Aufhängevorrichtung für Bildtafeln, insbesondere Karten mit selbsttätiger Aufrollung Es sind Aufhängevorrichtungen bekannt, die aus einer horizontalen Stange mit S-Haken oder Klammern bestehen, die mit je einer an beiden Enden befestigten Schnur, welche über Umlenkrollen an der Decke und an der Wand läuft und unten auf einem Schnurwickler aufgewickelt werden.
Eine andere bekannte Aufhängevorrichtung für Kar ten besteht aus einer horizontalen Stange aus Holz, welche in einer Halterung gelagert ist, und die ihrer seits an der Decke befestigt wird. Auf dieser Stange wird die Karte festmontiert und aufgewickelt.
Die Nachteile dieser bekannten Aufhängevorrichtung für Karten bestehen darin, dass es nicht möglich ist, die Karten während des Unterrichtes auszuwechseln. In der Stange selber ist ein Mechanismus eingebaut, damit die Karte nach deren Benützung sich selbsttätig aufrollt. Durch die Festmontage der Karte wird be dingt, dass je Karte eine Stange mit Aufrollm:echanismus und eine entsprechende Halterung an der Decke benö- tigt wird. In extremen Fällen müsste somit eine Kon sole für die Aufnahme von bis zu zehn Stangen mit Aufrollmechanismus gebaut und an die Decke oder an die Wand montiert werden.
Es versteht sich von selbst, dass eine solche Einrichtung sehr kostspielig, unpraktisch und unästhetisch ist. Vielfach muss dann doch noch ein Schnurzug oder ein Kartenständer hin zugekauft werden, da im lebendigen Unterricht viele Karten und Bildtafeln sowie anderes Anschauungsma terial benötigt werden.
Es ist auch einte Aufhängevorrichtung bekannt, bei der an der horizontalen Stange mittels S-Haken oder Klammern die Karten oder Bildtafeln aufgehängt wer den.
Die Nachteile, die sich bei dieser Aufhängevorrich tung ergeben, sind darin zu suchen, dass die Bänder, die an der horizontalen Stange befestigt sind, sehr rasch durchgescheuert werden und dann abreissen. Um das häufig abreissende Band auszuwechseln, muss die ganze Vorrichtung von der Decke abmontiert, an den Her steller zurückgesandt und weitestgehend zerlegt werden, was wiederum sehr kostspielig ist. Die Rollenabschluss- deckel, welche gleichzeitig als Support dienen und die an der Decke befestigt werden, sind mit den eigentlich beweglichen Teilen nur lose verbunden, wobei durch die lose Verbindung die Montage des ganzen Apparates sehr erschwert wird.
Wenn eine Decke zudem auch nur die geringsten Unebenheiten aufweist, so wird die Mon tage der Vorrichtung weiterhin erschwert. Durch den Zug der Karten nach unten verschieben sich die Deckel im Laufe der Zeit und verklemmen sich, weil nur je ein Befestigungsloch vorhanden ist und weil sie mit der Vorrichtung nicht fest verbunden sind. Ein weiterer Nachteil dieser bekannten Vorrichtung wird u. a. noch darin erblickt, dass im Zusammenwirken der Feder spannung und des Spiels im ganzen Apparat während des Gebrauchs, der tote Weg im ausgezogenen Zustand nicht mehr genügt, um die Bänder wieder einzurollen, womit die Vorrichtung unbrauchbar wird.
Die vorliegende Erfindung hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, all die erwähnten Nachteile zu beseitigen. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Aufhänge vorrichtung für Bildtafeln, insbesondere Karten mit selbsttätiger Aufrollung, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass an den beiden Stirnseiten eines deckenseits mit rechtwinklig nach einwärts gebogenen Schenkeln ver sehenen Aufhängeprofils je ein Deckel befestigt ist, im einen Deckel eine Welle drehbar und im anderen eine Achse fest gelagert ist, wobei auf der Welle bzw.
Achse <B>je</B> eine Rolle sitzt, die durch ein Rohr miteinander ver bunden sind, in den Rollen je ein Band auf- und ab- rollbar befestigt ist, wobei die eine Rolle einen Sperr mechanismus aufweist, der aus einer auf der Achse ruhenden und mit einer Einfräsung versehenen Sperr scheibe und zwei an der Rolle befestigten Sperrklinken besteht, derart, dass bei ganz ausgezogenen Bändern noch genügend Weg vorhanden ist, um ein sicheres Ausklinken der Sperrklinke zu gewährleisten und wobei das eine Ende der Feder an der Rolle und das andere Ende derselben auf der Achse befestigt ist,
so dass beim Herunterziehen der Tragstange die Feder gespannt und dadurch die beiden Bänder sich nach Ausklinken der Sperrklinke wieder selbsttätig einrollen, dass ferner die Achse durch eine Sicherungsplatte gehalten wird und für die Feder eine Hülse angebracht ist, damit sie sich beim Spannen auf der Achse nicht verklemmt.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt, und zwar zeigen: Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch die Vorrichtung in verkleinertem Massstab gezeichnet und Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt gemäss Schnittlinie B-B zu Fig. 1.
Die Aufhängevorrichtung für Bildtafeln, insbeson dere Karten mit selbsttätiger Aufrollung besteht aus einem Aufhängeprofil 1, 1' mit deckenseits rechtwinklig nach einwärts gebogenen Schenkeln 2, 2', die an der Decke D in bekannter Art und Weise festmontiert werden können. An den beiden Stirnseiten des Auf hängeprofils 1 und 1' ist je ein Deckel 3, 4, befestigt, in denen die Welle 5 drehbar und die Achse 6 fest ge lagert und auf denen die beiden Rollen 7, 8 sitzen.
Die Rolle 7 dreht sich auf der Achse 6, während die Welle 5 in der Rolle 8 fest eingepresst ist. In den beiden Rollen 7, 8, sind die beiden Bänder 9, 9' mittels je einer Schraube 10, 10' befestigt, die ihrerseits in der Rolle 7 und 8 fest eingeschraubt sind. Die beiden anderen Enden der Bänder 9, 9' werden an einem Profilstahl- rohr 11, das als Tragstange dient, derart befestigt, dass ein Durchscheuern der Bänder 9, 9' vermieden wird. Das Anschauungsmaterial kann, mittels auf dem Profilstabrohr 11 verschiebbar angebrachten S-Haken 18 oder Klammern, aufgehängt werden.
Beim Auswech seln der beiden Bänder 9, 9' kann ganz einfach der entsprechende Deckel 3, 4 weggeschraubt werden, so dass die Bandbefestigungen sofort zugänglich sind, ohne dass die Vorrichtung von der Decke D entfernt und wei ter zerlegt werden muss.
An der Rolle 7 befindet sich der Sperrmechanis mus, der aus einer Sperrscheibe 12 besteht, die auf der Achse 6 ruht. Ferner sind an der Rolle 7 zwei Sperr klinken 13, 13' angebracht, die in die Einfräsung 14 der Sperrscheibe 12 einrasten können, derart, dass bei ganz ausgezogenen Bändern 9, 9' noch genügend Weg vorhanden ist, um ein sicheres Ausklinken der Sperr klinke 13, 13' zu gewährleisten.
An der Rolle 7 ist das eine Ende der Feder 15 befestigt, während das andere Ende derselben auf der Achse 6 befestigt ist. Beim Herunterziehen des Profil- stahlrohres 11 wird die Feder 15 gespannt und be wirkt, dass die beiden Bänder 9, 9' wieder einrollen.
Die Achse 6 ist durch die Sicherungsplatte 16 ge halten. Damit die Feder 15 beim Spannen auf der Achse 6 nicht klemmt, ist eine Hülse 17 angebracht. Die vorderen Windungen werden beim Spannen der Feder 15 auf der Hülse 17 aufgeklemmt. Die beiden Rollen 7, 8, sind durch ein Rohr 18 miteinander fest verbunden.

It is also known a suspension device in which the cards or picture boards are hung on the horizontal bar by means of S-hooks or brackets.
The disadvantages that arise with this Aufhangvorrich device are to be found in the fact that the straps that are attached to the horizontal bar are worn through very quickly and then tear off.
