Description
Trennvorrichtung mit rotierender Trennscheibe Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Trennvorrichtung, welche eine rotierende Trennscheibe aufweist, die auf einem in,
oder Höhe verstellbaren horizontalen Balken. in der Längsrichtung verschieb- bar gelagert ist.
Zweck der Erfindung ist, bei einer Trennvorrichtung, welche sowohl für Metall- als auch für Holz- oder Steinbearbeitung geeignet ist, eine spiel- und wartungsfreie Lagerung vorzuschlagen.
Die erfindungsgemässe Trennvorrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Vertikalebene des Balkens angeordnete, gegen eine obere und gegen eine untere Führungsfläche des Balkens. zur Auflage kom mende Rollen vorgesehen sind,
welche paarweise zu sammengefasst unter Federdruck stehen und von ent gegengesetzten Seiten her gegen die Führungsflächen des Balkens gepresst werden. Zweckmässigerweise können je zwei sich auf der gleichen Seite des Balkens befindliche Rollen in einem Joch gelagert sein, wobei die Joche unter Federdruck stehen und einen auf dem Balken verschiebbaren Schlitten bilden.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbei spiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigen: Fig. 1 eine schematische Gesamtdarstellung der Trennvorrichtung, Fig. 2 einen Vertikalschnitt durch die Rollenfüh rung und Fig. 3 eine Seitenansicht des durch die Rollen ge bildeten Schlittens.
Die in der Fig. 1 dargestellte Trennvorrichtung weist einen mit vier Beinen 1 versehenen Arbeitstisch 2 auf, welcher zur Aufnahme des zu bearbeitenden Werkstückes dient. Ferner sind. zwei vertikale Füh- rungssäulen 3 vorhanden, auf welchen ein die beiden Säulen verbindender Balken 4 in der Höhe verstellbar und feststellbar geführt ist.
Als Arretierorgane sind Spannschrauben 5 vorgesehen.
Wie aus der Fig. 2 ersichtlich ist, ist der Balken 4 oben und unten mit je einer Führungsfläche 6 und 7 versehen, gegen welche je zwei Rollen zur Auflage kommen. Die oberen Rollen sind mit 8 und die unte ren mit 9 bezeichnet.
Die Rollen 8 bzw. 9 sind paarweise in je einem Joch 10 bezw. 11 gelagert, wobei die beiden Joche durch vier Schraubenbolzen 12 zusammengefasst sind, die je eine Druckfeder 13 tragen. Die Druckfedern sind so angeordnet,
dass sie das obere und das untere Joch gegeneinanderpressen, so dass die Rollenpaare 8 bzw. 9 spielfrei gegen die entsprechende Führungsfläche 6 bzw. 7 des Balkens 4 zur Auflage kommen.
Die beiden Joche 10 und 11 bilden zusammen mit den Rollen 8 und 9 einen Schlitten, welcher einem U-förmigen, Halter mit Seitenwänden 14, 15 und Bügel 16 trägt. Unten an den beiden Seitenwänden 14, 15 ist eine Tragplatte 17 befestigt,
welche die rotierende Trennscheibe 18 nebst Antriebsmotor aufnimmt. Der U-förmige Halter ist bezüglich des Schlittens in der Höhe verstellbar. Zu diesem Zwecke ist eine Spindel 19 vorgesehen,
welche am unteren Ende mit dem Joch 10 verbunden ist und sich durch eine mit einer Schrau benmutter versehene Öffnung des Bügels 16 erstreckt. Das obere Ende der Spindel 19 ist mit einem Handrad 20 versehen. Mit 21 ist ein Deckblech bezeichnet. Durch die Betätigung des Handrades 20 wird der U förmige Halter
samt Trennscheibe gehoben und ge senkt. Nachdem die gewünschte Arbeitshöhe: eingestellt wurde, wird die Trennscheibe in Drehung versetzt und der ganze Schlitten entlang des Balkens 4 verschoben. Zu diesem Zwecke isst ein Handgriff 22 vorgesehen.
Durch die beschriebene spielfreie Lagerung :des Schlittens kann ein exaktes Arbeiten erreicht werden. Die durch die Rollen gebildete Führung wird mit Hilfe der Feder 13 automatisch nachgestellt,
so dass sogar bei beschädigter Trennscheibe eine einwandfreie Bear- beitung des Arbeitsstückes gewährleistet bleibt.

The separating device shown in FIG. 1 has a work table 2 provided with four legs 1, which is used to hold the workpiece to be machined. Furthermore are. two vertical guide pillars 3 are provided, on which a beam 4 connecting the two pillars is guided in a height-adjustable and lockable manner.
Tensioning screws 5 are provided as locking elements.
As can be seen from FIG. 2, the bar 4 is provided at the top and at the bottom with a guide surface 6 and 7, against which two rollers come to rest. The upper rollers are labeled 8 and the lower ones are labeled 9.
The rollers 8 and 9 are in pairs in a yoke 10 respectively. 11, the two yokes are combined by four screw bolts 12, each of which carries a compression spring 13. The compression springs are arranged so
that they press the upper and lower yoke against each other so that the pairs of rollers 8 and 9 come to rest against the corresponding guide surface 6 and 7 of the beam 4 without play.
The two yokes 10 and 11 together with the rollers 8 and 9 form a carriage which carries a U-shaped holder with side walls 14, 15 and bracket 16. At the bottom of the two side walls 14, 15 a support plate 17 is attached,
which accommodates the rotating cutting disc 18 along with the drive motor. The U-shaped holder is adjustable in height with respect to the carriage. A spindle 19 is provided for this purpose,
which is connected at the lower end to the yoke 10 and extends through an opening of the bracket 16 provided with a screw. The upper end of the spindle 19 is provided with a hand wheel 20. With a cover plate is designated. By operating the handwheel 20, the U-shaped holder
