Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand eines in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert; es zeigen: Fig. 1 @eiine Prinzipskizze des Strahlenganges in einem photographischen Kopiergerät; Fig. 2 eine vereinfachte Gesamtdarstellung der Hal- terung in der Durchschubrichtung des Films gesehen, teilweise im Schnitt; Fig. 3 das elektrische Schaltschema;
Soll das Koplesgerät für Farbenmaterial ausgelegt werden, so sind entsprechende Farbfilter zusätzlich im. :Strahlengang anzuordnen, doch is@pielen diese für das nachfolgend be- schri!ebene Ausführungsbeisplel der exfin;
Film holder for copiers, The invention relates to a film holder for copier devices, in which the film is prembar by means of strips resiliently mounted on a pivotable carrier on the support edges of a base designed as a film guide and mask, the carrier being coupled to a torque generator in the pivoting direction.
With the mounts of this type that have become known so far, an exact positioning of the film is mostly not achievable because it cannot be precisely positioned when loosely resting on the film mount, due to the pressure strips, which are immediately applied with full force, often shifted and then mostly imprecise Position is fixed immovably. Even if the positioning and fixing process is repeated several times, exact positioning can hardly be achieved.
This disadvantage is avoided in inventive film mounts in that the torque generator is two-stage, with the torque and thus the pressing force of the strips in the first stage only being so great that an inserted film can still be moved and is only fixed when the second stage is switched on becomes.
In the first fixing stage, the film is only fixed to the extent that it can be positioned precisely by hand if necessary. On the other hand, this pre-fixation is sufficient to prevent any unintentional displacement of the film. When switching from the first to the second fusing stage, the film is stretched without changing its position as a whole.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the torque generator is formed by a magnet system with two-stage excitation.
In the following the invention is explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings; 1 shows a basic sketch of the beam path in a photographic copier; 2 shows a simplified overall representation of the holder, seen in the direction of the film being pushed through, partially in section; 3 shows the electrical circuit diagram;
FIG. 4 shows the part of the holder that interacts directly with the film guide in the first and FIG. 5 in the second fixing stage.
According to FIG. 1, the light from a light source 20 is thrown via condenser optics 25 onto a negative (positive) clamped in a holder 27 and imaged by means of a lens 23 onto the positive (negative) material 26 shown here in roll form. Between lens 23 and positive (negative) material 26 there is also a shutter 24, which can be closed in the rest state and opened by exciting a magnet 22 for the duration of the exposure.
If the copier is to be designed for color material, corresponding color filters are also included in the. : To arrange the beam path, but this is necessary for the exfin example of execution described below;
Appropriate bracket of course does not matter.
According to FIG. 2, the holder (27, FIG. 1) is built on a main support 1. Connected to this main carrier is on the one hand the guide of the photographic negative (positive) material (film guide) 17 and on the other hand BEFE by means of a bracket 2: an electromagnet 3 with the magnetic core 8, a microswitch 9 and a pivotable bearing 5 Carrier 4.
On the pivotable support 4, a gabelför shaped arm 10, preferably replaceable, is used, which carries a window-like cut-out spring plate 1 or the like. Resilient element with pressure strips 13 at its front end by means of a fastening element 12. A one-armed actuating or pressure lever 6, which simultaneously forms the armature of the electromagnet 3, is non-rotatably connected to the pivotable carrier 4. At the free end of the pressure lever 6, a train spring 15 is hinged, which is attached with its other end 16 to the electromagnet 3 or its housing.
The pressure lever 6 also carries a pin 7 by which the switch 9 can be actuated, the arrangement preferably being such that the contacts of the switch are closed when the pressure strips 13 insert the film guide 17 or one therein Touch film 14. The switch 9 is in the excitation circuit of the electromagnet 3.
According to the circuit diagram shown in FIG. 3, a potentiometer 18, which can be short-circuited by means of a second switch 19, is located in series with the switch 9 in the excitation circuit of the electromagnet 3. This short-circuit switch 19 is preferably connected to the exposure circuit of the copier in such a way that it is closed at the latest at the start of the exposure and is opened again at the earliest at its end.
In this case, the switch preferably contains a second set of contacts 19a which, when the switch 19 is actuated, closes the current path and the relay 22 controlling the shutter 24 (FIG. 1). The microswitch 9 preferably also has a second set of contacts 9 a, which is in the circuit of the copy lamp 20.
The function of the film holder according to the invention is explained in more detail below: In the rest position, the pivotable carrier 10 is held up by the tension of the spring 15. The micro switch 9 is not actuated (Fig. 2) and thus the He excitation circuit of the electromagnet 3 is interrupted (Fig. 3).
If now after inserting the film strip 14, the carrier 10 is pivoted down by hand, the switch pin 7 actuates the microswitch 9. The electric magnet 3 pushes the film 14 via the pressure rails 13 against the film guide 17. This contact pressure is by means of the potentiometer 18 adjusted so that the film 14 can be stretched slightly, but shifted for the purpose of precise positioning.
This is in Filg. 4 represents Darge, in which the coinciding parts with those of FIG. 2 are again numbered the same.
With the closing of the microswitch 9 and thus also of the second set of contacts 9a, the voltage path of the copying light source 20 is closed, but the shutter 24 remains closed. The film material is thus illuminated by the copying light source 20 for the precise positioning phase that now follows, without the positive (negative) material 26 already receiving copying light. This measure not only facilitates the exact positioning of the film material 14, but also contributes significantly to protecting the copying light source 20, as will be shown later.
If the film material 14 is correctly positioned, the copying process is now triggered by closing the switch 19. By bridging the potentiometer 18, the magnet 3 receives full tension, where the film material 14 presses down with full force and the pressure rails 13 are tensioned due to static friction. This case is shown in FIG. 5, where the Nuinerierung coincides with the corresponding parts of FIGS.
By closing the contact 9a, the relay 22 is actuated, which opens the shutter 24 and initiates the exposure of the positive (negative) material 26.
The end of the exposure is triggered by opening the switch 19. This causes on the one hand the closure of the shutter 24 by dropping the relay 22 and on the other hand a reduction in the excitation of the Magne th 3 by switching the potentiometer 18 into the circuit of the magnet, whereby the spring plate 11 from the position of FIG. 5 back into the position of Fig. 4 is reset. If the film material 14 consists of a strip, this can now be shifted by a further image.
Since the microswitch 9 remains closed, the copy light source 20 continues to burn, so that the annoying light-dark fluctuations on the film material are avoided for the operator; By avoiding all too frequent switching on and off of the copying light source, it is also protected and its service life is increased.
Only when a new film material 14 or film strip is inserted, the carrier 10 is lifted by hand and the microswitch 9 and its second contact set 9a are interrupted, whereby the copying light source 20 is switched off. Since it takes a long time to insert a new film strip, unnecessary continued burning of the copying light source 20 is avoided. The holder is in its rest position according to FIG. 2.
When the format is changed, the arm 10 with the parts attached to it and the film guide 17 are replaced. The holder can furthermore be designed in such a way that it can be rotated by 90 about its axis.
