Article publicitaire Une qualité d'un bon article publicitaire est de constituer un objet utile et même d'un usage journalier. C'est le cas lorsqu'il peut être utilisé comme crayon ou stylo.
La présente invention a précisément pour objet un article publicitaire, comprenant un organe scripteur disposé à l'extrémité d'un support et un, capuchon de protection de cet organe, se fixant au support, caractérisé par le fait que l'ensemble constitué par le support et le capuchon présente l'aspect .d'une cigarette.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 représente un stylo à bille comprenant un corps cylindrique 1 surmonté d'un capuchon, 2, le tout présentant, dans sa position fermée, l'aspect d'une cigarette. Le corps cylindrique 1 peut porter la marque de la cigarette ou toute autre inscription publicitaire.
La fig. 2 représente la cigarette-stylo vue en coupe. Le corps 1 est constitué par une douille, en métal ou en matière plastique, dont l'extrémité 4 est de diamètre inférieur au cylindre 1 pour permettre la fixation du capuchon 2, par frottement ou légère déformation élastique des parois 4 et 5. L'organe scripteur 6, muni d'une bille à son extrémité est maintenu dans la douille 3, par un plateau 7 et il est prolongé par un cylindre 8 sur lequel s'ajuste le réservoir 9.
L'invention n'est bien entendu pas limitée à la forme d'exécution représentée. Au lieu d'un organe scripteur à bille, on pourrait loger dans la douille 3 un porte-mine ou un porte-plume, ou encore une simple pointe en acier. Le capuchon pourrait être également vissé ou fixé par coincement sur une partie conique.

The present invention specifically relates to an advertising article, comprising a writing member arranged at the end of a support and a protective cap for this member, attaching to the support, characterized in that the assembly constituted by the holder and the cap has the appearance of a cigarette.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a ballpoint pen comprising a cylindrical body 1 surmounted by a cap, 2, the whole having, in its closed position, the appearance of a cigarette. The cylindrical body 1 can bear the brand of the cigarette or any other advertising inscription.
Fig. 2 shows the cigarette-pen seen in section. The body 1 consists of a socket, made of metal or plastic, the end of which 4 has a diameter smaller than the cylinder 1 to allow the cap 2 to be attached, by friction or slight elastic deformation of the walls 4 and 5. The writing unit 6, provided with a ball at its end, is held in the socket 3 by a plate 7 and it is extended by a cylinder 8 on which the reservoir 9 fits.
The invention is of course not limited to the embodiment shown. Instead of a ball-type writing device, a mechanical pencil or a pen-holder could be accommodated in the socket 3, or even a simple steel point. The cap could also be screwed or fixed by wedging on a conical part.
