Fig. 1 eine erfindungsgemässe Verpackung,
Fig. 5 diese von aussen,
Fig. 7 diese von aussen,
Packaging with a protruding spout
The present invention relates to a package with a protruding pouring part at an opening on a flat side of an outer shell of the package, and an inner shell made of plastic that is at least partially attached to the outer shell.
Packaging of this type is mainly intended for liquids and can be used e.g. B. consist of a cardboard box with a plastic inner sack loosely inserted therein, which is only attached to the outer shell within an annular region around a spout opening. Since this pouring opening is normally arranged on a flat side, preferably on one of the two end faces, difficulties can arise during pouring because the liquid tends to flow out uncontrollably on the outside of the packaging.
The present invention aims at eliminating the above-mentioned problem in that the pouring edge at this opening is at least partially formed by the material of the outer shell.
Embodiments of the invention are illustrated in the drawing, namely shows:
1 shows a packaging according to the invention,
2 shows a pouring opening in the open state with an opening made from the inside, the packaging material being pressed out and forming a pouring edge running around the opening,
3 shows the pouring opening according to FIG. 2, seen from the outside of the packaging,
4 shows a second, somewhat modified pouring opening also in the open state,
Fig. 5 these from the outside,
6 shows a third, somewhat modified spout opening, also in the open state,
Fig. 7 this from the outside,
FIG. 8, corresponding to FIG. 7, shows a fourth pouring opening which differs from the third by a fold line which forms a beam guide when pouring out,
9 shows a fifth example for opening by tearing off an adhesive.
The packaging shown in Fig. 1 has an outer cover 1 made of cardboard, which is intended to receive an inner cover 2 in the form of a sack made of plastic or a similar material. The finished packaging is emptied through a spout 3 around which the sack 2 is fastened by means of a tie 4. The latter can e.g. Glue, but is preferably a heat activatable adhesive; H. a thermoplastic material.
In the first example according to FIGS. 2 and 3, the spout 3a is punched from the inside of the outer shell la, and the material surrounding the initial hole is bent outwards, whereby a spout rim 5a surrounding the hole is formed. The binder is denoted by 4a. FIG. 3 shows the outer shell, to be precise before an inner shell corresponding to the plastic bag 2 in FIG. 1 is attached around the spout. On the other hand, 4a could also denote a plastic layer laminated with the outer shell, which then forms the above-mentioned inner shell.
In Fig. 4-8 three further embodiments of the pouring opening are shown. In all of these examples, the spout 3b3d is formed by punching a tongue 6b-6d which is folded out before pouring and forms a spout part 5b-5d. The cardboard material of the outer cover is designated as lb-ld, and the binding agent intended for forming the inner cover is designated as 4b-4d. As can be seen from FIGS. 5, 7 and 8, the tongue 6b is U-shaped and the two tongues 6c, 6d are rectangular. The latter tongue also has a bending or crease line 7d for guiding the discharge.
In FIG. 9, 1g designates an outer shell and 2g an inner bag. The hole 3g in the outer shell 1g was produced in the same way as the hole 3a in FIG. Here the packaging is opened by tearing off an adhesive 8g, with part of the inner bag 2g also being removed at the same time. In order to avoid that the previously punched pouring part is pressed inwards when the adhesive 8g is pressed on, a distance 10g is provided between the adhesive and the cover ig. This ring should be attached more firmly to the adhesive than to the sleeve so that it is removed when the adhesive is torn off. In the case shown, the adhesive 8g is pressed into contact with the inner bag.
The inner bag could also be bulged outwards so that it touches the adhesive.
Of course, both the material and the design of the various details of the exemplary embodiments shown and described can be varied.
