Bandmassagevorrichtung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bandmassagevorrich tung mit einem Massageband in Gestalt einer U-förmigen Schlaufe, dessen beide freien Enden an den Enden einer von einem Elektromotor angetriebenen Antriebswelle befestigt sind, der in einem Gehäuse untergebracht ist, das an einer von einer Grundplatte aus hochstehenden Tragsäule etwa in Brusthöhe angeord netist.
Gemäss der Erfindung sind bei der neuen Bandmassagevorrichtung der Elektromotor und das Gehäuse mit einer Führungs- und Lagerungsbüchse fest verbunden, welche die einstückige Tragsäule in koaxialer Anordnung rohrförmig umgibt und an ihr in senkrechter Richtung auf und ab verschieblich und in der jeweiligen Lage feststellbar gelagert ist.
Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung zeichnet sich gegenüber dem Stand der Technik durch einen wesentlich einfacheren und weniger aufwendigen Aufbau aus.
So z. B. ist gegenüber bekannten Anordnungen, bei denen die Tragsäule aus zwei teleskopartig aneinander geführten Teilstücken besteht, der Vorteil vorhanden, dass nunmehr in Vereinfachung des Aufbaues für die Herstellung der Tragsäule ein einziges Rohr vorgesehen ist und dass es auch nicht mehr notwendig ist, Vorkehrungen zu treffen, damit die senkrechte Bewegung nach unten des einen Teilstückes gedämpft wird.
Die Klemmeinrichtung kann nunmehr ebenfalls einfacher gestaltet werden, ausserdem ist der weitere Vorteil vorhanden, dass nunmehr der Lagerbügel ebenfalls an der Führungs- und Lagerungsbüchse befestigt ist, die jetzt sowohl den Bügel als auch den Motor und das Gehäuse trägt.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Gegenstandes der Erfindung dargestellt. Es zeigen:

Die Bandmassagevorrichtung besitzt ein in der Zeichnung nicht weiter dargestelltes Massageband an sich bekannter Art in Gestalt einer U-förmigen Schlaufe, dessen beide freien Enden an den Enden der vom Elektromotor 1 angetriebenen Antriebswelle 2 abnehmbar befestigt sind. Zur Unterstützung des Motors 1 dient die von der Grundplatte 3 hochste herde Tragsäule 4, die aus einem einzigen Stück besteht. Die Tragsäule ist an ihrem unteren Ende mit der Platte 5 verschweisst, die von unten her an die aus Holz bestehende und von der Tragsäule durchdrungene Grundplatte 3 angelegt und mit dieser verschraubt ist, indem sie mit einer auf die Grundplatte von oben her aufgelegten zweiten Platte 6 aus Metall durch Schrauben oder Schraubbolzen 7 verbunden ist, die durch die Grundplatte hindurchgehen.
Der Elektromotor 1 und das Gehäuse 8, das die Gestalt eines langgestreckten prismatischen Körpers hat, dessen Längsmittelachse etwa rechtwinklig zu der Längsmittelachse der Tragsäule verläuft (Fig. 2), sind mit einer Führungs- und Lagerungsbüchse 9 fest verbunden, welche die einstückige Tragsäule in koaxialer Anordnung mit dieser rohrförmig umgibt (Fig. 1) und an ihr gemäss Pfeil 10 auf und ab verschieblich und in der jeweiligen Lage feststellbar ist. Hierbei sind der Elektromotor und das Gehäuse mit der Führungs- und Lagerungsbüchse verschraubt, indem einerseits die Büchse mit dem Motor und andererseits das Gehäuse mit dem Motor und mit der Büchse durch Verschrauben verbunden sind.
Die Büchse ist an ihrer Unterseite an der Tragsäule festklemmbar, indem das untere Ende 11 an mehreren Stellen mit am Umfang entlang verteilten, in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Schlitzen 12a, 1 2bs 1 2c usw. versehen ist. Diesen Längsschlitzen ist ein Klemmorgan 14 an sich bekannter Art zugeordnet, derart, dass einerseits das Gehäuse mit dem Motor und der Führungs-und Lagerungsbüchse in der Höhe gemäss Pfeil 10 auf und ab verstellbar und andererseits in der jeweiligen Lage feststellbar ist.
Es ist ausserdem noch ein Handgriff 14 vorgesehen, der dem Benutzer zum Festhalten dient und die Gestalt eines U-förmigen Bügels hat, wobei der Quersteg 14a des nach unten gerichteten U oberhalb des Gehäuses 8 annähernd parallel zu dessen oberen Gehäuseaussenwand verläuft und seine beiden Schenkel 14b und 14c sich vom Quersteg nach unten erstrecken, wobei ihre unteren Enden von aussen her an die zugehörigen Gehäusestirnwände herangeführt sind und diese von ausen nach innen durchdringen, um im Gehäuseinneren mit der Führungs-und Lagerungsbüchse verbunden zu sein.
Das Gehäuse enthält hierbei den oberen Teil der Füh rungs- und Lagerungsbüchse, deren unteres, die Längsschlitze 12a, 12b, 12c usw. aufweisende Ende mit der Klemmeinrichtung 13 aus dem Gehäuse nach unten vorsteht (Fig. 1 und 2). Der U-förmige Bügel ist mit der Führungs-und Lagerungsbüchse ebenfalls durch Verschrauben verbunden. Wie insbesondere Fig. 1 zeigt, ist dieser Bügel in einer Ebene enthalten, die gemäss Pfeil 15 mit Bezug auf die Längsmittelachse der Tragsäule enthaltenen Ebene schräg von oben und von vorn nach unten und hinten verläuft.
Statt der oben beschriebenen Klemmvorrichtung kann man auch eine andere Klemmvorrichtung mit einem einzigen Schlitz versehen, der sich vom unteren Ende der Führungs-und Lagerungsbüchse in deren Längsrichtung nach oben erstreckt und an dessen oberem Ende ein Querschlitz vorgesehen ist. Dem Längsschlitz ist das übliche Klemmorgan zugeordnet, das an den beiden längsschlitzbegrenzenden Wandungspartien angreift.

The device according to the invention is distinguished from the prior art by a much simpler and less complex structure.
So z. B. Compared to known arrangements in which the support column consists of two telescopically guided sections, the advantage is that now a single tube is provided to simplify the structure for the production of the support column and that it is no longer necessary to take precautions meet so that the vertical downward movement of one section is dampened.
The clamping device can now also be designed more simply, there is also the further advantage that the bearing bracket is now also attached to the guide and bearing bushing, which now carries both the bracket and the motor and the housing.

The band massage device has a massage band of a known type, not shown in detail in the drawing, in the form of a U-shaped loop, the two free ends of which are detachably attached to the ends of the drive shaft 2 driven by the electric motor 1. To support the motor 1, the highest herd support column 4, which consists of a single piece, is used from the base plate 3. The electric motor 1 and the housing 8, which has the shape of an elongated prismatic body, the longitudinal center axis of which runs approximately at right angles to the longitudinal center axis of the support column (Fig. 2), are firmly connected to a guide and storage bushing 9, which the one-piece support column in coaxial Arrangement with this tubular surrounds (Fig. 1) and can be moved up and down on it according to arrow 10 and can be locked in the respective position. Here, the electric motor and the housing are screwed to the guide and bearing bushing, in that on the one hand the bushing is connected to the motor and on the other hand the housing is connected to the motor and the bushing by screwing.
The bottom of the bushing can be clamped to the support column in that the lower end 11 is provided with slots 12a, 1 2bs 1 2c etc. distributed along the circumference at several points. A clamping member 14 of a known type is assigned to these longitudinal slots such that on the one hand the housing with the motor and the guide and bearing bushing can be adjusted up and down in height according to arrow 10 and on the other hand can be locked in the respective position.
There is also a handle 14 which is used by the user to hold on and has the shape of a U-shaped bracket, the transverse web 14a of the downward U above the housing 8 runs approximately parallel to its upper housing outer wall and its two legs 14b and 14c extend downward from the transverse web, their lower ends being brought up to the associated housing end walls from the outside and penetrating these from the outside inwards in order to be connected to the guide and bearing bushing inside the housing.
The housing here contains the upper part of the guide and storage bushing, the lower end of which, having the longitudinal slots 12a, 12b, 12c, etc., protrudes downwards from the housing with the clamping device 13 (FIGS. 1 and 2). The U-shaped bracket is also connected to the guide and bearing bushing by screwing. As FIG. 1 shows in particular, this bracket is contained in a plane which, according to arrow 15, extends obliquely from above and from front to bottom and to the rear with reference to the plane containing the longitudinal center axis of the support column.
Instead of the clamping device described above, another clamping device can also be provided with a single slot which extends upwards from the lower end of the guide and bearing bushing in the longitudinal direction thereof and a transverse slot is provided at the upper end thereof. The usual clamping member is assigned to the longitudinal slot and engages the two wall sections delimiting the longitudinal slot.
