Pulse part valve The invention relates to a pulse part valve for pressure pulses of compressible media, in particular for compressed air.
Pulse divider valves are in. the pneumatic control technology is required. They are, however, not yet designed as special devices, but rather built up with other devices, usually several directional control valves. The pulse dividers made up of several directional control valves are very complex and have a large structural volume.
The invention is based on the object of creating a pulse control valve that is controlled by the pressure pulses themselves and is to be manufactured with little technical effort.
According to the invention, the object is achieved in that a closing element is movably arranged between two valve seats in a bore of a housing and that the closing element is controlled by two control pistons and that, depending on the position of the closing element, there is an input into the Bore opens, via which one valve seat, a first check valve is connected to both a control chamber and an outlet, and on the other hand via the other valve seat, a second check valve is connected to one of the control rooms and a second outlet,
and that after the closing element has been reversed by the control piston or the respective control chamber is connected to the atmosphere via an outlet channel.
Using an exemplary embodiment, the invention will be explained in more detail. The figure shows a cross section through the partial pulse valve according to the invention.
The valve consists of a housing 6 which is provided on two sides with mutually axially extending bores 27 and 28. The two bores are connected to one another by a bore 24 which is coaxial with the other two bores. An inlet 1 opens into the bore 24. A closing element (ball) 7 is located in the bore 24 so that it can move axially. A sleeve 10 and 11 is firmly inserted into each of the bores 27 and 28. In the sleeves 25 and 26 axially movable a control piston 8 and 9 are seen in front of each. The end faces of the sleeves 10 and 11, which face the closing element 7, form valve seats 12 and 13.
The bore 25 and 26 is through a channel 14 and 15 via a check valve 16 and 17 via channels 18 and 20 or 19 and 21 with a control space 22 and 23 behind the piston 8 and 9 and at the same time with a Output 2 or 3 connected. The control rooms 22 and 23 are provided with outlet channels 4 and 5.
The mode of operation is as follows: A pressure pulse that passes through the inlet 1 into the bore 24 of the pulse valve is planted in the position of the control device shown in the figure via the valve seat 12, the channel 14, the check valve 16, the channel 18 into the channel 20 and thus to the control room 22 and exit 2. The control piston 9 is pushed back into its rear position. The pressure acts on the closing element 7 and presses it against the valve seat 13.
At the same time, the control piston 8 pushes through the pressure in the control chamber 22, from the opposite side to the closing element 7, which however remains in its position, since the force from the input side predominates due to the difference in area. If the output 2 is closed directly or it opens into an enclosed space, a certain amount of the compressed pressure medium is enclosed by the check valve 16 after the pressure pulse at input 1 has dropped.
Since the pressure against the closing element 7 has disappeared from the inlet side, but the force still acts on the closing element 7 via the control piston 8, the closing element is displaced against the valve seat 12, whereby the valve seat 13 is released. After the reversal has taken place, the enclosed pressure medium can escape via the outlet channel 4. The second pressure pulse, which is given to input 1, thus reaches output 3 in the same way as described, the third pressure pulse again to output 2, etc.
