weiteres aufgesetzt und weggenommen werden. Zwischen dem Oberteil 2 des Deckels und der Mittelpartie 15 des Abschlussteiles hat es nun genügend Platz, um einen Messlöffel (nicht dargestellt) oder einen anderen Gegenstand unterzubringen.   



  
 



  Plastic slip-on lid
The present invention relates to a slip-on lid made of plastic for a container with a part that can be removed, in particular torn open or cut open to form the removal opening, the lid being intended to be placed on the upper edge of the container surrounding the removable part and made of a practically circular disk-shaped upper part and an adjoining, practically hollow cylindrical lower part. There are known covers of this type for placing on the edge surrounding the tearable end of the container with an annular bead that can be snapped under a thickened part of the edge.



   Such lids are used to the container contents, such as milk powder, after the container z. B. has been opened by tearing its upper end, in particular to protect against moisture. The covers are to be injection molded from plastic, e.g. B.



  Polyethylene, be produced, the material and manufacturing costs are to be kept low. They also have to withstand high compression pressure because the containers are stacked during storage and shipping. In order to be able to measure exactly the required amount of the container contents, measuring spoons are enclosed with the containers with milk powder and such products. So far, the measuring spoons were placed inside the container below the tearable end on the powdery material or were supplied separately. However, it was found that as a result of the manipulations during shipping, the measuring spoons got into the powdery material, which is undesirable for hygienic reasons.

   Attempts have been made to remedy this disadvantage by placing the measuring spoon on the material with a sheet or sheet in between, or by wrapping the measuring spoon in a sheet. However, these solutions are also unsatisfactory.



   The present invention now aims to create a slip-on lid in which accessories, such as measuring spoons and the like, can be accommodated in a simple manner when the container is closed without affecting the contents of the container.



   According to the invention, the stated purpose is achieved in that the lid has an inwardly projecting seat surface which is spaced from the upper part of the lid and is designed to interact with the upper part of the container edge in terms of pressure.



   In contrast to the previous lids of this type, in which the seat surface coincides with the upper part of the lid, the offset of the seat surface creates a raised lid and thus space between the lid and the upper part of the container that can be torn open or cut out to accommodate accessories such as measuring spoons. The cover preferably has a seat part which is located at a distance from the upper cover part, projects inward and forms a closed ring, the lower surface of which forms the seat surface. The hooded lids of the previous design were usually deformed and required some effort to put them on the container. It had to be assumed, therefore, that these disadvantages would become even more apparent with a raised lid.

   It has been shown, however, that such a cover is more rigid and can also be pulled open very easily, since the seat part with the outer edge area of the cover acts similarly to a U-shaped stiffening ring. Furthermore, the condition was also met that the cover can be manufactured without difficulty in the injection molding process.



   An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. It shows:
Fig. 1 shows a slip lid in cross section and
2 shows a detail of the slip-on lid placed on a closed container in cross section.



   The lid 1 shown in Fig. 1 consists of a flexible plastic, such as. B. low density polyethylene, and has a practically circular disk-shaped upper part 2, to which a practically hollow cylindrical lower part 3 is connected. In the outer area of the upper part 2, an upwardly projecting, annular stacking bead 4 is provided. In the inner area of the upper part 2, a central bead 5 is provided for stiffening and for inserting the middle hand fingers when removing.



   The lower part 3 has at a distance below the upper part 2 an annular, radially inwardly projecting projection 6, the underside of which is designed as a seat surface 7. Somewhat below the seat 7, the lower part 3 has an inwardly projecting, annular clamping bead 8. The end of the lower part 3 adjoining the clamping bead 8 downwards is designed as a lip 9 which opens conically downwards to facilitate the removal of the slip lid and fixation of containers mounted next to one another.



   Furthermore, between the projection 6 and the upper part 2, ribs 10, which are arranged distributed over the circumference and protrude radially inward and effect a stiffening of the cover, extend.



   FIG. 2 clearly shows how the slip lid described interacts with the upper part of a container 11. The container shown has an upper terminating part 12 which is connected with its edge part to the upper edge of the container wall 13 in a manner known per se and thereby forms a thickened edge part 14. The closure part 12 extends obliquely downward and inward somewhat into the container and has a horizontal central part 15 which is delimited by a line of weakness 16. The middle section 15 can be torn away to open the container 11 by means of a lever (not shown).



   In the attached state, the slip lid 1 rests with its seat 7 tightly on the upper side of the edge 14 of the container and the clamping bead 8 rests against the underside of the edge 14. The slip-on lid 1 can easily be put on and taken away thanks to the flexibility of its material. There is now enough space between the upper part 2 of the lid and the central part 15 of the closing part to accommodate a measuring spoon (not shown) or another object.

Claims (1)

PATENTANSPRUCH Stülpdeckel aus Kunststoff für einen Behälter mit einem zur Bildung der Entnahmeöffnung wegnehmbaren, insbesondere aufreissbaren oder aufschneidbaren Teil, wobei der Deckel zum Aufsetzen auf den den wegnehmbaren Teil umgebenden, oberen Behälterrand bestimmt ist und aus einem praktisch kreisscheibenförmigen Oberteil sowie einem daran anschliessenden, praktisch hohlzylindrischen Unterteil besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (1) eine nach innen ragende Sitzfläche (7) aufweist, die im Abstand vom Deckeloberteil liegt und ausgebildet ist, um mit dem Behälterrandoberteil andruckmässig zusammenzuwirken.
