Spieldose Die üblichen auf dem Markt erhältlichen Spieldo sen zeichnen sich durch ein Musikwerk aus, das in einem verschiedenartig dekorierten Gehäuse unterge bracht und mittels eines Schlüssels oder eines Zugseiles aufziehbar ist. Das Gehäuse kann beispielsweise die Form einer Glocke haben. Solche Spieldosen können darüber hinaus noch mit einem Figurenträger ausge stattet sein, der mit diversen Schnitzereien dekoriert ist.
Der Figurenträger bildet üblicherweise den Deckel des Gehäuses, der durch das Musikwerk beim Abspie- len, deuelben angeVrieben wird. Derart ausgebildete Spieldosen sind jedoch als Kinderspielzeug ungeeignet, da sie in der Regel in kunstgewerblicher Art ausgeführt und aufgrund ihrer Konstruktion sehr empfindlich sind, denn der Deckel ist leicht zu beschädigen, so dass der gewünschte Ablauf des Musikwerks nicht mehr erfol gen kann.
Der Erfindung liegt nun die Aufgabe zugrunde, Spieldosen der letzteren Art als Spielzeug im Sinne dieses Wortes zu gestalten. Eine solche Spieldose zeichnet sich erfindungsgemäss durch einen als Trom mel ausgebildeten, am Umfang die Figuren tragenden Figurenträger aus, der in einem das Musikwerk auf nehmenden Gehäuse angeordnet ist, das die Trommel umgibt und an seinem dem Trommelumfang zugekehr ten Gehäuseteil eine Vielzahl von Fenstern zur Be trachtung der Figuren aufweist.
Bei dieser Konstruk tion liegt somit der bewegliche Teil der Spieldose gesi chert innerhalb eines Gehäuses, und diese Anrodnung ermöglicht es, dasselbe einer zu Unterhaltungszwecken dienenden Einrichtung, beispielsweise in der Art eines Zirkuszeltes oder eines Kinderkarussells, auszubilden, bei dem das Kind durch einen Blick ins Gehäuseinnere während des Abspielens des Musikwerkes, entspre chende Figuren vorbeiziehen sieht. Eine einfache und vorteilhafte Ausführungsform ergibt sich in diesem Zusammenhang, wenn die Trommel mit der Aufzugs welle des Musikwerkes gekuppelt ist. Eine günstige Lagerung und Anordnung der Trommel innerhalb des Gehäuses ist hierbei erhältlich, wenn die Aufzugswelle des Musikwerkes zugleich als Lagerwelle der Trommel dient.
Die Trommel bildet damit einen Bestandteil des Musikwerkes und durch entsprechendes Drehen der Trommel lässt sich dasselbe aufziehen.
Bei einer bevorzugten Konstruktion ist das Ge häuse rotationssymmetrisch und in Achsrichtung gese hen an einer Seite offen, wobei die Trommel koaxial im Gehäuse gelagert ist. Zum Aufziehen des Musik werkes ist erfindungsgemäss an der an der offenen Gehäuseseite liegenden Seite der Trommel ein Griff stück angeformt. Bei einer Ausführungsform weist das Gehäuse einen im wesentlichen zylindrischen, an einer Stirnseite geschlossenen, die Fenster tragenden Mantel auf, dessen Stirnwand als Träger für das Musikwerk und- gegebenenfalls für ein weitercs Gehäuseteil dient.
Dabei ist die Konstruktion so getroffen, dass die Trom mel das im Gehäuse angeordnete Musikwerk um- schliesst. Durch diese Massnahme lässt sich die Bau höhe solcher Spieldosen klein halten.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung veranschaulicht. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 eine Vorderansicht auf eine, ein Kinderka russell darstellende Spieldose, Fig.2 einen Längsschnitt durch die Spieldose ge- mäss Fig. 1.
Das in der Zeichnung .gezeigte Ausführungsbeispiel einer Spieldose stellt ein Kinderkarussell dar. Es weist das einen Sockel 10 aufweisende Gehäuse 12 auf, an dessen Umfang in regelmässiger Verteilung Fenster 14 angeordnet sind. Das Gehäuse ist durch ein Dach 16 abgedeckt, das mit seinem Rand 18 über das Gehäuse 12 vorsteht. Innerhalb des Gehäuses ist ein als Ganzes mit 20 bezeichneter Figurenträger drehbar angeordnet, der an seinem Umfang Figuren 22 bzw. 24 trägt. Auf grund der karussellartigen Ausbildung der Spieldose stellen die Figuren Fahrzeuge dar. Innerhalb des Ge häuses ist ein als Ganzes mit 26 bezeichnetes, an sich bekanntes Musikwerk angeordnet, das beim Ablaufen zugleich den Figurenträger in Drehung versetzt.
Der Figurenträger 20 bildet eine Trommel, die mit ihrer Nabe 28 auf der Aufzugswelle 30 des Musikwer kes drehfest angeordnet ist. Zu diesem Zweck ist der Aufzugsschlüssel 32 dieses Musikwerkes in der Nabe 28 der Trommel vorgesehen.
Ins. vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel ist das Ge häuse 12 mit einem im wesentlichen zylindrischen, an einer Stirnseite geschlossenen, die Fenster aufweisen den Mantel ausgestattet. Dessen Stirnwand 34, die als Gehäusedecke dient, trägt das Musikwerk 26. Dasselbe weist einen Federmotor 36 auf, mit dessen- Hilfe eine Musikwalze 38 antreibbar ist, die mit ihren Klangwar zen 40 mit auf einem Träger 42 angeordneten, nicht sichtbaren Metallzungen zusammenwirkt.
Sowohl die Trommel als auch das Gehäuse und das Dach 16 bilden aus Kunststoff hergestellte Spritzteile, wobei das Dach mit Hilfe eines Haltestiftes 44 in einer zentralen Büchse 46 der Stirnwand 34 gehalten ist. Wie aus Fig. 2 deutlich zu ersehen ist, umschliesst die Trommel mit ihrem Umfang das Musikwerk 26. Zu diesem Zweck ist die Trommelnabe 28 entsprechend tief in das Trommelinnere verlegt.
Aus Fig.2 ist zu ersehen, dass das Gehäuse 12 unten offen ist, so dass zum Aufziehen des Musikwer kes die drehfest auf dessen Aufzugswelle 30 sitzende Trommel betätigbar ist. Die Trommel weist hierfür ebenfalls innerhalb ihres Umfanges ein beispielsweise durch einen Ringbund 48 gebildetes Griffstück auf.
Das Gehäuse kann jede beliebige andere Form auf weisen, sofern es eine sinnvolle Unterbringung der als Figurenträger dienenden Trommel ermöglicht. Bevor zugt finden rotationssymmetrische Gehäuseformen Verwendung.
Music box The usual music boxes available on the market are characterized by a musical mechanism that is housed in a differently decorated housing and can be wound up using a key or a pull rope. The invention is based on the object of designing music boxes of the latter type as toys in the sense of this word. According to the invention, such a music box is characterized by a figure carrier designed as a drum, carrying the figures on the circumference, which is arranged in a housing receiving the music, which surrounds the drum and on its housing part facing the drum circumference, a variety of windows for loading showing the figures.
In this construction, the movable part of the music box is secured within a housing, and this arrangement makes it possible to form a device serving for entertainment purposes, for example in the form of a circus tent or a children's carousel, in which the child can look into Housing interior while playing the musical work, sees corresponding figures pass by. The embodiment of a music box shown in the drawing represents a children's carousel. It has the housing 12 having a base 10, on the circumference of which windows 14 are arranged in a regular distribution. The housing is covered by a roof 16, the edge 18 of which projects beyond the housing 12. A figure carrier designated as a whole by 20 is rotatably arranged within the housing and carries figures 22 and 24 on its circumference. Due to the carousel-like design of the music box, the figures represent vehicles. Inside the Ge housing, a known musical work, designated as a whole, is arranged, which at the same time rotates the figure carrier when it runs down.
The figure carrier 20 forms a drum which is rotatably arranged with its hub 28 on the winding shaft 30 of the Musikwer kes. For this purpose, the winding key 32 of this musical mechanism is provided in the hub 28 of the drum.
Ins. present embodiment, the Ge housing 12 is equipped with a substantially cylindrical, closed at one end face, the windows have the jacket. As can be clearly seen from FIG. 2, the drum surrounds the musical mechanism 26 with its circumference. For this purpose, the drum hub 28 is moved correspondingly deep into the interior of the drum.
It can be seen from FIG. 2 that the housing 12 is open at the bottom, so that the drum, which is seated non-rotatably on the winding shaft 30, can be actuated to wind the Musikwer kes. For this purpose, the drum also has a handle piece formed, for example, by an annular collar 48 within its circumference.
The housing can have any other shape, provided that it allows a sensible accommodation of the drum serving as a figure carrier. Rotationally symmetrical housing shapes are preferably used.
